Being that I always order for 4 to 6 people I am guaranteed to have to wait out at the«please pull forward» spot. This is that imaginary drive thru holding place that is used to keep the drive thru timer low. It also helps speed other drive thru customers along, but there have been several times where I am the only customer. Besides the nuisance of being asked to move out of the way, the main problem is that they never give you condiments when they walk out to the tarmac. They walk out to hand you the bag and I ask if there is ketchup and dipping sauce and there never is any in the bag. The guy then has to walk back into the restaurant to grab way less than I actually need. Happens every time. On the good side, our meals are always fresh and the orders are usually correct. On a couple occasions our fries were sad, but for the most part they are usually good. Such a shame they stopped serving their delicious breakfast.

Came here because I was wanting a baked potato(well 2 of them) :). After getting my food, I tried to cut through the potatoes to mash it and it broke the plastic utensil. It was hard as a rock. I took it back to the counter and told them it wasn’t cooked fully so instead of offering me an alternative(french fries) or offer a complimentary item from the menu while I wait for the inconvenience, they had me wait 15 minutes(while my family sat and ate their food) before bringing out my new potatoes. The ones they brought out were so zapped, the outside was wrinkled and the potatoes had shrunk. I mean you could tell they had been microwaved for too long. My appetite was ruined and I just threw $$ down the drain. Also, my husband had sweet tea and it tasted spoiled. We won’t be returning to this location again.

I haven’t been into a Wendy’s in years. This Wendy’s has had an upgrade compared to the Wendy’s I’ve been to before. I loved the video marquee inside that shows their specials! The interior was upgraded with more of the trendy lights, and excellent condition. It did need a small sweeping in an area next to a table next to us. But before I sound like I’m complaining, the staff was on it before we left! The girl who took our order was especially friendly! She was friendly– and not the kind who has to be but seemed to really enjoy being there at work. Management did a great job at hiring people like this. It’s hard to find hard working kids, who work hard, has a great attitude and goes out of their way to stay busy. Our food came out in an average time frame and tasted just how I expected it to. Great! They were able to execute our order with our modifications(no mayo– add cheese). Which shouldn’t be hard, but you would be surprised how many times I get mayo on my burgers or sandwiches. They have one of those coke machines with countless of options. Which I thought was cool and convenient to the guest. I don’t usually eat at Wendy’s but today’s experience gave me another option to choose from– instead of canceling it out. Thanks Wendy’s for the great food and service!

Staff is friendly, but the execution of the meal items is generally disappointing. The new Ghost Chili Fries at $ 1.99 are terrible at this location. There’s a big difference between the fresh jalapeños advertised and the two sorry-looking pickled peppers that left my fries soggy, sitting in a pool of liquid. Very sad indeed.

The service was good, could be a little faster, but I think they were getting hammered at the drive-thru. Overall it is a nice location. As a partial owner of Wendy’s, I always enjoy stopping by! Great food that is very pleasing.
