Great pie for the price. Super nice folks that run the place. Super funny place if it were later in the day we would have had a brew sky with our pie

It was open late Sunday night. Tried pepperoni slice and a cheese slice. Restaurant has that grunge look to it. The crust was really good, couldn’t even taste the sauce if there was any not sure and the cheese was OK they have a nice selection of locally brewed beers. Oh ps I almost forgot no matter how many slices you order they put it on one paper plate. Not my Italian grandma’s pizza, That’s for sure.

Good thin crust pizza but they can be hit or miss with the quality of execution when ordering a pie for takeout. We’ve had perfect pies but we’ve also had pies with cheese or sauce half hazardly strewn on top. I can’t think its too hard to make a pie with even toppings especially if that’s your job. It kind of ruins it for me when you feel the people making your food couldn’t give a. I’ll still eat there but not quite as often as I would if I knew I would get consistent excellent pizza.

What kind of pretentious douche rates the best pizza in the valley with only 3 stars? This guy. For this trangression I will forever feel regret. I made a mistake. I thought that going lighter on toppings was skimping. I was wrong. The reality is that you don’t need enough cheese to choke a horse. You don’t need a pound of toppings. That you do need is The Pie Hole. You need thin crust, burnt edges, perfect pizza. I love every one that works there and everyone who eats there like family.

This place was great. First off don’t go in expecting ambiance and quiet. It’s a place to go grab a slice of two of thin crust pizza in some awesome combinations maybe grab a beer. The pizza was the perfect combination of sauce and grease and cheese and toppings that a late night out calls for. We walked there from our hotel downtown and when we walked in we knew we had found exactly the pizza we were craving. After reading the menu and their daily specials we picked a couple slices grabbed two beers and sat down at a little table by the counter. The place was packed with a line out the door. Service was fast. We even noticed there were vegan choices if that’s what you want. I believe there were gluten free as well. Not many places go that far to accommodate everyone. We can’t wait to go back!

The pizza was really good here. Nice and greasy thinn(er) crust. It really hit the spot after a long day snowboarding. The only thing I kinda wondered was why the pepperoni was about 3″ in diameter. Like how do they find a roll of pepperoni that large? It was kinda all over the whole pizza… and left little space for other toppings. The cheesy garlic bread was pizza crust topped with white cheese… it wasn’t what I was expecting but it wasn’t bad. I really enjoyed the clientele that was rolling through there-and the dudes on the sidewalk bumping hip hop music. Fun!

I went to the Pie Hole late last night after a class at the BYU Salt Lake Center. It was right after the Jazz game had ended and I expected to be packed. When I got there I was surprised. I was the only person in line waiting to get my Pizza. It’s kind of a hole in the wall restaurant but the ambiance is really cool. They have a couple arcade games in the back, and for being a small restaurant, they have a decent amount of seating. I got a cheese, pepperoni, and potato bacon pizza to go. Needless to say, the pepperoni pizza didn’t make it home. Super good pizza for a discount price. I will be frequenting the Pie Hole from now on!

Bacon potato pizza!!! So good! Never had anything like it. Their pizza is very creative they aren’t scared to try out new flavors and combos. I will say that during the winter you will have to wait outside in a line because they’re always busy(bring a warm jacket). The pizza is so good though. I also have have their white pizza, auger daddy, pep, and cheese. No complaints about any of them. Just writing the review makes me want to go eat here.

My favorite pizza spot in the city. They always have something new, service is fast, and you can play Ms. Pac Man. What else could you want?

I usually wait until I visit a restaurant a few times before I write a review to make sure that my experiences are consistent. This was the case with Pie Hole. Being originally from NJ, I have high expectations when it comes to pizza, but I try it be fair. I gave Pie Hole 2 stars because while it’s not the best pizza, it isn’t the worst either. The crust is thin and there is some remnant of a good pizza in the flavor. Where Pie Hole goes wrong is in the cooking of the pizza, letting it cool, then re-heating it when costumers place orders. This makes the pizza stale and chewy. Completely ruins the flavor and texture of what a pizza crust should taste like. I went there a few times to make sure that my experience was the norm and it was. They re-heat pizza slices for every costumer.

