Americas Best Value Inn

Great place for the price. We paid about $ 55. The rooms are recently updated and clean. Beds were a little hard. Continental breakfast with a very nice couple running it. Coffee and soaps in the room. Compete blessed to any national chain three star. Biggest issues were the rooms open to the outside like any motel, but I actually like that. And also the door locks are keys and not electronic. We rented two rooms and both were difficult to unlock.

Very rundown needs a major up date! housekeeping is worthless! And if you pay for a week and decide to leave a couple of days early they will Not refund your money for those days you didn’t stay. Don’t bother come here stay at a best western

Got bedbug bites here once, complained about it, and the manager called me a liar. This place is horrible.

Extremely outdated rooms. Stains of ALL varieties in the carpet. I didn’t even feel comfortable walking around barefoot. I couldn’t figure out why our toilet wouldn’t flush and apparently when a room isn’t used for a while they turn off the water to the toilet. There are literally 5 OTHER motel/​hotels in looking distance and I would have paid more to stay somewhere where I felt safer. There was a group and I mean 12 – 15 people that they put in the two rooms next to us knowing we have kids. Not much English spoken from the receptionist. The foreigner guy who owns it is rude and didn’t say one single word or even half smile at me all 4 times I was back and forth to the car. If I didn’t have my kids with me, I would have parked across the street at the truck stop and slept in my car. That’s how rough this motel was.

Unsafe. Did not feel safe staying here or even parking my car here.
I would be very suspect of the source of any adequate reviews of this place.
Many other motel options in this town. Would never go back even if I had to pay more than %50 more for the next best option.
The photos are a COMPLETE SHAM.
I have never left a motel (even some less than desirable ones) or hotel instead of staying there, EXCEPT this one.

Owner/​Reception is a foreigner who is very rude. asked me twice about smoking, and then told me it was against the law… I told him I was not a smoker, he basically called me a liar and threatened me with the law.
Secondly, I called the office to ask for the Free Internet password and he wouldnt give it to me if I didnt have a pen… then he said he would not give it to me twice… I had to practically beg for it… again very insulting.
its cheap, reasonably clean… but annoyingly insulting.
