Please beware that this hotel allows dogs/pets. During my stay, guests across the hall left a puppy in the room alone for hours. Its constant howling and barking made me ask to switch rooms, which was very inconvenient and frustrating since all I wanted to do was rest. It took hours to get the new room. I had to ask multiple times for someone to come up and check out the barking for themselves.

During our pcs out of the wood, we stayed for one week at Baymont inn. This locations management and staff were top notch. friendly, professional, and prompt. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was sufficient, and the fact that we could bring our pet was a huge plus. This hotel was in a great location… within walking distance to several restaurants and walmart. The room was quiet, even during a full house. I used the pool and the fitness room and both were fine, with the exception of the pool… it could have used a little tlc and a better cleaning. The small touches like free coffee, cookies, and treats for the pet in the lobby made a big difference. The reason i gave this four stars and not five was because our room was right above the smoking area which somewhat seeped into our room when we had the window open. We couldnt keep the window open because of it… and the internet was rather slow but it was free so whatev. but overall, I would definitely stay here again. P/s got a great rate for this hotel on travelocity… under $ 60 a night, just saying… a bargain for what you get!!! :-)

No way would I EVER stay there again. Everything was going along find and dandy actually until I washed my face to get ready for bed and with my eyes closed picked up what I thought was a freshly replaced wash cloth from the cleaning staff and wiped my face off. While wiping my face I noticed something strange feeling about the wash cloth, like it had little hairs in it… YEP you guessed it. Inside the ENTIRE wash cloth was some one else’s pubes. I kid you not. I was SO repulsed I couldn’t even go down stairs. We were leaving in the morning & I am 100% the type to complain when something is unsanitary, well that literally takes the cake. NEVERAGAIN.

I had a great experience here. Long road trip with 2 kids and I promised them they could swim once we checked in but… It got late and I was worried the pool would be closed. It is open 24 hours!!! :-) Happy kids and happy mom. The room was great, beds comfortable, and it was nice and quite. They serve a great continental breakfast with self serve waffles among other choices. Really have nothing negative to report… We’ll stay there again if we’re passing through.

I stayed here while on business at Ft. Leonard Wood. The location was close to the restaurants and the base was easy to find. The hotel was clean and quiet. The amenities were basic. The fridge in my room froze my water. The breakfast was disappointing. Rotten fruit, bagels, waffles, cereal(milk was warm). WiFi included. If I travel back here I will try the Fairfield Inn next time.

I was visiting my boyfriend who was graduating basic at Fort Leonard —- This place was quite welcoming after an 8 hour flight + 3 hour drive… the desk clerk was super friendly and the accomodations were very clean and comfortable. I left the next morning for my bf’s grad and we came back before the cleaning lady had a chance to clean my room… we hung the«do not disturb» sign all day and found a note later that evening under the door expressing concern that they will be knocking in a few hours just to make sure everything is ok… as a female traveling alone, i appreciated this because I’ve read the dateline nbc articles, watched the scary movies… hahah anyway, this is a great place to stay + free breakfast in the morning
