Chick-fil-A

Great food with FAST & friendly service! The only thing that could be improved on is that the other Chick-​fil-​A restaurants are better about coming to you and offering to get you drink refills. Small thing & not worth losing a star over but it’s one of those things I’d post in hopes the management sees and decides to address.

It’s Chick-​fil-​a, so decent food like 95% of the time. Usually great service, friendly engaging staff, cleanliness, Chick-​Fil-​a-​ish descriptive stuff. I can always count on accolades all around when I visit any Chick-​Fil-​a. Minus one star for this particular location always failing to meet the standard I have come to expect from all other Chick-Fil-a’s. Sometimes I get grumpy when I think about the only Chic-​Fil-​a in the entire universe that doesn’t click on all cylinders is the one by my house.
I recently ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. It’s called a bacon breakfast sandwich on the menu. So I asked for a bacon breakfast sandwich. I literally got bread with bacon in it with nothing else. When I went back up to the counter to address this blunder the cashier argued «that’s what you asked for.»

This location and the alamo ranch location are equal distances from my house but I thought I would try this one for a change of pace. After today I’m definitely going to stick to the other location. I ordered carry out and it took over 15 minutes to get my order while I saw people who came in after me get their food first. When I finally got my food I noticed one of the orders was prepared incorrectly and had to listen to the employees in the back complain about it after I brought it to their attention. Unprofessional and slow service :(.

Food is great but its virtually guaranteed you child will get sick if they play in the kiddie area. They should be required to sanitize that area a couple times a day. Hopefully they sanitize the kitchen occasionally.

Service has always been fast and friendly. They people that work there are always smiling and very nice. Even if the drive through line is long, you’re not there long. They move fast and take care of people. And they never ask you to pull up and wait for your food (which I hate being asked that). Great place

We all know the food is great, but at this location the service is also outstanding. The employees appear genuinely happy and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

I love this place! I love this company’s beliefs and the morals they stand for! Great Food!

The kids like the place. I don’t really. Personal beliefs and all. But it makes them happy and it’s fairly tasty. Quick and easy so can’t complain. The girls in the drive through are chatty which is nice.

Great place to relax and enjoy CF. the grilled chicken rocks. The folks working are always happy and nice.

Our go to Chick-​fil-​A. Always fast service, foods hot, clean and friendly staff. Have gone thru drive thru and never gotten order wrong. Good prices. Offer lots of kids activities, clean playroom and they do fund raisers for schools.

Incredibly slow service and lukewarm food. I have visited on several occasions and it’s always a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and stay at home or go somewhere else. I use to be a Chic-​fil-​A fan until I tried this location.

My family an I always come by. We always get Excellent Customer Services and the Food and salads are always made fresh. The Tea is always sweeten just right.
