No one was in line ahead of me so it was very fast. Honestly took me longer to use the self check in than anything else. My prescription was filled quickly and everyone was incredibly friendly.

For as efficient and cost-cutting the self checkin is, the nurses certainly are not. Waiting 50 min for a flu shot when one person is ahead of me is ridiculous. This is supposed to be Minute Clinic, not Hour clinic. People want speed, get it done and go. CVS may need to rethink this model.

Wow. Not too impressed came in and put name on kiosk, three or four names in front of me. I see no one else in line so I figure well maybe I can get seen before someone else comes back. Guess not. The person comes out asking for a different name, wasn’t there goes back in to office, calls the woman and says it’s her turn(woman went shopping at jcpenney) and comes back to tell me it will be 20 more minutes and waits for 15 minutes for that woman to come in and sees her first instead of just squeezing me in. Seriously?!?

I came here twice. First for my daughter and then lately for me. For both times they were neither helpful nor knowlegeable. All they did was do the routine check– bp, temp etc but really couldnt even do anything without checking this huge binder. Takes forever to calculate dosage. Seriously??? You already have a calculator. How hard can it be? It really is a joke. You feel ridiculous and you are asking if they can help but you end up going to urgent care instead(happened on both occasion). I agree wholeheartedly with the previous review regarding the condescension. So please dont bother. If you cant be seen by your regular doctor, go to urgent care instead.

Quick, easy and convenient. It’s never busy and the doctor/PA has always been great.

I saw a nurse practitioner named Kelly. She never introduced herself or explained her qualifications. First of all, I had come in the night before when the Minute Clinic was closed and I talked to the CVS pharmacist about my symptoms. I told her that I was pretty sure that I had bronchitis and I told her that when I had these long coughing fits, Advair had worked in the past. She told me that Bronchitis was something that the Minute Clinic could treat and that if I told them that Advair had worked for me before, she didn’t see why they would not prescribe it for me this time. Great! The next morning I come in and enter my info into the computer. Then Kelly does her exam and asks all the questions, etc. She’s very condescending and makes remarks like, «I haven’t heard you cough once», and«Advair is not a drug that we use to treat bronchitis». First of all, there are certain triggers that make the coughing fits come on,(lying down, laughing to name a couple). She looks in my ears and says that one of them has a lot of fluid behind the ear drum. She asks if I can hear out of it. She asks if there is any popping or pain. The answer is yes, I can hear and no there is no pain or popping. I’ve had several adult ear infections and I’ve always had pain with them. So when she tells me I have an ear infection, I am thinking… this woman is a quack. She prescribes antibiotics for the ear infection. I get the RX filled only in hopes of it will clear up this crud in my lungs. My ear feels the same and I’m still coughing horribly, especially at night. My energy level is low. It was an awful experience. And it doesn’t stop there! A couple of days later, I get a call from a different nurse from Minute Clinic. I believe her name was Cindy. She seemed nice on the phone. She told me that I had a high blood pressure reading on the bottom number and said it was prehypertension. She wanted me to follow up with either my primary care doctor or Minute Clinic. Really??? Kelly NEVER mentioned anything about an abnormal blood pressure reading. This woman is a quack and has no business treating anyone! Thank you Cindy for the heads up. I will get it checked.
