Probably the worst McDonald’s j have ever been too, rude and I will never be coming back, beware they won’t participate in the app!

First off, this is just another McDonalds that messes up my order. I asked for a quarter pounder, with just the meat, no cheese or anything else. Sure enough, after unwrapping my burger, cheese is on it. I return my burger, and told the counter person that I ordered a plain burger. Her moronic response was, Oh, you didn’t want cheese? I felt like saying, Well if I wanted cheese, I wouldn’t be bringing my order back. Not only were they incompetent, they take no pride in their work.

The restaurant is really old and needs to be updated. but the people there are always nice

Since writing my initial review, I’ve had two more horrible experiences at this McDonald’s which suggest to me that they’re significantly understaffed at this point in time. Won’t be going here anymore.

This is the world’s worst, most incompetent and rude McDonald’s I have been to in the US. Trust me, I travel frequently and have been to many.
For the umpteenth time, one of their moronic employees gave my husband an incorrect order. I realized as soon as I went to eat my food. Breakfast was going to be over for the day shortly, so I called and spoke to someone who claimed to have authority named Michael. He said come back and I assured him my husband was already on the way. Not only did Michael sell the remaining breakfast sandwiches to the customer in front of my husband, but he ignored him and then after approximately 10 minutes had surpassed (during which time Michael proceeded to prep trays for lunch), he advised my husband that breakfast had ended despite the obvious fact that he had been sitting in the drive-​thru for quite some time and well before breakfast was over.
My husband and I live nearby, so out of convenience we have reluctantly chosen to go to this location more than once. It won’t happen again if I have anything to say about it!

This McDonald’s is a rip-off…they don’t honor any of the usual discounts on mini-​meals, they charge you for any changes… and they are rude. The premises are unkept and generally lacking in any sparkle. The franchisee undoubtedly is the cheapest around. For a better McD experience just bypass this one and go to the next. there are plenty of filet-​o-​fish in the sea!

This is the worst branch I have seen in my life I did order with a girl her name is Michelle she did ask me like tow times what i need and after she got my order she told me i have to pay first window i drive thru the first window and after 3 mins she called me from the second window and she said back up and she asked me again about my order i told her and paid and i double check my order i found it wrong i walked out from my car to the first window to see whats going on and i found the girl laughing with her co-​workers i told her about the wrong order she argue with me and took my card give to the manager which is the rudest man I never seen in my life his name is Jeremy I told him what happened and I thought he will at least apologize about what happen from the girl but he said she asked me and I didn’t correct her and he told me am rude and am not welcome to come back again because he does not need my business

I like getting iced coffee when I don’t have time to make my own and whenever I go to this location it’s always burnt and sour tasting! It’s awful! I didn’t know it was impossible to make good iced coffee.

By far my least favorite of Ronnie McD’s in Sac thus far. I am a connoisseur of sorts of McDonald’s. Some are bombtastic & consistent some are like this location and suck.
Ordered inside of this Ronnie McD’s yesterday as I was driving thru the area on my way to an appointment nearby and after seeing the drive-​thru lane that reached all the way around to the entrance of the parking lot where I had just drove in decided I’d take my chances by going inside but it was no better…
If I never have to come back to this Micky’D’s I’d be blissfully happy.
My Beef’s:
Super slow service– from start to finish. Plenty of people manning the helm, however their primary focus was on the drive thru and & not the paying customers inside of the store also desiring to order and eat.
Double Cheeseburger although prepared right in front of me was lardy tasting and gross but I ate it as I was famished and wasn’t’ going to be around food for hours to come. I love fat & lard however gross is gross.
CHINTZY: Yes this location is the chintziest I have seen to date.
Why?
Soda’s. You know the ones that you pay for and can refill or fill yourself? Well not here you can’t. They keep the soda dispenser behind the counter which creates an issue when you want to refill it yourself and have to get back into line in order to do so. And remember they are focused on the drive-​thru not the paying customers inside. Boo!!!
Condiments: They do not offer packets of the ever beloved Mayonnaise which I eat along with several packets of ketchup each time I eat a burger at MickyD’s… Then I was informed along with this Mayonnaise request that they would have to ‘charge me’ for a small container of said beloved mayo as they don’t offer it when all I wanted was 2 packets of said beloved Mayo for my burgers.
Wow… Epic Fail. And the burgers tasted like 3 day old lardy lard too?

Well McDonald’s is McDonald’s to me, i use the drive thru always, what i dont understand is y do they have to charge fr xtra pickles or xtra anything like condiments, its not like im asking to add xtra meat. Seriously its an xtra .45¢ pr burger which it comes out to .22¢ pr slice of pickle REALLY Ronald! Really! Oh well, but get this not all mcdees charge fr it. still gotta love it tho…

This place was a nightmare to work at. Oh no look everyone the owners are here, bow down! I think not. Note to the owner: Wipe down the shake machine yourself and try not to burn yourself with the oil when you get to the fryer. Oh yeah and you have orders to fill up front and bathrooms to clean and I don’t care what someone left on the floor in there. Have a great day.

This location is probably better than most of the other loactions in the Sacramento area, but they have one annoying habit — cleaning the milkshake machine during the lunch hour. We go there once or twice a week and it seems like they do this about half the time. Don’t they know that people often order a shake with lunch? They should clean it earlier in the morning and in the middle of the afternoon. I’m tired of having to go to the Arden and Watt location just to get milkshakes, by which time the food is cold. BTW, the shakes at the local KFC/A&W on Marconi are much better anyway.

Food is hot and service always impresses.
Seriously, I expect very little from McDonalds, but this location has some of the best customer service I’ve ever received at a fast food joint. I should be used to it by now, but I always leave surprised at how friendly and efficient the workers are.

Anyone who knows me, knows that although I have the palate of an epicurean or a Michelin rater, I have a soft spot in my heart for The Golden Arches. The food here is pretty standard. They don’t have a secret menu or anything. But the staff here is what stands out. They are always so friendly, regardless of what time I come. It’s always «how’re you doing?» And if the line permits, a little banter about the day or weather. Sometimes if I know I may have rolled out of the wrong side of the bed, I’ll swing by here to get some coffee, because I know I’ll see a freindly face and some of their cheer will rub off on me.

Great service. Clean location. Not kid friendly for playing. No play area in or out. And toilets are high for the little ones. But very convenient place to stop.
