I truly don’t understand WHY people expect ‘Presidential treatment’ off of a ‘Commoner dollar’. (Smh)… This place is extremely affordable for the services they provide.— They may not roll out a red carpet upon your arrival & hand feed you grapes; but they do greet you– and make sure you’re comfortable.
First off– if I’m rating this place SOLELY from the experience I received– then I’m rating 5-​stars. (I’m not friends nor family with anyone here).
I’ve read ratings below– from someone who targeted a lady’s race (which was frankly ignorant & rude) — to– another one from making a claim that she got an infection.
Well– I’ll say– myself, I followed the written instructions to the ‘T’- and I had no issues.– Actually, I been back for a touch-​up; AND– I loved the treatment & results I received that I recommended a friend AND my beloved Grandmother. (And my Grandmother had a touch-​up as well with no issues)… I actually was really excited– because my grandmother is so old fashion– she is against getting a tattoo– and this way– I felt like, I popped her TattooCherry. Lol… But– I’m glad I preached to her to follow the instructions as well!
I’m not saying the person who claimed that she got an eye infection didn’t follow the instructions– but what I will say– just like ANY tattoo or piercing: your body may reject it– or you possibly could get a infection due to your skin sensitivity.–
This place did use STERILE equipment on both my Grandmother and I… Otherwise I wouldn’t have gone.
I have a BEFORE & AFTER picture of my eyebrows attached; and I will say that I get MANY compliments on my brows.– many people don’t even realize that I’ve Permanently cosmetically place on brows– because this place doesn’t use straight up ‘tattoo shop ink’– I was informed they have natural pigments of Hair Colors… Which is perfect– because when my Tattoo started to fade out a little– it wasn’t that ‘cheap’ GREYish look that regular tattoo ink leaves.
I’m extremely happy with my results.
I actually drove down from Dallas this past weekend to get a touch-​up, but unfortunately the Tech I use– she was out– due to personal reasons of her own (last minute). I was contacted the day before– which I already drove down to San Antonio– and I was informed that she would be out due to her recent hospital visit.
Now– I could be an A**Hole and complain about how I planned this trip– and I feel like I wasted gas, my time, and etc… *OR* I can thank that they professionally called me– hope she gets better– and realize that we are ALL human & go through our own issues.— I hope she (forgot her name) gets well soon– and I’ll just plan another trip down in a couple of months to get a touch-​up.
I hope that my review helped out someone who’s debating on whether or not visiting this place. If you come here– GREAT!.. If not– GOOD LUCK on wherever you go; or with keep having to draw on your eyebrows!.. All I’m going to say is– I will not let my ‘cancelled appointment’ ruin my trip to SanAntonioTX!– I guess, my handsome Husband & I will go and visit the Alamo or something!

Wasn’t taken back to room until 30 minutes after my appt time. Kids running up and down halls. Had permanent eyeliner retouched. Retouch was only $ 10 cheaper than initial full application. Technician immediately put numbing gel on so I was not able to view her equipment or set-​up technique. Ended up with eye infection. I notified them but did not even get an email or phone call to follow up. Eyebrow wax was uneven. Will not go back nor will I recommend.

To much dismay, I had to write a review to prevent other women from getting an eyebrow tattoo from this place. Sadly, I didn’t trust my gut instinct to go somewhere more professional and less low budget. Now I’m paying the hefty price because my eyebrows look awful and cheap. The technician from Mexico should’ve at least shown me how she was going to pluck my eyebrows before doing it. The tattoo resembles that of a Chola. Please save your money and never come to a place like this if you’re looking for eyebrow tattoos.

I made an appt for a eyelash perm in advance. About a week later I arrived ON TIME & i was told by two girls sitting behind the desk that they only had one eyelash technician & she had an «incident» & wasnt able to make it in. I was pissed. They knew the technician wasnt coming in but yet they couldnt call me to let me kno so that i could reschedule. These girls were literally flipping thru magazines when i walked in. They had more than enough time on their hands to make the call but chose not to use their brains. Wont go back.

I got an amazing foot treatment, esthetician was very friendly, they used paraffin wax which I liked a lot, my feet were soft and amazing after my appointment, definitely recommend this place! Also loved the permanent makeup hairstroke eyebrows, looks very natural! They had great specials on their website!

Technicians were very unprofessional and rude. When I came for the consultation I was treated badly. When I asked questions, I was told that they will give me the answers when I come for a procedure (permanent makeup). The reason the technician (Soldni I think her name was) gave me was because she didn’t want to repeat herself twice!!! In addition, she left the room 3 times and gossiped with the receptionist for 30 minutes each time!!! Very direspectful and a waste of my time. Then, when I was scheduling my appointment at the front desk for procedure, the technician and another girl were gossiping and laughing about me behind the closed door so loud that I and the receptionist could hear them. It made me very uncomfortable! On top of that, I went there because my husband got me a gift certificate for permanent makeup. In the price, there was supposed to be one touch up included but Edni said my husband didn’t pay the full price so I’m not getting a free touch up!!! My husband got me a gift certificate and it should not matter because the value of it was the full price so free touch up should be included. Instead, Edni wrote on the form I had to sign that touch up will be extra cost. Very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them at all! They are just trying to get your money but don’t care about professional and satisfying service to the customer at all!

I was curious about getting my eyelashes and eyebrows done for my upcoming birthday. I searched online for many salons/​spas in the Austin and Dallas area. Either they were scary, booked, or too expensive. I came across this business and they were having a special on eyelashes and permanent eyebrows. So I gave them a call and they were able to get me in the same week. The drive from Austin to San Antonio was well worth it. The ladies were professional, they took their time to make sure I understood the procedures, and that they knew exactly what I wanted. I ended up getting my eyelashes, eyebrows, and teeth whitened with no pain! They kept checking to make sure things were the way I wanted them to be and they provided me with a take care list. I was very happy about my results. The ladies were very patient with me as they helped me look and feel even more beautiful! I would recommend everyone to go here with no doubt.
