Puff n Stuff, Inc

Just got done buying my first vaping kit from this shop and it was a great experience. The shop is small but it does not feel cramped. Everything is easy to find and help was no more than a couple feet from me. While I was there at least 2 other people came and went and never did I feel like I was in anyone’s way. I was greeted by Tony who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and he was happy to assist me with my selection. I am somewhat new to all of this and Tony took time to help me find the right e-​juice to start with and fully explained and helped me test my new kit. The prices are great (I expected to spend more than I did) and the selection is extensive. They have an online store as well, which is equally impressive. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received at Puff n Stuff. They will have my repeat business!

The shop is a bit small and cramped, but overall nice. Good prices on both the fluids as well as the hardware. The staff is friendly, though not the most knowledgeable in the area.
Edit #1: And then I got this response from… the owner I guess? It says, «We are very KNOWLEDGEABLE on what we sell. It might not be the answer your looking for cause people believe what they read on the internet but I can promise you we know what we are selling and talking about ;-) Thanks for the review anyways (i guess. lol) Cramped is a good thing ;-) means we were busy!!!»
So, I guess they are also pretty defensive and firmly believe they know more than what can me researched online. Also, the shop wasn’t busy, there were three other people in the store and I felt constantly in the way while standing still. The review was previously four stars, but I tend to find defensive, argumentative, sarcastic and pompous responses lower my opinion of the establishment overall.

Is it funny that that reviewer only has Puff n Stuff as their only review, and refutes everything I said in the same order I said it, only a short while after my original post? After it refutes my opinion, it spends the second half refuting the only other review for this place. Yeah, I’d place money on it being a fake review from the owners. That just tanks my opinion of the place even harder. Well done.

I’m giving this shop two stars because you can get some real things here just at a very high price. I started vaping after I went to this shop, Tony and gina set me up with an evod starter kit. it was great until I started doing some research and found out everything I had bought was a clone or a fake. I will never shop here again, they are not helpful when you return back into the shop with problems and love to remind you how all purchases are final. They sell drip tips for twice the price as any other store in the area. And sell fake evod tanks and coils. (Evod coils should come in pre sealed packages NOT a free floating baggie Tony will give you) if your going to sell clones of things atleast mark them as such! Ego batteries are fakes along with evod batteries. They order stuff on
and then mark the price up ten times and never tell you its a clone. NOT COOL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VAPE SHOP. THEY ARE CHEATS IN THIS STORE. Any other vape shop is better then St Clouds «hippie» Puff N Stuff. Btw, wear some shoes Tony thats kind of gross!
