I can’t give it more than three stars because it’s $ 25 a piece to get out of there for seafood. Not bad I guess considering it’s good food. It’s standard no surprises«Red Lobster» seafood. The rainbow trout was good but if I hadn’t of had Lobster Bisque, a salad, asparagus and rice pilaf I would still be hungry. I got the small portion blackened, $ 13.99 and it was sliced very well. I had them grill the asparagus and that was a great choice. Good seafood. As always we will eat here if we are looking for seafood we can afford.

Loud noise of yelling singing in Spanish and silver wear flying around. Horrible. Prices $ 16.99 and higher per dinner. Food was great, waitress was great.

This place is good, a bit pricey but good. Lately the wait staff has gone down hill from what it used to be when we first started going there. They can get wildly busy so go early or off times. The food is well prepared and tastes good. The cheddar Bay biscuits I eat baskets of. When they are warn you cannot beat them. If there are just two of you then you have to be picky about where they sit you. Seems they like to seat couples at tiny 2 person tables or near the kitchen. So speak up if you don’t like where they seating you. Good place.

The lobster lover’s dream dinner was scrumptious! We also ordered a dozen raw oysters. Beer was nice and cold. My kids are crazy about the cheese biscuits here. Keep those baskets comin’! Service was very good on the outside patio.

I would give 1 star but what happened was my fault just as much as the waitress fault. More on that later. Our food was outstanding. Lobsterfest is our favorite limited time offer ever. The lobster pasta is crazy with flavor lobster and shrimp. The lobster tails with drawn butter is excellent. The side dishes are delicious. The salad although simple is great. Now back to my issue. I was so thrilled to join e-rewards and see that red lobster joined and I could finally cash in my points on something I really really wanted. $ 25 egift card. I could not get to Red Lobster fast enough to order off of the Lobsterfest menu. I gave the waitress my egift card and a $ 20. My bill was $ 32. I got back $ 7 and left her $ 6 for a tip. I walked out with $ 1. Wait! What! How did that happen? I paid $ 44 dollars for a $ 32 meal. I talk too much and was not paying attention to my waitress to catch her mistake, or was it?

Been to a few Red Lobsters here, Denton, San Antonio and I am now sure that they have changed their previous food supplier and their quality of the food, because the quality of the food has diminished to either packaged and/or frozen, I would rather spend more money and keep quality, just feels like the corporate hand stepping in and messing things up badly. Like most people said, the service is really good, just wish the food matched.

This is one of those cases where you get a craving without realizing what that craving means to me? So to start parking was almost impossible due to all the other restaurants in the area then after 45 mins of waiting we finally were seated next to a large group that were a bit roust and just tried to keep to ourselves to not have any issues with the bunch. We finally get the food and there was more plate than food so quit disappointing. The better part of our date night out was the service. The only reason this place is getting the 3 stars is because the service was fantastic and surprised me because of the amount of people there. So to the service staff Thank You I will say I would have rather eaten at Joes Crab shack, less grease and better food, portions are comparable to the money you spend. Never again will I go to his establishment. Sorry

Never any problems here as long as I get seafood. Leave the steaks to the steak houses. Always good food and decent service. Only some waiters charge me for my special order substitution which is fine. Those waiters that do just get less tip lol.

I had not been fond of going to Red Lobster after a couple of lack luster trips in The Woodlands but we decided to try this one out given it was a different city and all. I was pleased and will be going back again. Not too bad of a wait for a Friday night, generous portions, friendly and attentive service, and enjoyable atmosphere. The fries could have used a bit more flavoring but everything else was quite tasty. Yes, its a chain, but that isn’t always a bad thing.

We went to red lobster in round rock over the weekend and had phenomenal food at a great price with wonderful service. The endless shrimp meal that they have is phenomenal and the price is very reasonable. And the Mexican Martini they have is very very good!

We thank the Boss Kent for taking the time to sit with us and explain a few things. The platter was awesome and if you are smart try the lobster bisque and salad. That Alone is worth the trip. Kent you run a great place. Thanks Kenny G

OK dammit! I’m sorry for reviewing a chain! But shit. …the lobster in LA Frontera is one of my guilty little pleasures! Lobster and crab seafood stuffed mushrooms. …worth the $ 8 ticket. The freaking new england clam chowder is pretty close to damn good. Cailee was our server and I swear I would hire her yesterday! My lobster seafood bake was pretty damn good as usual! I wish my boys loved this place cuzz I would be here once a week!

