Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered 3 pizzas. understood that they had to be freshly baked. quoted 10 minutes but waited 32 minutes. and the whole time i sat in the store front not one team member said anything. Finally received pizzas, with no apologies i might add. Was so flustered i rushed out of there and noticed they didn’t even offer me napkins, cheese, or pepper. I remembered that as i sat there waiting they didn’t miss asking one customer even when the store filled up. once the crowds dies down and only 2 people in the store front, that’s when they «forget» to ask me if i would like anything else. Its like they knew they messed up and was just avoiding me. rude much. once i got home and opened up the pizzas, one of them were very dry looking and did not taste fresh at all. Who is running this place? geez. Needless to say, will not return to this location.

i’ve worked in customer service, really wouldn’t hurt to be courteous to your guests and genuinely apologize when you are at fault.

I USED to be a frequent customer at this store, but today I had to wait too long for the pizzas that are supposed to be ready all the time. Also, the sauce is now too spicy hot. So I guess no future visits for me. :(

Called in and ordered a pizza for John H, at their West El Camino location, went to pick it up and was told they «sold it» to someone else (is there another John H in Natomas?) and did we want to wait 15 minutes for another pizza! WTF not like we were late picking up our pizza we ordered! and. .. did they offer a coupon/​discount for their f*ck up NO!!! Sorry never going back, besides unhealthy crap, we’ll stick to Papa Murphys!

Who manages this place??? Everyone seems so overwhelmed with how to make a pizza and expedite. Very low skill level and yet no one gets it. look making pizza isn’t rocket science give a few toppings I guess to most. Hot and ready? More

You get exactly what you pay for. Tasty, inexpensive, unhealthy food. I come here to get a quick pizza. The Italian cheese bread is to for for!!! I always get them.

Love this location. Clean and fast. Prices here is better then at other locations. They dont charge you extra for using credit/​debit card.

Went to LC’s last night ordered three hot and ready and as i was eating a slice of cheese pizza a bug fell off the pizza and on to me I threw the pizza away thinking no big deal. Come to find out today when i went to eat left overs three bugs took off when i picked up the two remaining cheese slices, I was able to smash one where it was and yelled out eww there is bugs in the pizza box. My fiancé said «for real I seen some fall off my food last night, I thought I was just tripping» I called LC’s natomas today all the manager Calvin said was he is going to tell the owner and to not worry they don’t have bugs pest control comes and sprays… WTH, you mean to tell me they come and spray they only spray if there is a bug problem… I will be climbing up the latter, because its not cool to eat baked in weebles in your cheese pizza. Or for my three year old daughter too either! **After further inspection i seen another weeble baked in the cheese close to the crust, note it was not the yummy seasoning pieces in the sauce it was a bug, if you look close enough you can see the antenna’s** please spare your self don’t eat here I mean they don’t care if you eat a roach lol.

For being a budget and fast service pizza, 5-​stars! This is the best LC’s Pizza I’ve had. I’ve been to several others and the quality and taste is simply no good. I usually put in my order and ask to have my pizza and breadsticks made well done and they’re great!

2.5 for service but not for the whole staff. Just 1 individual.
I would have given them a full 5 stars but took some off because of a certain staff member. The young man who took my order didn’t return my change but gave my receipt instead. I know it’s only 15 cents but it’s money I work to make… so I turned around to walk away but quickly realized I didn’t get my change. I looked up and turned around to the cashier and as I was turning I saw others witness my reaction. So when I finally turned I asked him for my change and instead of thinking clearly or taking a second to think of what had happened. He blurted out a snarky … «I didn’t give your 15 cents?»
Well obviously that’s why I’m back… so he sucked his teeth looked around for his key and made it look like he had to move heaven and earth to give me my 15 cents back. I was not impressed and I wasn’t going to stand there for one second more for this treatment.
I usually don’t talk back but I told him to keep it.
After 10 mins… I walked back in the store to pick up pizza

Seem to be disappointed every time that I come here. I know they are not know for high quality pizza but even what they guarantee seems to fall very short. I have had to wait for my pizzas every single time. Not so Hot and «Ready.»

Fast, hot, perfectly cooked. They take special requests. Never a problem. We love ours well-​done. The $ 8 deep dish deep dish is a bangin’ deal. Nothing glamorous kids. Pizza for $ 5 and usually with no wait. The kids like it. It’s a good deal. Their deep dish pizza isn’t that bad for the adults. I give them 5 stars because they are consistent and their prices are good.

Terrible pizza at an awesome price. As advertised, it was hot and it was ready. No complaints.

I had heard that the pizza was pretty good but I was still skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised. For five bucks it’s pretty Awesome.

Sub par pizza although its selling point is they always have pizza ready so it’s a quick in and out. Only problem is this location Never has any pizza ready so you end up waiting just as long as any other place. Recommendation … skip it. If your gonna wait for pizza, it better be better than this microwave effort.

One of the last places I expected to be writing a review about turned into a pleasant surprise. $ 5 for a medium pepperoni pizza that’s hot & ready, just as advertised!
Of course I’ve had better; in fact, this is about a ⁴⁄₁₀ on the pizza scale. Service was helpful and cheerful! Factor in the price and the «instant» factor, and I’ve no problem at all with a 3 star rating on the overall experience.
This is college student food. Do not ask about the sourcing or any other details about the ingredients; we don’t wanna know.

Walked in for a $ 5 pepporoni pizza. Got it quickly. They have some in the heater ready made. If you want fancier pizza you’ll need to wait for them to make a new one.
But it was good. 8 slices. The entire meal was 2x cheaper than eating fast food at McDonald’s. it’s a great deal for pizza.
