Stayed here for work and the service was fabulous. Kim was incredibly attentive, very sociable and the food was quality. I got the Caesar salad with shrimp so there aren’t too many ways a dish like that could get screwed up but it was delicious nonetheless! Also it’s the only bar among the hotels in the area open until 11 if you’re wanting some frosty beverages. :)

Good food for a restaurant in a hotel. We were a group of 13 and the service was good and food was good. I would eat here again. Good variety of options on the menu.

We walked here from the Microtel, about .5 mile. Food and service were great. It’s like an upscale sports bar, tablecloths and candlelight, but each table has a TV.

Wow… The reviews are so harsh ;) I walked in and grabbed a seat at the bar(full menu), they’ve got a good selection of beer, the bar lady is friendly and knows her bar which is great. Ordered a pizza and although it could have done with another 5 mins in the oven, it was tasty and I personally really enjoyed it. Absolutely recommend it! Would have been 5 stars with an extra 5 minutes ;)

Well. This place isn’t bad for a hotel restaurant. I would give it 4 stars but I know my steak was broiled then thrown on a grill to give grill marks. This pisses me off. Don’t act like it’s grilled when it’s not. Other than that the food was decent. Next time I won’t have steak. The tiramisu cake is great. Calamari was«ok». Little tough. Waitress did a great job. She gets 5stars.

I had bought a certificate to eat here prior to traveling to SLC. I hadn’t realized the restaurant was inside a Holiday Inn hotel near the airport. The staff was friendly, but the menu was a bit overpriced(comes with it being a hotel bar/restaurant). I had a California Club that was loaded with turkey, but not a lot of avocado. It was supposed to have a pesto mayo on it, but all I could taste was brown mustard. They don’t give you very many french fries either. My plate was $ 12, so I’m glad I had the certificate because it’s not worth that much. Still decent food, just overpriced.

As I’ve been hotel bar hopping this last week, I thought to give this place a try. I sat at the bar with a collection of stranded passengers and ordered the salmon sandwich, per recommendation. I thought it was great. Again, hotel bar. Relative prices were cheaper than the Hilton Garden Inn for food, same for drinks and cheaper than the Doubletree, both next door. Bartender was efficient and friendly. As a heads-up, I walked by on Tuesday and the place was dead. I mean, like sad-dead. So, I left.

Great atmosphere for a hotel bar/restaurant. I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo and it was excellent! It was perfectly spicy and had 6 or 7 jumbo shrimp cooked perfectly. Well done Wingtips!

Okay, well I’m sorry for this review but it is so deserving. Being the incredible cheap skate that I am, I visited Wingtips Bar & Bistro only because I had a $ 25 coupon to use. Bad excuse but even on my Company’s travel dime, I like saving money. But I’ll have a carry out and three cheap dinners for the week. Should have saved my money and given the coupon away. .. again, I hate to waste. I ordered three entrees that included two pasta primaveras and one lasagna. I love veggies, pasta primavera sounded good but it only had tomatoes, mushrooms and asparagus as the veggies. Really? What happened to the standard broccoli, zucchini, celery, onions, and peppers? Nope. Hmm, all right, let’s move on to lasagna. I’m not sure what happened to «layers of pasta» but it was leveled in a soupy sauce. Maybe if I put it in the hotel’s frig where I am staying, it may«solidify.» So, each entrée comes with soup or salad. Well, I’m on the road, let’s go with salad as I try to keep on a healthy routine. How can you go wrong with salad? Well, first, you have to actually get the salad. My carry out included three orders of potato bacon soup. I seriously did not believe my order was that difficult but okay, the soup may be good but far from trying to be healthy! And definitely not for the lactose intolerant. I wondered why everything in my carry out bag was hot. Hot salads? No, no salads. I will not be returning any time soon, even with a coupon.

This place is pretty good. It’s your basic little restaurant burger, fries, and wings. The restaurant is inside the Hyatt hotel ! The employees are great! My server Gigi was a hustler by herself serving 4 partys and she never broke a sweat or her smile! Give that girl a raise!!!

I work by the airport and my wife was taking a class nearby, so we decided to meet for lunch. Options are limited, but we’d seen good reviews for Wingtips on Unilocal.I have to say, I was pleased. I had assumed they’d have wings which they don’t, but the food was good. Basically, general grill items. They do need to update their menu though(the sliders are only available in beef, not in three types of toppings as indicated). All in all a good find especially for the weary traveler not wanting to go far from their hotel.

Not a bad little place to eat if you are stuck out this way. I was excited because I thought from the name they would have wings? Not the case but overall the food was pretty good. I had the sausage and peppers sandwich with fries. Not bad but I have definitely had much better. The service was good and quick; you can tell they cater to people on the fly. Also they had a really good beer selection both on tap and bottles. I would come back if I was out this way.

This bar/bistro is located within the Holiday Inn Express. The bar has 2 big screen tv’s above it & and the dining room table booths have their own private TV’s. Kim the bartender was great. She was really hustling. I had the mozzarella caprese which was very good. The calamari was just ok. The burgers & sandwiches that those around me were served looked good. I was here as a solo female and did not feel uncomfortable. In this area by the airport with lots of hotels & few dining options I will come back here for the great service, comfortable environment & proximity to my hotel.

Friendly girl bartender, iffy music, decent beer selection. Best bar within walking distance of the area hotels. Pizza is o.k., the burgers are really good though. The doneness will be greater than requested amount.
