Came to enjoy one of our favorite taco places. But that was a let down! Placed a $ 30 only to find out how messed up it was. When we asked the MOD if she can fix our order. She scuffed as if we were lying to her. And her tone of voice was insincere as if we were a problem. To sum it all up I am not pleased with the hospitality at this location.

Sometimes they mess up(not often) and I would have given a 4 star for that, but I can not ignore how friendly the drive-thru staff is! The time that I normally go through the drive-thru is between 2 – 5. Great drive-thru staff!!!

Very new and clean. Pleasant staff. Clean bathroom. Can’t complain. The food is, well, it’s Taco Bell. If you like Taco Bell, you can’t go wrong here.

We’ve gone here twice for breakfast, once indoors and the 2nd time today through the drive through. First trip inside you would think, they couldn’t mess your order up because you are there face to face… Wrong. We got 2 totally different things then what we ordered. We always like to give places a 2nd chance so we went this am before church. On my receipt I clearly ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit taco combo(comes with drink and a hash brown). I got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit burrito and no hash brown. I usually don’t like to complain out of fear of someone spitting in my food, since I can’t see them make it… I wanted them to know it was wrong and she said that they would fix it and within maybe a min brings me the corrected(it doesn’t get better) burrito, however, the bacon was cold and cheese wasn’t even melted at all. I can say that we officially will not go back to this Taco Bell. 2 strikes and your outta here!

The girl working the drive-thru register and taking orders is so rude!!! She lectured my mom because, she misunderstood that my mom had 2 orders — but was paying them both at once. She told my mom that she should have told her that. They weren’t busy. She came across as snobby, rude and it was just unneeded. The management Should be able to hire someone with out a attitude problem or teach them customer service. The attitude was just very unneeded. Manners really do speak volumes and so does customer service.

We tried the 3 flavored taco shell tacos, they were good but I think I prefer the original shells. My wife had the #1 combo which came with a taco, a burrito and a drink… her taco was good but the burrito was not.
