I was prescribed a medication that needed to be compounded. They had the medicine on hand which was very convenient. I was prescribed a higher dosage and the Dr. forgot to call it in and they called the Dr. office and did all the peg work in order for me to get my prescription. It was the young girl. Her name starts with an «M». She’s very pretty and has long straight black hair.

This location was not helpful at all. I have insurance with no copay for my prescription, but they had an issue with my insurance. I called my insurance and they had several questions on the prescription I was getting that I could not answer myself. The Pharmacist would not assist me, nor would he call my insurance on his phone as he stated he was not allowed to use my phone. Went back to RX15 by military drive and no issues what so ever. Will never return to the one at the hospital again.

Convenient pharmacy, easy parking and helpful folks. They take care of what we need and have been able to order specific supplies if they don’t have them in stock. They also carry a probiotic that needs to be refrigerated and is difficult to find. They stay fairly busy but have been able to take care of us fairly quickly.
