Other than being round, made of dough, and having some base and toppings(which were disappointing), this pie did not anywhere resemble a pizza. The pizza was characterized by a white bread for crust, thin tomato sauce with a tabasco aftertaste, anemic amount of cheese and toppings that did not have any real taste. Very disappointing.

We have ordered several pizzas from here since they recently opened. I’ve gotten deliveries to home and work, never had a problem with customer service issues. When I did pick pizza up, the girl actually showed me each pizza for my approval. All looked great. Now I love the taste of their pizza, my daughter doesn’t care for it as she says the sauce is a bit sweet. I guess I have a sweet tooth, because I think it’s great

I really wanted to support this business since there is a sign in the window that it is ‘veteran owned’. Heard a lot about the Papa John’s brand but I’ve given it my ‘three strikes and you’re out’ test. I’ve had 3 bad experiences — making my orders in-store. First trip, I ordered and returned in 10 to 15 minutes to pick up. After waiting another 5 minutes, cashier said«What was your name?» I told her and she looked up my order after not finding my pizza. She asked the prep cooks and they told her it was made. Then I’m told my pizza must have been mistakenly taken by one of the delivery guys — so they’ll make another one. Come back in 10 to 15 minutes. This time they had it, offering no apologies. Second visit I ordered one of their special’s — 5 toppings. I placed my order and asked that the pizza be square cut(some call this Chicago cut). When I got home, I discovered 1 topping was omitted and it was not square cut. Third trip, when I arrived, I politely told the cashier this was my 3rd order and my previous 2 both had problems — so I hoped they could get my order right. She did not respond with anything but ‘What do you want?’ I placed my order and again asked that it be square cut as the last time they didn’t cut as requested. When I returned for pick up, I heard the cashier say to the cook — ‘this isn’t square cut’. Then she tells me it will be just a minute — she then had someone else bring out my pizza. He more or less shoved it at me. Well, they tried square cutting it after cutting it pie shaped. What a mess. There were pieces ranging from about 1″ to 7″ in all sorts of shapes. Wish I could have shown that one to the owner/manager. Obviously, I won’t be back because the workers have no customer service skills. I’d like my comments to reach the manager/owner, but don’t think the workers would relay my message to him. So, I’ll hope he checks Unilocal
