KFC

I come here for dinner and the associates are really nice. Food is always hot and lines can be long but goes by fast. I wish the menu in the drive through was bigger but nothing to complain about. I enjoy the food every time I visit

The food is good, but dude did I step back into 1992 with the décor in here. Lol. Well at least they took down the racist portrait of the black family eating KFC at their dinner table.
Service is… Not up to par. No smiles. And greeted with a «what do you want?»

I came here today during noon and purchased the 12-​piece meal with two large mashed potatoes. I ordered it to go and when I got home and opened the bucket of chicken, it looked disgusting. The chicken was all soggy and just looked smushed. The bucket was full of grease and was oily, but what do you expect; it’s fried chicken right? But my complaint is the soggy chicken! Why would you serve soggy ass chicken to your customers? Not only that, the mashed potatoes tasted weird! The gravy was too watery and the potatoes just tasted weird. I don’t even know how to explain it. Ugh. I would rather drive a bit farther to go to a different KFC location and hopefully not have to deal with this again.

Drive thru people are really nice. There aren’t that many cars going through, so my short lunch is never delayed.
I usually go for the Chicken Little Go Cups or the Famous Bowl, both of which are pretty much well worth the price I pay. Not healthy by any means, but enough to get me through the rest of the work day.

Super impressed when I stopped through today. Employees were very helpful. Love how they show you wants in the box before you leave. It sucks getting home and finding out something was forgotten. Definitely will make this my main KFC.

Ate here last week and I do not agree with the low rating.
Yes the food is unhealthy and yes there is a lot of oil, don’t act surprised you are eating fried chicken. In my opinion the food here is on par or better than most KFCs

Great service! Horrible food. I remember why I gave up KFC for popeyes. The wings were super soggy. Even the chicken meat tasted like mush. The potato wedges were cold. Very unsatisfying.

Pretty standard for a KFC. The customer service agents were very friendly and outgoing, almost overly. The restaurant was clean, food was served quickly. The best thing about this store is they have a life size statue of the Colonel that you can sit next to and take pictures :)

I been here a few times. i walk here from work. The first couple of times the food just been alright, not fresh and just warm. They have a $ 3 special sunday-​thursday which is what I usually get. I don’t like the BBQ chicken sandwich on tuesday at all and the KFC bowl is never hot. It just warm and the cheese never melts.
But here is why I’m giving it 4 stars anyway. I came here for chicken pot pie day. I placed my order and I’m waiting. I guess they didn’t have any on hand and they had to make so fresh ones. In my mind, SCORE, nothing like a hot pie. So I asked if I could have my 3 piece hot wing ($ 2 for 3 wings) while I wait. So she gave me 5 wings, yes, 2 extra ones for waiting. I got a hour lunch anyway so I’m just eating slowly and drinking my water. The chicken wings were hot also.
So when the chicken pot pie was ready, the dude gives me a 10 piece hot wing for waiting.
You just do see this type of service anymore. I have to mention the young man helping was new so he had a very good attitude.
Lets say, it was a very big lunch and I skipped dinner.

The service was good, there was some confusion on my order. That was probably my fault, I didn’t want 2 breast in my 3 piece meal. The guy at the window, fixed it for me and with a good attitude. My food was good.

I have hit the drive thru a couple times here and the service was good, order correct and the food was the usual. No problems. Parking lot not bad, good area.

I ordered the medium popcorn chicken meal and my bf ordered the 50 cent spicy wings. I received a large popcorn chicken… Just the chicken, not the meal, and a size I didn’t ask for. It was not even crispy. Kind of soggy, like it was left over from hours ago. My bf’s hot wings were super good though. Although they didn’t ask if we wanted sauce and automatically put «no sauce» on our order. I don’t like KFC in the first place (my bf wanted it) and now I remember why.

I haven’t been to this kcf in months and today reminded me of why. We asked for a cup of water with one of the meals and they charged us for a soda ($ 1.59), didn’t have orig chicken and didn’t mention it until I already paid, and the manager (Yang) tried to convince me I didn’t get charged even though it was on the rcpt.
This place is a total disappointment every time I come here so I wont be coming back.

Really awesome KFC ! Our fav. is grilled chicken. Everytime we had chicken here, it was great. Definitely recommended for folks who go to west wind drive-​in. Keep up the good work!
