Can a McDonald’s receive more than 3 stars? Probably not in my book and 3 would probably be for the original OG single arch Mickey D’s in SoCal just for the nostalgia. This McDonald’s is fairly new and the few times I’ve been inside they keep the dining area somewhat clean. The customer service is hit or miss as they seem to have a high turnover rate with employees. Probably not uncommon to any other McDonalds. They have a large playscape and an area for kids to play video games. I don’t know that I would speak for the cleanliness of this area. 2 Drive thru ordering areas works out pretty well although again sometimes service is a bit slow. Here is my BIGGESTISSUE: One of the only reasons I come to McDonald’s is to get a Frappé when I don’t feel like going to the green mermaid and half the time they claim the machine here is broken. The other reason I come is for ice cream, and half the time they claim this is also broken. This is unacceptable especially considering this is one of the newer McDonald’s in the area. A few more times of this happening and this review will probably be updated to 1 star!

I normally don’t eat at McDonalds, but today(Fri @ 3:00pm) we made an exception. I was impressed with their friendly service. There were a few people ordering ahead of me, but I only waited a few minutes to receive my food. Place appears to be kept clean. Will definitely come back again.

I went through the drive-thru about 8:30pm last night, and I have to say it was one of my worst experiences at this place, I’d give it two stars but there always seems to be something wrong with this place, it’s always a toss up if the food will be good or not. Last night I sat at the outer drive-thru intercom for about four minutes while another car that got there after I did got their order in as soon as they pulled up. About a minute after that I gave up and backed up to go to the inner intercom. As soon as I pulled up someone took my order, as I was already upset for having waiting at the other intercom, the lady who took my order wasn’t very pleasant. After ordering the lady in the first window was decent, had much better service compared to what I was about to experience. Now all I had ordered was two large drinks and dollar cheeseburger. There was three girls there working that window. I sat there and waited about five minutes, just for the dollar burger and drinks. On top of that the two girls who gave me my stuff had the worst customer service I’ve experienced there. They had a horrible attitude! The whole experience just about ruined my night…

So why in the world would anyone write a review of a McDonald’s? That’s what I thought until I ate at this particular establishment and felt the need to enlighten others. I was in need of a quick bite because I was running late to a Patriot Guard mission so stopped in. It was 12:15 pm on Thursday December 31. The place was busy, but not overwhelmingly so. It took forever to get my food, the burger was as cold as a hockey puck, the kitchen was in chaos with people obviously not sure what they were supposed to be doing, the bathroom was disgusting with«major items» broken and out of service, the hand rail in the single stall was pulled out of the wall, overall filthy. There are other choices in the area for a quick bite and should the need arise for another such stop, I will certainly avoid this place and try one of the others.

Those reviews are 10000% right. Never had worse food at a McDonald’s. Ordered a fish fillet, the fillet was so hard and dried up it must have been made yesterday. Same for the chicken sandwich. They deserve a negative 5 star!

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I been to. I ordered hot chocolate, how the hell can you go wrong in making hot chocolate, but somehow they can. I waited till I got home to start drinking it and had to run to the sink and throw up. It was so disgusting and left a nasty after taste in your mouth. It gets me so upset that something so simple and they still can’t get my order right.

I wish I could give this place 0 starts but in order to post my review I have to go along with the stupid«star» rating system. Usually, I don’t like to order McDonald’s I dislike their burgers but, once in a while because I haven’t had breakfast and there’s nothing else around on my way to work, I stop by and get a breakfast biscuit, the only thing I can eat out of this place. So, went to its drive-thru today and ordered a «bacon-egg & cheese biscuit with egg whites», the lady taking my order repeated my order and it showed up on the screen… everything going well so far; picked up my order and off I go. Get to my office, prepared some yummy coffee, get my biscuit out of the bag and«SURPRISE!» it’s a steak and egg one instead… and it looked disgusting! I didn’t want to post a picture so y’all don’t get nauseated. I got so upset! I know I should’ve checked my order right there at the window but, one is trusting that people that are asking to get more than the minimum wage are smart and know how to do their job… a simple thing of reading a ticket and preparing an order! This is the THIRD time that happens! I’m finally done with this place and their crappy food, I’m better off stopping by HEB and getting me a box of Smart Ones frozen breakfast sandwiches; they’re about $ 3.00 for two and with less than 400 calories and fat. The thing that pissed me off the most was that, I had to drive back to the McDonald’s again to get my order right, I told the African American girl in charge what had happened and she was like: «So…what do you need?» WTH! What do I need??? Seriously??? She gave me a new order and didn’t even apologized for their mistake… and these people want to earn $ 15.00??? Give me a break!

