I like this location a lot not to busy food is always fresh staff is pleasant and helpful always telling you what your best options are.

In terms of the KFCs This one is a good one. Clean, facilities in good condition, plenty of seating, and the food is exactly what you might expect at a KFC. My one issue is that in the limited number of times I’ve been into this place, more times than not they have screwed up my order somehow. Luckily I was eating there, and they quickly corrected. Sure glad I wasn’t going the drive-​through though.

I love Potato Wedges! Love love love them. I’m a Vegetarian so my choices at KFC are very limited, but I will make a special trip here just for some of those wonderful wedges.
This location isn’t in the best part of town, but I was surprised at how nice and new and clean it was! Very nice. It’s located right next to Panda Express and I believe a Rite Aid. There is a drive thru and a dining room to sit inside and eat at.
I decided to go through the drive thru on my lunch and it was nice to see there was only one other car ahead of me. When I go to KFC I usually get a small side of Macaroni and Cheese and a small side of Potato Wedges with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce. I wasn’t too hungry, so I just decided to get the wedges, and it was a little over $ 2.00. I was in and out in no time and the girl at the window was very nice and friendly.
It has been at least a decade since I have been to a KFC, but the Potato Wedges were as good as I remembered them! Very fresh. I HAVE to get them with the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce because it’s AMAZING. They only gave me one sauce, so next time I will ask for extra… And some Macaroni and Cheese!

I have used this location a couple of times during lunch and had good experiences, so I swung by tonight after a very long day, looking forward to the same good service.
I used the drive thru and gave my order. The girl at the expedite window was very nice. She told me my meal will be a few minutes and to please pull forward and park and my food will be brought out to me. I haven’t had that happen before and did not see designated parking for drive thru customers, so I pulled up to the stop sign and waited (no cars were behind and I wasn’t blocking anyone). It wasn’t even two minutes when a young short-​haired brunette came out and acted quite snarky towards me. She reprimanded me for not parking in the parking lot. I apologized for her inconvenience and left. Upon leaving, I looked again and still saw no signs directing where drive thru customers should park. So why am I getting reprimanded when I did not receive complete and clear instructions as to where I should be parking?
It didn’t stop there…
I arrived home and unloaded dinner.
I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED!!!
I ordered two big boxes, one with three chicken pieces for my husband and one with tenders and popcorn chicken for me. I checked my receipt and it was correct but when I got home, there were two big boxes with only chicken pieces. No tenders, no popcorn.
I wonder if I should drive back to the KFC and reprimand someone too… Naw, I’m more mature than that, and besides, two wrongs don’t make a right.
I will, however, be using the survey code from my receipt to give feedback and I do not believe I will buy dinner there again.
Too bad.

There was a day… many many years ago… before A&W became a part of the mix that this was a damn fine Kentucky Fried Chicken joint. Even after the new building and A&W joint business it was a good place to eat. Over the years it has slipped ever so slightly as to be almost undetectable each time it did, but it adds up over time… This last time was a deal breaker for me. They took away the A&W on tap root beer and put it on the fountain dispenser with all the other sodas. Thanks guys you cheeped out… not even sure it is genuine A&W root beer anymore. The over carbonated stuff pouring out of the fountain is sure not what I’ve been accustomed to. Pity… at least you can still get a frozen mug, but really now… fountain root beer? How much are you saving per serving? Find your profit elsewhere and remember A&W does not condone the practice of dispensing their root beer from the fountain. Put the tap back please. I think the poor looking and tasting KFC chicken has less to to with the location than how crappy the corporate company has become. Sorry but it is just NOT good chicken anymore. One can do better for less at the local supermarket. The A&W burgers are your typical quick serve burgers and such, neither good nor bad… I like them but not enough to go out of my way to get them. The on tap root beer is what brought me in and kept me coming back for both chicken or burgers… sadly not anymore.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They did not give me a one way ticket to flavor town! very disappointed with the fact that there were no chicken bits left in my beard. will not be returning.

Unfortunately, the service at this KFC has gone below par. A month ago, I was overcharged. At first, the cashier denied that I was overcharged until I proved it. A week ago, I ordered 10 pieces of crispy chicken. However, I found out later at home that he only gave me 9 pieces of original recipe chicken. I was served by the same cashier for both incidents. In addition, unlike my previous visits a few months ago, the place is no longer clean. It’s really sad that this KFC has gone downhill.

