Love the cheese steak sandwhich. Best I’ve had in Florida! The atmosphere is inviting the staff is accommodating. Gotta try this place if your in town.

CASH ONLY: I have been going to this place for years. Hands down the best Phillies you will have in the area. The staff is friendly too. While I enjoy the regular PhillySteak with just meat and cheese, my husband loves to order the guttbomb. I just wish this place would take credit card.

I went to college near Philadelphia, Pa. The home of the cheese steak. Since moving to Florida 25 years ago I have had many cheese steaks but none that truly captured the flavor of a true classic UNTIL I discovered Philly Steak and Sub. They have amazing cheese steaks! I love them! They also have very tasty fresh cut french fries.
The service is excellent and quick. Very pleasant and professional staff.
They do have one quirk. No credit cards so bring cash.
Their sign out front says «The Best Cheese Steaks in Florida». They aren’t lying.

Went there with my family and kids. We ordered two orders of their large Philly cheese steaks; one loaded and one with just onions and we were very clear in specifying no mushrooms. When the stakes arrived, after waiting for like 40 minutes for them, they had mushrooms!!! Management was very rude, did not charge me for them but didn’t even apologized and we weren’t about to wait another 40 minutes. The steaks looked tasty but their customer service is horrible!!!
