The Quarter Event Creations

The Quarter Event (specifically Quierra) did an absolutely amazing job handling the day-​of coordination for our wedding. From the beginning, Quierra arranged conversations via Google Hangout or in person to discuss everything from our high-​level goals for the day to nitty gritty details like the location of the flowers and place settings. She met with us at our venue and walked the site with us, probing details, asking questions, and getting a full sense of what we had in mind. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Quierra handled all the documentation and scheduling of vendors, took our obsessing and dozens of spreadsheets in stride, and provided a collected and calming presence.
Our ceremony and reception took place at a public park, so everything got trucked in the morning of: chairs, place settings, a dance floor, flowers, signs, guest book, food, the entire bar: you name it, they brought it in. Quierra handled all of this seamlessly, so by the time we showed up at the venue it was transformed and looked gorgeous. She did this all with no help from us and minimal help from our family. During the event, Quierra kept things moving, handled all the microphones and musical queues, and even set up a send-​off where we ran through an aisle of our friends and family to the waiting car.
It is impossible to overstate what an amazing job Quierra did: if we could give her 6 stars, we would. We certainly don’t plan to get married again, but she will be the first person we call the next time we have another event to plan.

The Quarter Event Creations is awesome! They planned a really cool party for my girlfriend. The event planner really made the day special for her. She was so happy.

The Quarter Event Creations is a unique and wonderful event planning business. Definitely a must do for any event, big or small. Quierra planned my birthday party for a small group of my closest friends. (The peacock themed party in the photos). It was so helpful to have her come in and take care of all the planning from beginning to end. I didn’t have to stress or worry about a thing! Everything was beautiful and there was such an attention to detail; right down to the hand-​cut peacock napkin holders, hand-​cut confetti, and gorgeous banner (which now hangs in my bedroom!). Everything was perfectly lovely and we all had a great time.
To top it all off, Quierra has a blog on her website where she posts about her various projects and events. It is a fun read with lots of great ideas. Definitely check it out!
