There is no way the drive thru anywhere should take 30 mins. Thanks for making me late to work.

The food is about on par with any other Taco Bell I’ve come across, and I’ve been coming to this one literally for years. And for years their Pepsi machine has been utter garbage. Either they aren’t cleaning their machine and keeping up with regular maintenance, or they are jacking their carbonated water levels way over what they need to. When you use their machine it initially works just great and you can see the syrup and water blending, but then you can clearly see both components coming out individually from each other, and once that happens, the water level is too high and it ends up tasting like drinking acid without much flavoring. I’ve told them for years about the issue here and there, and it’s never been properly fixed. I don’t know if they just don’t take it seriously or not, but I remember years ago they had probably one of the best balanced machines I’d ever used, and now it is crap.

I have no real complaints about the service or the restaurant itself, but I don’t go to Taco Bell for the service or ambiance. I’m there for the food, and at a place where the hash browns barely break room temperature and there’s consistently ice chunks in the lettuce in your taco, reviews start plummeting. They really don’t care that they’re giving you broken shells, resulting in a taco salad, and I don’t like having to grab a fistful of mashed taco ingredients and cram them into my facehole while I’m at the wheel. There’s really no excuse for not doing better.

One of the worst taco bells in Sacramento. It takes roughly 30 min to order and get your food when you go in through the drive through. The night crew is the worst, they do not hire much staff and most of the staff is lazy. I suggest never going here. The food is bad late at night around 10:00pm as well.

The food here at Taco Bell is fine. Ate here many times and ordered burritos, tacos, i 1000 tems from the dollar menu, and other food. Most of the times the cashier greets you as you walk in, has a smile on their face, and thanks you for ordering. But just recently I was waiting for the cashier to be fininshed taking the orders of customers so I can get a bag for my left overs. The cashier might have thought I was waiting for my food but she got off the clock to take her break and left me there at the counter. Nothing real serious. Overall this Taco Bell is fine.

There were only 3 Cars in front of us and it took 20 minutes. When I pulled up to the loud speaker I could hear the employees joking around/laughing. I was asked for my order and then they started talking amongst eachother while I was ordering. It was painfully annoying to have to wait that long for such a short line. This was 10pm on a Sunday. To make matters worse they got my order wrong. I ended up paying more for an order I did not place. I had to leave by this point. I knew it’d take them too long to get it together. I will not be returning to this location.

I came through this morning and got two burritos. They were luke warn & more tortilla than anything else. Weak. I rarely eat taco bell but this made it definite that I won’t be coming back to this location. The guy working the drive thru was friendly, an extra star for him.

Great food, but the crew is slow and there is ALWAYS a long line. Guaranteed 10 min drive through. They always get my order right though. I have suspicions that some of the crew gets as high as some of their late night customers.

I have to say that I love Taco Bell in general. I just can’t help myself. I really love their Mexican Pizzas. It is a brilliant concoction. However, my most recent visit was a bit troubling. The cashier that took my money had soap suds on her arms from her wrists up to her short shirt sleeves. When she gave me my change it was wet. Ewww! I am not sure if she was the one making my food but she did show up at the second window as well. I really wish they would go back to regular Iced tea too! I am sure I will be back but just a little taken back by the suds.

I am not huge on fast food, but when I do get fast food, I would like it fast. That’s the point of not going to a sit down restaurant. Unfortunately, when you get stuck in a fast food line, you can’t move. I came here a few times and it was a tad slow, like 15 mins, but I understood cause I remember my first job and it’s not easy with a bunch of needy people. However, recently I had to wait 35 mins in a fast food line. Absolutely ridiculous. The people don’t even come on the speaker to greet you, you just sit there in silence for about ten mins. There is no escaping. They Don’t even apologize for taking so long. To top it off, every time I come here, the guys hit on you at the window, which is innapropiate and probably explains why it takes so long. In conclusion, If you have somewhere to be, definitely do not stop here.

Got everything I ordered. There is a/c. Pretty clean lobby. The crew was friendly and professional. The food was prompt and ready and hot. The happy hour for medium sodas is great especially with baja blast heh.

Staff is pretty friendly at this location! Well… you know it’s Taco Bell. Cheesy, mushy, crunchy, spicy sauce packets, gooey, beefy, its why you go and what to expect on low budget dining, din 1000 ing that happens a lot at 1am.

I generally came here when I wanted food, because they were the closest place to work basically. I got good poisoning yesterday and today from just a burrito on Monday. It’s been a small version of hell I think. [update] Turns out I got food poisoning for about 7 days. Thanks Taco smells.

Catina power bowl is good. This location is friendly, clean, and the employees are polite. Especially Svetlana, who remembers my name, checks on the guests, and can often be found in the dining area cleaning tables, etc. well done Taco Bell!!!

I’m not a huge fan of Taco Bell, the Doritos-taco is pretty good though. They DO tend to put a TON of lettuce and be skimpy on the rest. Parking and just trying to GET to this location is REALLY bad! You have to go through the 7-eleven parking lot to get there unless you come from the other direction — then to leave gets more difficult because either way you go, you have to turn right. So you end up either making an illegal u-turn OR go all the way around the area to get back to Old Placerville Rd.

Love the service here! If you ever need anyone to serve you, it is toan tran. He answers all your questions, helps you decide what is good, and even suggest yummy food for your tummy. Besides from the good service, he is a cutie himself :). ** I love the $ 5 box! Yum yum!

I had just come from the gym and I was soo thirsty that I decided to indulge with a meal from Taco bell. The lady handed me the soda with no straw. I then said kindly, «Mam, can you please give me a straw?» She told me that I have to wait and it will be in the bag and promptly shut the window. WHATTHE!!! Tacobell has a policy to hand the soda out before the food for a reason! Customers are expecting to get their thirst quenched at this point. I felt DISRESPECTED! I said«PLEASE» for goodness sakes! What’s worse, she didn’t ask me what kind of sauce I wanted… I got mild, hot, and fire … 1 of each for 2 chalupas. My preference to hotness doesn’t change on a chalupa to chalupa basis. I felt like schooling her, but I was in a hurry. Blah… 5÷30÷11 Update: When I first wrote this review, I went to Tacobell at leas 1000 t once a week. Haven’t been back since this experience.
