430 in the morning long line. The place looks like it has never been cleaned. Dust on top of sandwich case crumbs around cash register. Overall DIRTY. Coffeer not that good.

Typical limited airport fare. No salads. Got a Cherry Wood Ham & Cheese sandwich. Came with a smear of Dijon mustard. Asked if they had any mayonnaise so it wouldn’t be so dry. Nope. They don’t have anything like that. Kind of a weak effort for a rather premium price.

This is a poor representation of the Starbucks organization. The staff is dismissive and act like they are doing you a great favor to be able to purchase from them. They refused to to a refill even when their idea of leaving room for cream was a half cup of coffee. Pete’s next time for sure.

Incompetent. Asked for a tall hot green tea. Jordan had to ask her coworkers which one it was. She then tried to give me Mint, which her coworkers said was the green tea! She couldn’t find the green tea. Okay okay it’s an airport, but if you’re going to put your name on a job application for a coffee shop, know the difference between the two green tea bags. Just because they’re both green doesn’t mean they’re both green tea. I took the Mint bc I do like it but I wanted green tea bc I was feeling like a cold was coming on. I asked for honey packets, she gave me agave nectar. Um… not the same. I also asked for a tall… she gave me a grande. Again, incompetent. She was also smacking on some gum so that was professional. *sarcasm*

Worst customer service I’ve had at a Starbucks. Mohini did not greet me and appeared annoyed the whole time. Took my order and then shook her head and rolled her eyes when I asked if they had cookies straws, which they didn’t by the way. They were also out of s’mores to make frappuccinos with. I wish I had brought my phone to walk over there, that way I could have taken a picture of the counter that was covered in sugar and milk and was disgusting. The same clerk also sent away another customer who was asking about Pellegrino. Two stars because the young guy that she yelled at to come and actually make the frappuccinos did a fine job. Mohini must be the owner because she is obviously not worried about customer service or getting a complaint. I took a feedback card and I will be getting a hold of Starbucks directly as well. I would pass on this place, even if you’re stuck at the airport.

I am not sure why people are beating this location with such low reviews. Keep in mind that this is located in an airport! If you notice that all the big names in ANY airport locations aren’t like the places you’ll visit outside an airport. I’ve come here when I needed that«pick me up» cup of joe! It’s a small place. I only get the standard coffee so there’s not much to report! Every single time I’ve come here… it’s been fresh. They’re pretty good at stocking the condiment area. I am able to come in and out quickly. As for the employees… not much to say. I say good morning and they smile and ask how I am. I’ve noticed some grumpy people.(Probably not giving themselves enough time.) This isn’t an actual building so no bathroom. There’s one nearby, though.

This staff for an airport staff got the long line down quickly. I got my drink and pastry very fast and I’m very impressed. Other airport Starbucks need to take note of this place.

Aaah Starbucks… I love you for being there for me. After getting off my plane I needed a refresher. Had me the blackberry mojito and it was great. Prices are normal as in any store. Place is small to Starbuck standards but its nice to have a few tables and fast service to get you on your way.

Sorry, definitly NOT my favorite Starbucks. One of my biggest pet peeves are people that look unhappy at work and all three of the baristas working looked and acted like they wanted to be anywhere but there. And they messed up my drink order, could have understood if they were busy but they were not.

This Starbucks is always packed, especially in the early morning as the travelers try to wake up to catch their flight. I enjoyed their hot chocolate, which was creamy and tasty, probably just a lot of calories though.

wish this starbucks was located in the middle of food concourse! my gate was on the opposite side and I had to run to get my coffee before boarding my flight. Staff is GREAT! but the lines are very long. located on southwest airlines side

As with many of them it can be hit or miss, if you stick with coffee then it can only be a lil screwed up like it being warm not hot, ask for a blonde get pike. On this visit new staff is here and appear willing and friendly. The area is kept clean and seating it self is limited to a few tables and chairs but hey you are at the airport and terminal seats are everywhere.

Not a fan of this particular location. I do acknowledge an improvement in staffing and service is much faster. The drinks are adequately prepared, but the volume of travelers seeking a beverage or treat could be better served with a redesign of the space and or increase in the store size. It is a Starbucks and while I can use my gold card to make a purchase-it can’t be used to redeem free food or drink credits.

They were closing in 15 minutes as it was a Saturday afternoon at Sacramento International Airport(SMF). Still the only employee was already cleaning the bathrooms. Almost walked out, but waited. After I tipped him he says, «You mind sitting outside as I am closing in 15 minutes and want to mop the floor.» Really? Who cares, but otherwise I would have gone 4-stars, but due to employees action, it just gave me a bad feeling and I will pass next time at this location. Hope the franchise owner reads these reviews.

This is the Terminal B location near Southwest Airlines in the new terminal. The store is operated by HMS Host and is store code 5903E02. Not in Terminal A either one of the two. The phone number on the receipt is 916−283−2101. Ok now that that is out of the way… This is a tiny drink in Starbucks but a cute one. Small location as most of the coffee being ordered is to go. If you plan to sit in, the line is to your right and a few tables and drink condiments to your left. Small tables but cozy. Service was okay. Drinks were consistent. Prices were a wee bit higher than my normal locations but it is the airport. They had the usual coffee gifts and paraphernalia. It is good to see a familiar drink before heading out on my flight.

Yes, the lines here are long. The prices are higher because it’s in an airport. The pastries were well stocked and the staff were helpful. I definitely have been to better and more cleaner Starbucks. Not the best one out there. I would try to hit up Peets coffee when I’m at the airport instead of Starbucks to support smaller businesses. Did I mention the lines were long?

Typical airport Starbucks. The cashier never looked at me, and she seemed frustrated, or maybe tired. She said thank you but was quite robotic. The barista was very slow compared to most Starbucks I’ve been to, especially at airports. He said have a nice day but was so quiet you could barley here him call drinks out. Just an average Starbucks. At least the drinks are consistent.

This Starbucks location is in Terminal B around the Southwest area. It’s a nice location that can get busy, so do plan accordingly. The baristas are always pleasant, and I can’t comment on my black tea lemonade situation because they were out of black tea this day.(UGH! WHATTHE!?) But if you love Starbucks and only want to drink Starbucks, this is the location for you!

Only three stars because they do not have condiments with the sandwiches they sell making for a dry eat. I asked for mustard and was told it came included in the packaging… and it did not, nor do they carry any. You will pay the ‘airport’ price for anything there, as with any airport concession location. WiFi is not standard hotspot you get with a Starbucks, you get the less-than-desirable«free» airport WiFi(you have to sit through an advertisement or complete an offer first). Not the traditional«Starbucks» experience but still the best coffee in the airport!

A little oasis of caffeine away from the hustle bustle and frustrations of the airlines. Actually this location is in the Southwest Airlines area of the terminal, probably one of the least frustrating Airlines — is that a coincidence? I think not! The only thing that is bad about airport Starbucks(this one included) is that they are run by a third-party company(HMS Host) and don’t participate in the Starbuck Rewards. This also means that you can’t use the Starbucks App that allows you to make your purchase just by scanning the code on the phone(if you don’t know what I am talking about, go log onto the App store and download the app — it is free and wonderful).
