Wow I get the wrong order 2 out of three times. Or every time they mess it up in some terrible way. How Hard is it to not put pickles on my fucking burger when I say no fucking pickles. I wanna burn this building to the ground lol. A building full of idiot failures

If i could give a negative star i would i simply said no tomatoes sub lettuce twice!!! And to the manager when he asked… i only order the sour dough for the bread i open my burger and i have a damn lettuce wrap!!! If i wanted a lettuce wrap i would have said lettuce wrap! And i called to fix it they just forward the call to the answering machine which is full! I called back a few times in an attempt to actually get ahold of someone nothing! Check your damn messages or answer the Damn phone!

Customer service is nonexistent. If I was running this box I would fire everyone and hire fresh faces. The recent reviews all agree the service is terrible. I only wish I Unilocaled this place before I visited.

Rudest customer service. I asked nicely if I could pay with two separate cards since my friends and I were splitting the cost of the big order we got. The lady gave me attitude and told me it was one card per car. When I went up to the window I asked again and these 3 workers gave me a hard time. They were being extremely rude and giving my friends and I dirty looks. Made me furious. In the end, I finally got my way. But long story short, they are rude and lazy workers. Oh I forgot to mention how they didn’t even put ice in our drinks. I don’t reccomend at all. Don’t even waste your time. They didn’t even give us receipts either.

I ordered a grande sausage breakfast burrito at the drive through at this Jack in the Box on January 24th around 11am. Once I drove away and started eating it, I realized, THEYDIDN’T PUTTHESAUSAGEPATTYINMYSAUSAGEBURRITO. How the hell do you forget to put sausage in a SAUSAGE burrito? I filed a complaint online and got an email saying someone would call me within two business days. Well it’s five business days and I still haven’t gotten a call. I sent another email complaining, and still got no response. I paid for a grande sausage burrito and did NOT get what I paid for, and Jack in the Box obviously does not give a crap about rectifying their mistake. Never going back.

Service during lunch is always fast and friendly at this location. 2 tacos for a $ 1!!! SOLD me!!! Not bad for fiddy cents! Crunchy meaty, add some taco sauce and it’s all good. It’s not the best but what do you want for fiddy cents. I’m hearing good things about the butter burger, that’s next on my fast food try list of high quality cheap items. One thing I have to add… I miss their old Ultimate Cheeseburger they used to have that was meat, cheese and a cheesy mayo sauce. Now they add ketchup and mustard like a regular ol’ cheeseburger.

Idiots! Well, maybe just the shift leader. I hadn’t been here for lunch in awhile. Yesterday, I had to get gas during lunch so as to not spend time after work doing that. I knew I would be in a hurry since I was going to Old I to help Unilocaler Ang C with his Monday Night Football guest chef thing. I had been waiting to get gas(due to down payment lines) and since this place is next door, I stopped in for a pita snack wrap, which i used to love when I came to J in the B B last year. I did not see them on the menu and asked the lady helping me if they still had the Pita Snack Wrap. «The chicken fajita pita?», she replied. «No, the pita snack wrap, it is like a snack wrap with pita bread and is like $ 1.50.» «That’s McDonald’s, we have never had that.» To say, I am sorry we no longer have that is one thing, but to tell me I am wrong, and that they«never» had it? That is another story. I felt it was rude and for a manager, she should get to know the biz she is working with and in.

Just got off work and I decided to grab some food for my boyfriend. As I pulled up the manager was on the mic for the drive-thru. He was very friend, fast on point. A lot of the employees there can learn something from that. –_– As far as it goes with other employees there, I’ve never really had a problem. Or at least I don’t remember. Tacos were good, and the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger was good. If customer service was good, it’s worth it.

I’m a fan of Jack in the Box, but this one does not meet the standards of others. When I lived in this area, this location was the closest Jack in the Box to my house, and I really like the chain. On multiple occasions, the restaurant would always get my order wrong. I let it slide a couple of times thinking that they would get it right on future transactions, but unfortunately, the problem still occurred on other visits. I usually would let mistakes like this slide but when I spend more than what I should have paid for, it leaves a bad impression with me. As much as I want to give this place a good review, mistakes on multiple occasions make me give the review I gave. Maybe the service has changed since I moved, but because of my previous encounters, I would not come to this specific location until I hear better from future reviews.
