We stayed here for a job in St Roberts and was not very impressed. My shower wall had a huge rot hole in it, the handrail cover for the shower had fallen and cut me when I used the grab bar. Mold on and around bath. Vent cover was a bad science experiment. Dead bugs in lights. A layer of dust that was visible. Would not stay here again even if it was free.

Not accommodating for the leisurely traveler but for us, staying just for a graduation at the army base nearby, it served us just fine. Complimentary breakfast from 6−9am. Small spread of bread, muffins, biscuits, sausage patties, egg patties, cereal, do it yourself oatmeal and waffles. Great for a quick breakfast on a busy vacation stay. Rooms were well kept, spacious, flat screen TV and DVD player. Indoor jacuzzi was nice. And all staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for those looking for an affordable place to rest near stores and restaurants and close to Ft. Leonard Wood Army base.

Agree with the previous review as it is indeed under rated. Excellent price compared to what is in the area and the hotel is clean, safe and located a few minute drive from Ft. Leonardwood. Very comfortable beds and very TVs. The only thing the more expensive Fairfield has on it is a better breakfast. My only complaint about the place is that my non-smoking bathroom started smelled like cigarette smoke.

America’s Best Value is seriously under rated. The rate was around 68 dollars a night which isn’t bad for what you get. First of all, they serve real breakfast in the morning. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and a waffle iron. The rooms were nice, with a king bed, and clean with a cable line up better than the more expensive Holiday Inn I stayed in the night before. There are plenty of places to eat around and it’s really close to Ft. Leonardwood army base. No gym though, my only hit. Great value over all.