Lobster Fest is the best time to visit! I got the Lobster Lover’s Dream, which came with two lobster tails and a shrimp and lobster alfredo pasta. I felt a little crappy afterwards because of all the calories I’ve eaten, even though I ate only half a plate, but heck, once in a while doesn’t hurt. The photo does raise expectations, but the portions were fairly small. At least smaller than what I expected. Service was somewhat slow, but kind. This was the first restaurant that didn’t really seem racist during my stay in Round Rock, so I appreciate that. Absolutely appreciated the fact that we came 10 minutes before the lunch special was over(placed our orders 2 min before the special was over), but they still gave us the lunch price after consulting the manager. Overall, very kind staff and good food. Portions were disappointing, but quality above quantity, right?

We have had another wonderful experience here at Red Lobster. The food was excellent and our waitress Shawna W was amazing. She helped me with my drink selection and made the experience great. If you come here ask for her. She made great suggestions and made us feel really welcome.

Environment: B(+0.5) The restaurant has a good ambience level, plenty of seating and a lot of natural light which helps it to feel more open. The restaurant could’ve used some attention. Food Quality: B(+0.5) For this visit(family dinner), we started with the new Crispy Shrimp Lettuce Wraps which are AMAZING. Just a little pre-warning the jalapeños are quite spicy in case that’s not your thing, but I love it! Nothing ticks me off more when people try to pass pickles off as jalapeños. For the main meal I ordered the dueling lobster which was equally as good. The seafood bake had an «interesting» taste and texture to it but the mashed potatoes and slim green beans were on point. The salad was dry and could’ve used more dressing. Selection: A(+1) Red Lobster updates their menu every so often and they also have different promotional drives(i.e. Lobster Fest, Shrimp Lover’s, etc.). Service: A(+1) The waitress was great. She wasn’t overly bearing and did a good job of moving plates off the table to create room. The plates here were quite large so with appetizers, salads(most entrees come with one) and biscuits, etc. the table gets cluttered quick. Value: A(+1) You’ll pay about $ 20 – 25 per person for a meal here. This may seem off-putting, but seafood costs(in general) have been up for quite some time now. Final Thoughts: If you are looking for a great drink — treat yourself to a Sunset Passion Colada and you’ll thank me later.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I ate dinner with my family in the late evening of 2÷19÷15. The poor waitress was flooded –and her bar tender was drowning. There were approximately 4 people running the show; the hostess, 2 servers, and a bar tender. It took over 10 minutes to get a glass of wine and my waitress finally had to go behind the bar and poor it for me. It appeared that the servers had 5 – 6 tables each. It was over an hour and a half of dining(which was supposed to be a quick 45 minute in and out dinner). I was furious bc there was no manager to be seen the entire time. ALL the tables were literally looking up for help. I asked for the manager after we were finished and he came out. He looked like he had been sleeping. I asked him why I hadn’t seen him even enter the dining room the entire hour and a half my family was dining and he said he was sorry but he had a sinus infection. PAH-LEEZE. You mean lazy and«just don’t care». I asked him why he didn’t call another manager in since his whole floor was suffering along with all the customers that came in to dine that evening. Oh, and thanks for telling me you were sick and came to work around my food. Gross. Disappointing and bad night management. Will NOT be back.

Always loved Red Lobster, but had not eaten at one in TX since I moved here 4 years ago. Had fish and chips for $ 12.99, one piece of fish, a small portion of soggy fries and a Caesar Salad. Way over priced for the amount of food. Last had it at the Cotton Patch and had a lot more fries and fish with it. Will not be back. Much better fish options in the area with fries that are cooked properly.

The cheddar biscuits were very good, our salads were good even though the only lettuce in it was iceberg, and the service was good, the shrimp were not good. We both ordered the classic fried shrimp plate which came with one side, my wife had the red potatoes which she liked, i had the flavorless steamed brocolli. The main reason for going to a seafood place is presumably for the seafood, i’ve had better shrimp from the frozen food section of my grocery store, if you look at the picture i posted… you’ll see what i’m talking about.

Mmmmm this review is only for the New England Clam Chowder, Cheddar bay biscuits, and lobster baked potato. All I ever order there. It’s a satisfying lunch. And my waitress looked great when frazzled by my surprise visits. Great place to break up with someone though. Chain or not, I haven’t been to one in years. It’s come up, some. Endless shrimp not so much. Staff here were attentive and friendly. Service was remarkable. Prices at lunch are reasonable.

What can one say about an institution such as Red Lobster? It’s like been around forever. We went here last week — on a whim — it was probably first time I’ve eaten here in many years. The food was good — I had some kinda of seafood pot over linguini. Service was great. Prices are a little higher but expected since it’s seafood from the sea, man. It’s solid seafood on a middle class budget. It hit the spot.
