This restaurant is the best in the hamptons. Its about to change names, but food just keeps getting better. Ambiance is divine, i always sit at little bar over looking sag harbor park and yachts and the sound! Spectacular view! Frito Misto is just divine, as good as you get in Italy. Crispy not over cooked Tender Calamari and Perfectly cooked medium shrimp, and zucchini straws, a lemon wedge and sea salt and you are in heaven. Spaghetti with fresh marinara is delicious. Bronzino is always perfectly cooked with sautéed spinach and fresh tomatoes. Burrata is great quality, served with fruity olive oil and tomatoes. Pane carasau thin thin flatbread grilled with rosemary, garlic and olive oil is a meal in itself and is a MUST with dinner or appetizer’s Seafood pasta is not to be missed. Clams are cooked with gentle heat so they are tender and tasty. The waitstaff is excellent, Duffy, Brent, George the bartender are kind and knowledgeable and fun. Maurizio Marfoglia the owner/chef brings his Italian birthplace foods to your table in Sag Harbor. Lunch is relaxing here, come early to get a seat. They actually answer their phone, unlike other restaurants in the Hamptons that pretend they are too busy to pick up the phone. Tiramisu is not to be missed with a perfect espresso. BonAppetito

I had a great meal here about a month ago and wanted to go back. My husband and I tried last weekend and arrived early only to find they were closed for a private party. Went back tonite(early sine they don’t take reservations). Started off as a lovely meal, although food not as good as I remembered(over salted). Towards end of main course, table for two turned over and they put a family of four at the table for two. A woman with a high loud squeaky Minnie Mouse voice was pretty much sitting on my lap. I physically felt her every movement, which was constant given that her 10 year old child next to her could not sit still. I could not wait to get out of there. Barely finished my main course. Will never return… And this is OFF season! Do not go!!!

I love this restaurant. Outstanding food, great service, friendly staff. The atmosphere is great specially in crowded nights, we go there every time we get out, even just for a drink an appetizer at the bar. Marc the main bartender is a pleasant company. Recommend !

I have been here three times and we have had a great meal each time. My spaghetti with clams was a little too heavy/oily but every other dish was great. Salads light, the flat bread appetizer was delicious except again they were heavy handed this time with the oil. The branzino was delicious. The raghu was great too. They have a helpful waiters as well. I will come back again soon.

Atmosphere, atmosphere, atmosphere! Several friends recommended this restaurant so I tried it my first night in the Hamptons. It’s so warm and cozy inside with a great vibe that epitomizes the Hamptons lifestyle. I shared a pasta to start. Unfortunately the linguine with clams was a pass. There was an appetizer special that sounded so great that I got it for my main. Mussels, shrimp and calamari were on a bed of spinach purée and it was excellent. Chicken Milanese was also good. Service was decent, but honestly you’re coming here for a chic atmosphere.

Quintessential Hamptons: owned by someone related to Donna Karen, white décor, very scene-y, food good but not amazing, service a bit subpar, and expensive. Red snapper w black garlic very good as was the squid ink linguine. Went here in the offseason but bet it is packed during the summer

Tutto il Giorno advertises in the OFF-SEASON, $ 11 for a HOUSEWINE?! Wednesday’s date night is $ 28. Given $ 11 for a glass of House Wine, the date night price of $ 28 must be PER person. Way to attract the folks that live here year round, but, I guess that’s not who Tutto il Giorno is aiming for!?!

We went there just for desert and coffee. The staff was very friendly and welcoming even though we were not there for a full meal. The tiramisu was delicious and the coffee was very good as well.

This is a review for a Sunday night August 9th. The wait staff are working like maniacs! It is packed. They are lovely. Great service. The linguine with clams comes — its bad. Big chewy yucky clams. Why did they serve these?! The waitress apologizes. Not the usual ones. So take it off the menu! We feel bad complaining. I wait 10 mins to use the bathroom. I watch how hard the kitchen is working — all Spanish — so I don’t complain — its breaking my heart. But management should be ashamed! How can you do this to them!!! Not coming back. Bread was good.

Food was tasteless in sag harbor restaurant. Restaurant noisy and atmosphere unfriendly. Hostesses have attitudes.

Much ado about nothing. The game is to wait wait wait, then you get served very average food on a good night.

Lovely sitting outside looking over to the wharf. Tall propane heaters if it’s a bit chilly. Very friendly, service good. The rigatoni is a must, flat breads, heirloom tomatoes and barrata. yum Lambs were tasty, but I would’ve preferred medium cooking rather than rare! And yes that’s the way I ordered it… didn’t seem to matter, all of us at the table had rare chops, no matter how we ordered. Maybe I’ll stick with fish next time. Great place on a summer night

So disappointed in this restaurant. It was my favorite place to take house guests but last night the food was«off». Maybe its too early in the season? The rigatoni with sausage and vodka sauce was dry. My friend said her app of fried calamari was not crispy and the side of marinara sauce for it was tasteless. So disappointed. The staff was nice so I’m going to be a bit more generous with 2 stars.

