Just A Good Sprinkler Man

I’ve used Just a Good Sprinkler Man several times and have had a very experience every time. In fact, I’ve recommended them to several neighbors and they too all said the same thing. He will give you an realistic idea of when he can come out, listen to your needs, make suggestions, and do quality work at a very fair price.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I called around noon and they were at my home that afternoon. Art and his crew fixed everything properly and charged me a VERY FAIR RATE. Sprinkler repair can be very expensive and it’s so nice to have a company who doesn’t leave you feeling ripped off. Don’t bother calling around.

My first experience with Just a Good Sprinkler man was so positive I recommended him to my father in law. he did some work for the F I L and charged him $ 300.00. A few days later the F I L noticed a station was not working so he called him back. He starting giveing the F I L a song and dance about ;it was working when I left the first time” but he mysterioiusly found a break in the power wire in multiple places and tried to convince him it all happened within a week. He wanted to charge another $ 300 to do some kind of work around to try to get the station working, NO THANKS! should have done it right the first time and not try to gouge an 83 year old man with dementia. Pery on the elderly much?

Ok, I can’t review the work because it never took off. Initially he was going to bail on the bid because it was cool outside. After realizing it wasn’t to start the work only a walk-​through/​bid he came out & I was highly impressed with Art Sr/​Jr. Well the job was supposed to start tomorrow & I hadn’t heard anything since the bid. I followed up on Friday & left a text on status. Nothing. Finally just now he calls me with attitude about not working in the rain. Which I understand but would like to have known this earlier. My next question since this situation has been iffy is «will this be an issue when the job starts, i.e. a 1.5 day job turning into a 2 wk job. I was fine with rescheduling. I had already given him my days off so I can be here. He was very argumentative and I asked if he even wanted to do the job because I still have other bids to entertain. He advised me to take another bid because HE doesn’t like pressure. This was a $ 1200+ sprinkler job. He may do good work, I don’t know but maybe someone else needs to interact with the customer.

After dealing with a sprinkler company who blindsided us, we called Art to come by and do some repairs for our sprinkler system at our previous home. He was very attentive and came by multiple times to repair different issues with our sprinkler system.
Almost a year later we called again because we moved into a new home. He explained in detail what they would be doing. His crew came along and did a great job on installation and explaining the features of the system. I wish we would’ve known about this company the first time around. I would highly recommend them if you want honesty and affordability.

My first encounter with this small business for sprinkler pipe repair was great.
He showed up early, and had the pipe repaired before our scheduled meeting time after I got off work.
This guy knows the three Ps are as important as they ever were for small business: Professionalism, politeness, and punctuality.
