They have EXCELLENT customer service! and the pizza is always hot and fresh! Mike is awesome! This is the only location I choose to go to because I know I will always get quality service and quality pizza!

Good pizza, incompetent staff! Called back to business at 1 hour, gave my name, he no can find, gave my address, he no can find, gave my phone number, he no can find. Finally I checked my email confirmation and gave order number, finally he can find.
Excuses as to why their 45 minute scheduled delivery wasn’t being met. Waited another 15 minutes before delivery! Five dollars tip to the driver, not his fault.
Not wanting to be rude but would compare the order taker to the Scarecrow, but would have to apologize to the Scarecrow.

Very good, fast pizza and tasty little potato/​cheese/​jalapeño bites. Also fantastic customer service — I’d arrived in late on a flight from Hawaii and was trying to order pizza to my hotel. I was moving too fast and didn’t see that I’d selected a delivery time for the next morning, as delivery for the night had just ended. I called the store to cancel, and they were going to be very nice and refund my order. But an angel of a delivery guy said he would bring my order on his way home. Completely made my day when I was hungry and exhausted. Thank you!

I don’t usually order anything from pizza guys as my choice of pizza place. But Since I had a free coupon for breadsticks the cheezee bread I decided to try them out. The service was fast … Called in my order and 15 minutes later it was ready. It was quite delicious! The employees there were very friendly. The breadstick weren’t too greasy and it made a good appetizer for dinner.

I always call them for pizza delivery. Order is easy to make over the phone, delivery is fast, and staff are always pleasant whether ordering delivery or at their location. I usually get their Hawaiian pizza (thin crust)… Always consistently tastes good! Although, today they forgot my ranch… :(

Pizza Guys is the best pizza place for its buck. What bothered me is the $ 15 dollar card limit. My pizza turned out 14 something dollars, and I had to buy some ranch because it didn’t hit 15 bucks.

i used to order from here all the time but after what happened today i wont be. i call and order a pizza then hour half later I’m left wondering what happened to it. So i call and they tell me my order was never processed and ask if i called the right place. The same girl that took my order even gave me the price and everything, anyway no thanks.

I am just writing this for my latest experience with Pizza Guys at Natomas. I called to place an order and was asked to be put on hold. First problem, I was left waiting for over five minutes. I call a few minutes later, and I was finally asked for my order right away. Twenty minutes, they said my order was going to take. I went to the location earlier because I was already getting my mother food from another fast fiod restaurant. I arrived 13 minutes prior to the 20 minute estimation. I was told it would take 5 – 8 minutes for my order to be ready. Second problem, I waited 16 minutes. This was the longest I ever had to wait for a Pizza Guys order after calling in advance.

Ordered a large two topping pizza and got a free side of garlic cheesy bread after joining the online club. Delivery was speedy and everything was hot and delicious, especially the garlic cheesy bread with the marinara sauce. The garlic cheesy bread is pants down amazing. Next time we we will try the jalapeño cheesy bread and hopefully it will be just as good. So glad to find a nearby pizza place that serves up the good stuff.

Ordered here multiple times, good pizza but ordered last night and found a VERY long hair in one of my slices. It was under the cheese, in the sauce. So I know it wasn’t any of ours.

We’ve had these guys deliver pizza to the office a few times… it’s always fresh, made to order, yummy & the delivery guy is very friendly. They automatically bring plates, napkins, parm & peppers which is great at work. Online ordering is easy & the home page had a coupon to use online!

Great pizza! The service is always polite & happy. I never seem to wait long by the time I arrive my pizza is ready & it is made just the way I ordered.
The staff always ask if I need plates or peppers etc. That’s a nice touch.

Google Maps has the location of this place totally wrong! It in NOT in the Sizzler Shopping center. It’s across the street!
Ordered a $ 15 medium pizza; which was good. If you picked it up it comes with a free drink and ice cream. Advertising for the ice cream was definitely misleading. I thought we were going to get the big ice cream with our pizza, but no. It was the personal size with just 2 servings :(Oh well. Lesson learned. At least the pizza was good!