What started as something quite promising devolved into a thoroughly unpleasant experience by the time the main entrees were delivered – or not, as I was the unfortunate victim in The Case of the Missing Entrée at the Hapless Hand of the Passive Aggressive Waiter. Our party of seven arrived with a reservation and we waited in the bar for an outside table. My cocktail – the spicy cucumber jalapeño margarita – was excellent, and I was really looking forward to dining here as the pasta dishes served to the lone indoor group looked amazing. We were seated after about 15 minutes, and placed our orders for food and another round of drinks. We ordered two plates of calamari for the table. I shared a lentil salad with my friend to my left. The guest to my right shared the tuna tartare appetizer with his boyfriend, who was sitting corner right(the two were quite obviously together, and ordering accordingly). Everything was fine until they(after what seemed an inordinate amount of time – at least 15 to 20 minutes following the first courses) began delivering the mains. I had planned to share mine(the rigatoni) with seat mate left, while my two best friends had their own(rigatoni and pappardelle), and the other couple to my right specifically split their order of rigatoni. Everyone had their plates(which all looked very thoughtfully prepared), and I did not. And when I addressed our waiter, he mumbled, «Oh, I didn’t hear you.» Let me repeat that… He actually said, or rather mumbled, «Oh, I didn’t hear you.» And then mumbled«Sorry, I’ll get that taken care of right away.» Less than five minutes passed when my bowl arrived– alas, appearing nothing like what my friends ordered, but rather looking and tasting as though I had opened up a jar of Trader Joe’s vodka sauce, thrown in the snap peas and sausage, and microwaved the whole thing on high for 90 seconds. The Case of the Missing Entrée became The Case of the Less-Than-Mediocre Entrée Missing… any evidence of culinary talent. There was nothing interesting or unique about the dish at all, and I sent it back, declining his offer to replace it(rightfully expecting another delivery from Olive Garden Express, and quite unwilling to eat alone after my friends were all finished). And to highlight the absurdity and add insult to injury, Mr. Passive Aggressive Waiter itemized 2.5 orders of the rigatoni on the check. He didn’t hear me, but had no problem billing mine as a half(after just two bites). I honestly wanted to confront him and call him out on his ineptitude, but spared my dining companions of this as they quite enjoyed their meals. And I have Unilocal to capture and publicly vent my frustration at such an awful experience. The case is now solved, with Tutto Il Giorno tried and convicted in the court of social media. And this member of the jury is now out… for good.

I love this place. I go to the Tribeca location and Sag Harbor. The staff is super friendly and the food is always excellent. There’s always a festive ambience too but not crazy. The Burratta melts in your mouth!

My friend ordered the linguine with clams and all of the shells were empty and at the bottom there was like 6 clans in the sauce then we tried to get the waiter and she didn’t really care so we had to get the manager and she was the only help

Avoid! We drove over from Watermill after making a reservation for 2 early Saturday afternoon. We arrived promptly, only to discover that our table was«outside» — on this late October evening. We asked for a table inside, but the smirking host told us that the reservation was marked«outside», and that they had no place inside. I worked for ten years in the restaurant industry, and know very well that a reservation implies inside the restaurant(d’uh!), especially on a chilly fall night, unless the guest specifies otherwise. Happy to say this ended on a happy note. We went to the American Hotel down the street, and it was excellent as usual. This review can’t attest to the food, of course, but if the service is any indication, I wouldn’t get your hopes up. Try your luck if you wish — but if they run the front end this way, the back end won’t be much better.

Fish stew was magnificent! spinach very sad and tasteless!!! my huge complaint was that i was unable to finish the magnificent fish stew and requested to take more than half home. it was packaged soooo poorly that by the time we got back home, all the juice from the stew leaked out of the very poorly wrapped stew, into the inside of my car, and all over everything around!!! took a real long time after returning home from dinner, to clean and hopefully get rid of the smell of fish all over my car!!! Geeeezzzze, for all that money, can’t they figure out a proper way to wrap leftovers so they don’t leak all over the place!!!

Good food. Friendly wait staff and meals arrived in a timely manner. Probably one of the better places that I’ve eaten out there. Will certainly return. Had the rigatoni with sausage in vodka sauce. Tasty!

Only time in 28 my wife returned food. I might have if she didn’t. My martini glass was dirty, set the tone of the evening. Save $ 200 and get a lobster roll on the pier, even if it sucks, it is better than this. Service was great, so is the service at Micky Dees. Too bad I can’t move lower than one star. Must be nice to have DK your mother.