Its 2:34 am and I need something to soak up all this whiskey stat! When you are downtown this is a no-brainer…head to the Pie Hole before they close at 3:00 am on a Saturday night. We got there just in time. Thank you Pie Hole for providing Salt Lake City with a late night pizza fix option. Great East Coast Style Pizza with thin crust and not too much cheese. They have a variety of slices to choose from. The potato bacon pizza was the winner this night. What a great combo. Drunk Candy was a close second with its Canadian bacon and pineapple sweetness. We even had time to play Elvira Pinball. Although the the machine had some heavy weighted magnets going on. I also saw some Mrs. Pac Man, but they gave us a courteous 5 minute warning to get out. This place was super divey and it looked like a tornado of kids left a giant mess everywhere and of course there was the obligatory weird drunk guy getting thrown out. It was perfect.

Friendly staff, great pizza for a great price, and a good beer selection. The take out has never disappointed, nor the daily specials. Clean tables, even if there’s flour from making their excellent pies. Maybe take some of the grease off with a napkin if you aren’t a fan of greasy pizza?

So greasy, so delicious. There are some times when pizza is too greasy to be delicious. This is not one of those times. This is the perfect place if you are craving pizza or are too drunk to go home at the end of the night. The casual relaxed atmosphere may turn some people away but it is the perfect place to get a delicious slice. And we aren’t talking about just normal slices. Last night I had a garlic, artichoke and green onion pizza. Wow was it delicious that even though I had already had dinner the slice was totally worth it. This is an awesome place to come and relax with friends. There is a pinball machine in the back as well as other games. The only problem with it is that parking is a little tricky but that isn’t their fault! Keep this one in mind if you’re drunk and all you want is a slice. Or if you’re sober and all you want is a slice.

If you want a cheap, by-the-slice piece of pizza, come here. Open late, so it’s great for drunk food ;) inside is a little dirty and dingey looking, but I don’t mind that. The different types of pizza are all great.

We have been waiting outside for 10 minutes and I think it will be worth it. I’ll let you guys know. There was just a fight between two dudes and Spider-Man and Captain American broke it up. It was weird. The hot dog woman just arrived outside the door. Apparently she wraps them in BACON. Still, I’d rather have a slice of pizza. A guy just asked me if I was a girl that was at Twist. I was not. Let’s see how this pizza is. The pizza was yummmmmmmyyyyy.

This pizza joint reminds me of La Monica’s in UCLA. Super divey, pre-made, thin slice, cheap, pizza slices that are perfect for late night eats. Friendly staff. I was lame and got a boring(but tasty) sausage and onion pizza. Next time I will check out the creative stuff. And of course, get some beer with your pizza!

Alakazam was the tastiest slice of pizza I’ve ever tried. When I asked them for the name, they told me that it was vegan! Great pizza and affordable! $ 2.25 per slice(that’s a steal). There is also arcades and cool arts inside. Best thing is outdoor seating for humans and puppies

Great pizza by the slice, and pretty spicy! I had the potato bacon and the ninja slice with the jalapeño and pineapple. These were both very spicy in fact. Outside the logo looks like Pac-Man, Atari throw back themed. Inside lots of graffiti stickers, wobbly tables, lots of flies buzzing around on that October day, and a ranting homeless guy copping an attitude with one of the girls behind the counter as he insisted their business was«going down»(going out of business). The bathroom was completely covered in graffiti, nowhere for me to write any of my own! Go here, it’s good!

Was für großartige Pizza. Sehr leckerer Teig, super belegt. Die Pizza bekommt man«by the slice» kann also verschiedene Sorten probieren.
