Made an appointment on Friday to have a facial on Tuesday. I got there and the young woman behind the desk said I didn’t have an appointment, and there was no one in the shop! The place was dirty looking. She said I would have to reschedule. I think not!

They booked my partner for an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. When we arrived for the appointment, the spa was closed. We drove a half hour to get to the spa and waited 20 minutes outside before leaving. They took several days to respond to emails and calls. When they did, they said they’d accidentally booked us on a day the spa was closed and called it a «misunderstanding».

I spent months searching for a salon that would do sculptured nails and found that the are very few. I went to this establishment and received great service. The environment is great and the young ladies are very professional. Had a very enjoyable visit.