If Icould give this place 0 stars I would. I just went to go grab some lunch from the drive through(it’s 2PM). The girl says hello and I said«hi I would like to look at the menu real quick» — she didn’t say anything. So a minute later when I’m ready to order, she wasn’t there. No one was. I kept saying«hello? Hello? I’m ready to take my order?» I waited five minutes and was never helped by any one. There was no one else in the drive through, they weren’t busy, there’s no excuse for the horrible customer service and completely disappearing and no one helping their customers. NOONEELSEWASINLINE?! So after waiting and waiting with no one helping me, I left. I refuse to give my business and money to a place with NO customer service. I will not be back here, ever.

I would give negative stars if I could. This location is poorly run. Gross incompetence covers it. No customer service skills exist anywhere inside this building. They check their brains at the door. Order is never right. Fries are lukewarm at best. Employees can’t differentiate between regular and diet coke. At one point, they ran out of tomatoes. Seriously. No one could run to HEB and get more? Happy customers are return customers, but this is a concept from management on down that is lacking. And when you bring an issue to management’s attention, they tell you they will make it right next time you come in. Right. Because you’ll be there and remember our phone convo. And it does NO good to complain to Corporate. They just refer it to the store. Franchise or not, this is the McDonald’s brand. Not going back. Ever.

This review is specifically for this location. I would like to start off by stating this is probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Fast, friendly, clean and close to home. Order is never wrong, prices hardly change. I normally just order the dollar menu items. I love their soft serve ice cream cones! So delicious, so smooth! Sometimes I also just drive through to get a big cheap tasty soda.

Don’t know how to explain my horrible experience. I was siting at my table and look over and there are two men watching the tv a couple tables across from me and there is a lady stripping and doing lap dances on the screen and getting naked. And to my left are two little boys looking through the window from the play scape watching too giggling. I let a staff know and the manager came out to apologize. He said he couldn’t change it though. So I sat through the rest of my meal feeing very uncomfortable. Not a happy customer. And going to let others know as well.

Super bad service !!! I just came here right now… Terrible service … The person in the drive thru couldn’t hear me, once she finally gets it right, I get to the 1st window here the guy(so geeky white guy) confirms the wrong order, I tell him noooo that he has it wrong, at this point the manager some short hispanic and he tells me they are having system problems, okay so here I go again repeating my order. Okay soooo i get the next window and guess what… They don’t have my order right!!! Here comes the manager again … Giving me attitude because I’m upset that I had to repeat the order three times!!! If you are having system problem have downtime forms to fill out manually … !!! I cant believe that McDonald’s doesn’t have a backup plan!!! Seriously!!! Not only that they need to train their employees better customer service, I just understand what’s happening to businesses now in days, nobody knows how to give good customer service!!! I don’t comprehend how that«manager» got promoted to manager honestly… He was rude and sarcastic!!!

This is in comparison to other mcdonalds. Actually I’m rating the play area. Very clean, new equipment. Different design safer, if smaller, than other locations. We only bought oatmeal and parfait a, but the entire restaurant struck me as clean, new, and bright.

I have been to this location several times and each time I am sitting at the drive thru waiting for the person to take my order, some one else pulls up in the other lane and they are taken first, mind you have I’ve been sitting waiting for like 5 minutes. When I’m finally asked for my order it usually wrong when I receive it. I’m stuck waiting a total of 25 minutes for the total time. I’ve complained to the mgmt and they tell me they take the orders from whichever lane beeps first, how is that possible, I’ve been sitting at the drive thru for 10 minutes before another car pulls up. Needless to say I dislike this McDonald’s because the service is HORRIBLE!

This Micky D’s happens to be very close to work, and is very convenient for the morning breakfast sandwich, or oatmeal, when breakfast tacos are not available. I always use the drive thru. It never seems too crowded, probably because they have 2 lines and it is usually before 7am when I get there. Service is quick, employees are friendly.

All I ordered was plain old ICECOFFEE and they managed to mess that up, I went through the drive thru and when I got home I saw a FLY in it… that’s just gross and careless imagine what is in the food people could possibly eat and not even notice. Stay away from this one not even the drinks are safe.
