VERY CROWDED and hard to park or even drive through.
However, the food is good, always fresh, fast service, and the staff is very friendly.
May want to go during off peak times, or park in an adjacent lot and walk over.

Used the Chick-​Fil-​A One app at this location today! The service was great. My food was prepped really fast. Everyone was so friendly. Great experience!!!

Love the food the staff was very outgoing I got the number 4 with tea it was amazing to me get it ever time I go in and it’s a very good location for people I’m coming back for sure to eat there again

I consider Chikfila a necessary staple in my life… Their fried chicken is just so good. Cravings become the realeast when it’s Sunday, when it’s not open…
Anyways, this location is pretty close to my house. It’s your standard Chikfila fastfood restaurant. Never gotten a bad tasting order here. Customer service is great, like many other locations.
Beware during lunch or dinner time because IT IS PACKED You’ll be spending almost 20 – 30 minutes through the drive-​thru but like I mentioned before… it’s necessary on some days.

This location goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Even by chick-​fil-​a standards it is a great place to be. The flood is consistent with better locations and it is always clean.

My 1 year old son is allergic to apples so I always order him a large fruit cup without apples. The manager at this location said they wouldn’t sell me a full fruit cup without apples. (Other locations just put other fruit in substitute for the apples.) He said the best they could do would be to remove the apples bc everything is already made. We won’t be back to this location. I don’t recommend this location to anyone that has a child with food allergies either because they aren’t willing to be flexible.

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is exceptionally polite and the service is quick, even when the place gets crazy.

Very bad parking and drive thru situation. Especially when hs in the area are out or lunch plus a couple of times we got cold fries service is always nice and courteous. Love the sandwich an breakfast. Parking needs to be fixed so u get 4!

The ice cream had a lot of icicles inside. You know it happens with old ice cream. It’s soft serve its supposed to be creamy. Clean the machine!

I love Chick-​fil-​a. I could literally eat Chick-​fil-​a every day of the week. Unfortunately, I can’t, because they’re closed on Sundays. Anyway, this Chick-​fil-​a location has the worst customer service of all the ones I’ve been to. I’ve been here a few times, hoping that each time before was just a fluke, and that I would have a good experience the next time. Nope.
The drive-​thru line always wraps around the restaurant. Inside, there are never enough registers open. There is no real direction in the line to order, so people don’t know who is next. The food takes at least ten minutes to get out. If you dine-​in, they don’t have a system of knowing who you are, so they just carry the tray around calling your name until they find you.
But I’ll still give 3 stars because I just love the chicken nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich, and waffle fries so much.

Good food, friendly staff. The inside could be a bit cleaner, but it isn’t bad… Kids like the play area and the lemonade is great.

Very customer service friendly. Always greeted when walking in. Chicken nuggets are great. Love their waffle cut fried. Their lemonade is sweet and have a tart to it that is good. Their ice cream is good as well. Good size portion of ice cream when ordering a cone. Their chocolate cookie chunks are delicious. Omg!!! So delicious. Staff brings your food to you and always ask if you need a refill on your drink which is free. Lol.

Dine here frequently. We always have great service and the food is always great. I love good customer service and it always brings me back! Keep up the good work team!

For fast food, Chick-fil-A’s got it on lock. Those chicken sandwiches are crack! Waffle fries, what? Hot, fresh, crispy. The company’s politics aside, and yeah I know that’s a big set aside, but those sandwiches are delish, restaurant is pristine, employees are Stepford-​Wife friendly. I’ll keep my politics and my food separated, thank you.

Every time I’ve been to this chic fil a the staff has been extremely nice and welcoming our orders have always been right and apart from the bad parking lot set up I have no complaints.

The parking lot and drive thru entrance are almost disasters (if someone had designed it better, I’d give 4 stars). Once you get through that battle everything runs smoothly. The drive thru has double lanes which makes the process fast.
I love the chicken wrap — they have at least 5 dipping sauces /​salad dressings that you can choose from. The wrap itself is «naked» so you do need a dipping sauce. Huge chunks of chicken and lots of veggies… Lettuce wasn’t soggy either. This will be my order preference from now on. As always, the fries are so freaking good. I love waffle fries!!!

I guess as far as fast food chicken is concerned, it doesn’t get much better than Chick-​fil-​A (I would say it’s tied with Popeye’s). The reason I only give it 3-​stars is because it’s so unhealthy. But when I get a craving I can’t help but splurge. The whole menu is spectacular… my favorite is the #5 though, Chick-fil-A’s version of chicken nuggets. I LOVE dipping them in the Polynesian sauce. Their waffle fries are also delicious and are even better dipped in the heinz ketchup (it’s so nice that they splurge on the nice ketchup packets than can be used for dipping). I recommend trying their lemonade, which I was surprised to learn they can run out of, so in that scenario get coke… it goes perfectly with the rest of the unhealthy, yet delicious food!

I feel morally compromised every time I visit Born-​Again Chicken.
On one hand, there is so much not to like about this company. I detest the regressive political leanings of the Cathy family. I hate the restaurant’s history of anti-​gay discrimination. I object to the fact that a large percentage of their profits goes to funding christian ministries. I can’t stand the religious music they play in the restaurants. And I’m creeped out by the cult-​like behavior of their employees: Who else says «my pleasure» instead of «you’re welcome»?
But on the other hand, I have to confess that I love their food. The chicken sandwiches and nuggets are simply the best around. The waffle-​cut crucifried potatoes are addictive. And in December, the peppermint milkshake always brings this boy to the yard. So I bite my lip and hand over my money.
This location, like so many others, has an awkward drive-​thru layout, which is exacerbated by the restaurant’s proximity to a poorly designed intersection. Maneuvering in and out of the parking lot is difficult and slightly dangerous. However, the restaurant itself is clean, and service is efficient. The food is fully up to Born-​Again Chicken’s high standards. Like all locations, it’s closed on Sundays – which is ridiculous in the modern world.

«America’s Fastest Drive Thru» my arse. Every time I go through this location’s drive-​thru I want to get out of my car and take that sign down. These people can’t quiet seem to get multi-​tasking down. The food is dependably good. But the drive-​thru. Man, get it together!

While I cant we agree with their politics, they do have some kick ass fries. Only go there because the kids like it. Friendly staff for a fast food joint. Hit up the drive through. They add a second lane when it gets really busy.
