Panda Express Marconi & Eastern

I loved and they have wonderful food over there everything so neat and fresh I love how the vegetables are chopped neatly thumbs up

Last night the kids picked Panda for dinner, it was so good. Even though they were super busy we didn’t have to wait long. I love the black pepper chicken and fried rice panda bowl with a raspberry ice tea, yummy!

Worst experience ever at a Panda Express. I’ve been to this one several times and have never had such a bad experience. If your hours are until 10:30 and its 930 and you’re out of most of your food, don’t you think you should cook more? I know it’s an inconvenience to have customers when you want to go home but maybe you should get a different job.

I enjoy this Panda Express the most in Sacramento the staff is friendly and the food is always fresh and looking good. The set up is like every other panda but they keep there branch very clean. I always get the sweet fire chicken & the beef and broccoli with half fried rice and chow mien.

The food is fair service is quick. I’ve visited this Panda a few times because it’s local and I like to support local businesses. Tonight was business as usual except for the check out. When the cashier rung up my meals for takeout she didn’t give me my change. The coins were dispensed from the cash register but the young girl waiting on me handed me a folded receipt with no money. There should have been $ 2. This was interesting because I watched her open the till and grab two one dollar bills I turned away for a second and there were no dollar bills handed to me. I asked where my change was and she didn’t say anything just opened the till again and handed me the remainder of my change.
Count your change before you leave.

Awesome service and amazizing food. If it’s busy it’s because there the best and i never mind waiting. Food is always fresh and I’d recommend this place to all I know.

Food is very good but the service can take quite a while if you come in anywhere near dinner time. I will have to check out their online ordering.

. I just get disturb how I walk in and I stand in line and no one says a thing and they see me come in and Not Even say «ill be right with you «ect… it’s just me I guess but ill still give them 5 stars rate. Love you Panda People (:

I literally waited a half hour while they served everyone but me and I was waiting for teriyaki chicken. I ordered a steamed rice bowl with steamed veggies and teriyaki chicken and I got all the way home only to realize they had forgotten my rice. I am starving! This is unacceptable! I watched everyone around me eating while they cooked my incorrect order. SERIOUSLY ANNOYED! That AND my bowl is swimming in water. This is disgusting

I come on stand in line for 7 minutes. They take a long time. I order and ask for a bowl of soup and she she says she is out. I asked why is the sign still up. She said she has to leave the sign up.
When we paid the cashier said that they could make some if we want them to.
I just want to eat and if your out make more or take down the sign.

Always ate here and loved it, couple of days ago I had to stop by another franchise because I was close and the food was terrible! The rice was hard and the meat didn’t taste good and other stuff! SO I really really appreciate this specific location and think they are awesome. Plus the staff are super nice and on it! RECOMMENDED

Not a big fan of this panda. Their portions are small. They’re always super busy so there’s no food left and you have to wait after you’ve waited in line.

Food tasted burnt the last visit.
From the chow mein to the orange chicken.
I sampled the angus steak and that even tasted burnt.
I think the cooks need to wash out the wok every now an then so the burnt flavor doesn’t follow all the food cooked after the 1^st or 2^nd menu item is cooked for the day.
The portions were just okay. I’ve gotten my food piled on at certain panda express but this one was a little stingy.
Other than that it’s Panda Express. The employees were nice and helpful.

Honestly… I’ve never been to Panda Express but I was in a tight spot for dinner last night and stopped on the way home because it was on my way home. I bought the Family Feast which is 3 Entrees and 2 Sides and took it home to the familia. It was a pretty decent array of American style Chinese food food. I really liked that they had healthier choices called «Smart Wok». All of the entrees and one side that I got were Smart Wok choices and all were … while not the best Chinese food I’ve ever had… tasty and filling. I had to make one non healthy choice because the chow mein looked so good. I loves me some chow mein made with skinny noodles. This particular location was really nice, large and clean inside and the customer service was excellent! I will probably go back if I’m in a bind for dinner again one night and I’m in that neighborhood.

I dunno, you ever eat at Panda Express? I have, and the budget line order service is like any other. But have you ever eaten there with fellow patrons? I would have to say it’s not like dining with a room full of dead heads making room for more. It’s a family affair and I like treating it like that. The service is fast, the food hot and prepared all day, and the ambiance casual. Dine in-​take out is what I see as an order.

You think you can get away with decreasing the size of your take out boxes, which decreases the size of the portions, and charge me the same? Yes you can, and yah, I noticed.

Nice quick place to get a meal to eat in or takeout. My kids love the Orange Chicken but they also have some less americanized sugary dishes like the kung pao that actually has a little heat the pepper chicken in nice too. I only wish they had some really spicy stuff but it is what it is and usually everyone can find something they like. The iced tea is yummy and it usually isn’t too busy and you can always find a place to sit.

I really like this Panda Express location. It is always pretty busy, which means the food turns over quicker and is fresh. The orange chicken is always fresh and crunchy… not soggy like it’s been sitting for a few hours like some Panda Express locations. This is also one of the few locations to still serve brown fried rice. Yum :)
Service is so-so…I think they’re usually so rushed with a long line of people that there’s not much time for attentive service.
