Awful, only filled my drink ¾ of the way. Prices are higher and you get less apparently.

Worst Starbucks ever. Last three times couldn’t get a coffee before my flight because the line was so long and literally doesn’t move. Learn how to be efficient or higher more people. This is ridiculous.

Two people working in the early morning rush. The line was over 35 minutes. This Starbucks is typically under staffed.

This is definitely the slowest and most poorly run Starbucks I’ve been too(west coast, east coast, Europe & Singapore). There were only two employees and the one making drinks seemed to be very slow. Eventually the two changed between taking orders and making drinks, but I had to wait over 20 minutes for a soy mocha, and at that I had to ask twice as they made no effort to do a soy drink even after everyone in the store had cycled through. It seems that the one barista was good, but she could not recover from the mess the other one had created.

Definitely not friendly. While in the slowest Starbucks line ever, a lady in front of me passed out and fainted. As a guy and I helped the lady, who fainted, the workers not one time acknowledged the woman. They didn’t offer water or ask if she was okay. I ordered my drink and the barista Cierreh was very rude. When I received my drink, I said«thank you» with no response.

Worst customer service. Bad attitudes, slow, playing on phone. Coffee was terrible. I try to be understanding but piss poor customer service is not ok.

The baristas here seemed stressed out but it may have just been the day. I’m sure working at an airport is stressful enough but making pre-caffeinated people their Starbucks cannot be fun. Still, I’m a friendly person and the barista making my drink gave me attitude, complaining about my drink while she was making it and then being less than nice when she handed it to me. Hopefully this was just an off day.

By far the worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks. They were so slow and the drinks were not made correctly. When I asked about my drink the manager or lead first didn’t pay attention to me and when I said something she was a huge b***h. We left and just threw away our drinks. I am a loyal Starbucks drinker but I will never go back to this location.

Coming from a real Starbucks barista the Starbucks at terminal b is horrible I would not recommend this store service is slow and drinks are not made to standard I watched the barista make both drinks I ordered venti passion tea lemonade half raspberry half classic and a venti iced espresso 3 long shots splash of soy the tea was over sweet I asked for thee and three on the pumps we got six and six iced espresso was made with ristretto shots not long the tea was remade but the espresso was not claiming they didn’t know how even after I offered to talk them through it to top it off partners cannot receive there discount at this store on a side note there is a small language barrier being that the people working were East Indian

Didn’t open till 5am. Only had two people behind the counter when they did open. I ordered a tall blond freshly brewed coffee. And it was lukewarm. For a Starbucks to be at an airport. A) you would open earlier. And B) have more employees. Won’t go here again.

If your going to have slow service, at least have cashiers that smile and say things like«good morning» and«thank you» for me Starbucks is about to experience, I can get coffee anywhere. The people make the difference. Some re– training my help.

Great location at the airport. Nice to the fact that its after TSA where liquids of 3 oz or more get confiscated. I know that air travel always wears me out, so being able to pick up my favorite cup of caramel machiatto right before boarding the plane is a plus. They also serve up all the usual deserts. Which is nice since free pretzels or peanuts on the plane don’t always hold me over or suffice.

Ordered a tall iced caramel macchiato. Started sipping it as soon as I was walking away from the counter and coffee spilled on my shoes and the floor. Seems like the barista overfilled the cup. Had to ask for a replacement lid. Wow is all I can say & not in a good way. Guess I’ll stick to regular coffee at this location.

The people who work here(Terminal A) think it’s a good idea to eat pizza from CPK inside the café. Ruins the experience of sipping a capuccino! She’s walking around the Starbucks eating pizza out of the box. Replace. What restaurant lets their employees do this? And the girl says ‘hi’ without looking at me and keeps walking so I don’t know if she’s talking to me or not. This is not what it’s all about.

If your into good coffee and people watching, this Starbucks is for you. Located in the same terminal as Southwest Airlines. This Starbucks offers a great cup of Joe and a front row, center stage seat for being a super star look-e-loo.

Fail-fail-fail. No scanner so it takes forever to scan(read) my card; the latte tastes like water; and she didn’t close the lid so my EXTRAHOT latte spilled all over the place. By the way, if you don’t know how to spell«Danny» you probably shouldn’t be working here.

The workers at this Starbucks were very slow. There were 2 employees(cashier & barista). I ordered lemon loaf and venti classic black tea lemonade. The barista was very slow with expediting the drinks. She did it one by one instead of, several drinks at one time. This is the only Starbucks I have yet to see multitasking. I had to ask how long my drink would take. She said: shortly. Once I had it, the drink wasn’t sweet as I expected it to be(I did request it to be sweeter). I would hope for better service next time.

Of course, the new terminal has to have a Starbucks in it… it just wouldn’t be right if it didn’t! They don’t honor your Gold Card status, which is lame — I’ve become accustomed to free soy and syrups in my coffee! As most airport Starbucks go, this staff was like robots. No emotion, no empathy… just a robot making some coffee and on to the next one! Same good flavor, but I’m glad I don’t go to this one often :(
