I can’t believe I haven’t found this place before! We had a wonderful stay! Home away from home sort of speaking. Let me start by saying the staff if more than welcoming, they have excellent customer service. I didn’t know what to expect renting an apartment for a few days instead of a hotel, but I’m so glad I did it. Fully furnished apartment with everything we could need to stay longer if we could. Free Wi-Fi, cable, spa, pool, and fitness room! Comfortable rooms and nice bedding. Definitely will be staying here everytime we come back to Sacramento!

What a perfect stay once again for my family! This is the 5th time we’ve used Sacramento Guest Services and we couldn’t be more impressed and happy! Every time my parents and sisters family come to visit we have them stay here and it’s like the perfect home away from home! It has a full kitchen and washer and dryers… it doesn’t feel like a cramped hotel room! It feels great that my family has all of that space and those luxuries! We spoke with Ed R. who is usually the manager on duty and once again was extremely helpful getting everyone checked in and out. It was great service! It’s a great value once again and I would definitely recommend Sacramento Guest Services to anyone! We will continue to use them again this holiday season when my family comes back to visit!

Now that«Ed» has replied, let’s just be truthful here. I spoke with him, Ed, several times and yes, you did sir, approve a small gathering for a small group, as long as the noise was kept to a minimum. It is amazing how you forget things at your leisure Ed. And this wouldn’t be the first time.

We didn’t know what to expect but it was almost like we moved into a fully equipped fully furnished two bedroom condo for two nights! It has so much space and everything you need(pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, extra linens even dishwasher and fireplace!) Its so comfortable and much better than choosing a hotel. The deal we got on was so great! Service is excellent and helpful!

once i sent an email to the manager letting him know that i wanted to cancel my reservation 4days letter i checked my bank account transactions & he debited the money out of my account without authorization from me. i felt like he received my email & still tried to get some money… very unprofessional & seems money hungry… stay at your own risk…& that’s not the correct address & its a 2bedroom apartment not condo…

We took an in-city vacation from our home in early August 2011. Well, it felt like a vacation, but we were evicted from our home while our house was under construction. I needed a place for my two kids, hubby and I to stay for a week. I was not looking forward to a hotel because it was pricey and we’d be sharing a room… taking on food expenses, etc. THEN, I discovered an apartment complex that I used to live that had short-term rentals. This place is great. It’s a gated, upscale apartment community two exits from downtown Sacramento. Our unit(#106) was a ground level two bedroom, two bath, and offered our family access to the beautiful pool, feeding the ducks in the«fake lakes» and access to their gym.(We never made it intot the gym, but we LOVED the pool and hot tubs!) It’s a true apartment with Granite countertops throughout, a full, stacked washer and dryer, living room with fireplace, two flat screen tvs(one in the LR, one in the master br, both w/cable) and great closet space. There’s a private patio as well. The unit is carpeted in an industrial carpet. The bathrooms in basic linoleum. CH&A and free WiFiworked great. The kitchen was a standard apartment kitchen with a full-size fridge, full-size oven, built-in microwave, coffee maker, rice maker, plus all requisite utensils, plates, cups, and mugs. During the week we had a daily maid that vacuumed, did dishes and made beds. IMPRESSIVE! The development is very quiet. You’re assigned a gate pass and parking spot. I got a $ 99/night rate. I thought it was too good to be true and checked it out in person. We LOVED it and will recommend it to family and friends visiting Sacramento. Our only recommendations to owners are to:) add a few extra sets of dishes and utensils. For a family of four we really ran through items. 2) We never figured out how to use the gate. Fortunately we squeaked in behind other residents. 3) The sheets are rather threadbare. They could stand to upgrade to make the experience entirely perfect. 4) Patio furniture would make this over the top! This would be a great short-term spot for folks relocating too!