This place needs to close. We’ve been there twice and have been absolutely disgusted both times. Their portions are dinky, and their chicken is so dehydrated, that it is inedible. Absolutely the worst KFC I’ve ever been to.

First of all I ordered 10 piece hot wings all flats and was told… I’ll see what I can do. (Okay I think you can do it I’m the customer) also ordered fries no added salt, both orders were not correct after I waited at least 10 minutes and food was not fresh so I’m not sure exactly what took so long. I won’t be going back.

Great service, great food. Was in and out, eating there in twenty minutes. Root beer is the best in the business. Chicken was delicious. Very clean location, only knock is bathroom lock didn’t work.

Nothing is better than getting a ice cold mug with your lunch !!! We ordered food from both menus and everything was really good. Also the staff is friendly and very fast.

This is by far the best KFC in town!
I travel an extra 5 miles to get here. the service has always been good. But the reason I come is for the CHICKEN. They have always had freshly made chicken, hot and juicy. They also have chicken pot pies that are chuck full of chicken and veggies, also always really fresh.
I have had to wait for chicken, and will gladly to get really good fresh chicken.
I’ve watched and heard management speak with other customers, they are very sharp and very reasonable accommodating people.
The place is always clean!

The service here is absolutely terrible. I came in at lunch today, and it was packed. There were only five people working. Everyone was using their EBT card because it’s the beginning of the month. They should have known to schedule more people. This is the worst planning I’ve ever seen.
The long line was held up because someone got their order screwed up. When I eventually got to order, I ordered a to go cup with a chicken little plain. I waited forever to get the food. The employees were all running around like they were completely confused, and the supervisor was yelling at them. When I finally got my to go cup, the chicken little had pickles and sauce on it when I asked for it plain. The cashier said that this was only her second week there. If I had know what a horrible experience this was going to be, I would have gone to McDonald’s two stores down. I’m giving 1 star because there isn’t an option to give zero stars and two thumbs down :(!

I was a former employee at this KFC years ago. My experience here was absolutley horrific. I worked here for about 4 months. In that time I experienced harassment, sexual harassment and all around rude co-​workers. The owners didn’t care about my issues that were going on while I was working there. I was often harassed by co-​workers while trying to help customers along with other tasks. If I had decided to take legal action against this place they’d be in a bad situation. The fact is, all this was brought to the management’s/owner’s attention and I had full documentation to go along with it. This place really doesn’t care about employees. I was always on time and never called in sick. I always tried to do my job. Other managers would come from different KFC locations and would be shocked at the crew’s behavior. This was the worst job ever!

The food here is disgusting and the service is horrible, also they don’t have some food that’s on their menu

Stay away from this KFC!!! The food and service are the worst. I’ve been here a few times… one time they tried overcharging me, I asked for the Tuesday pot pie special, she charged me for 3 instead of 2 that I ordered.
On two occasions I went through the drive-​thru and was asked to park and wait for my order, somehow those 2 times they forgot my order, I had to get out and get it myself and was ignored at the counter. One of those times I ordered a blizzard shake and it was filled halfway.
This is why I now drive further away to get Popeyes if I want fried chicken, it’s worth it.

I come to this location for the A&W food and treats. Mmmm. Rootbeer floats!

Love the food, but the service at this location stinks.
Two times in a row they failed to give us any silverware or straws at the drive-​thru. I don’t care how good the coleslaw is, I’m not eating it with my bare hands!
The A&W root beer is a bit pricey, and they can’t even make it right. How an A&W screws up the thing it’s best known for is beyond me.
I’m so glad I wasted my time trying to complain on their website — had to fill out their lengthy form several times because the site kept having errors. Then, no one even contacted me.

When i feel like eating fried chicken, i go to kentucky fried chicken cause it is always good… I love drinking their freshly brewed root beer cause this particular kfc also has an a & w joint together… i ate their sandwiches… basically it was two chicken fillets with sauce ingredient in the middle… that was very tasty…
now when it is a kfc night. we order the grilled chicken. which i think is better… but i still would eat the bucket of frie chicken…
the peoplle know me here and ask me everytime if it’s the usual sandwich or if i am here to get a family dinner…
