Went in today for the 4th time & had the worst nail experience of my life! I’ve been getting my nails done for 12 years so I’m very familiar with how the process goes. He didn’t only have to start over I also had to sit there and point out all the gunk left in my nails and he cut me really bad. Was there for over 3 hours! & then got charged $ 45 for the horrible experience! Never again!

I get mani and pedi often. Always a good experience. Use several of the girls and now added a man. Every is very nice and polite.

I’ve gotten pedicures and brow waxing regularly but the last time I was there was horrible experience. There was only one other customer there and it was mid-day. The old lady working there kept staring at me as I waited for the polish from my pedicure to dry. When I stood up to pay she said«You go now» as if I was a trouble maker disrupting their business or their ONE other customer. WTF? I’ve always been polite to the staff(and a big tipper). I won’t be back ever.

Nice women but my pedicure was horrible and my eyebrows were uneven and crooked. I’m still waiting for them to grow in. :(

Tried them for the first time and I was not impressed. I had my nails done 8 days ago and they look like 3 wks old. Will not go back ever. My nail lady was nice but too pushy with other products.

I’ve been a regular for at least 2 years now for pedicures($ 25 for basic). I’ve had various ladies and some I prefer more than others. Shame on me for not learning names. I’d give this place 3.5 stars based on my experience today. I had(I think) the owner who was very pushy on their services. First, I was taking my time trying to find the color I had last time and she was a bit in a hurry and hovering over me. Before I could sit down she asked me if I wanted my eyebrows waxed which I politely declined as I didn’t like the wax job the last time I had it there. Later she asked if I wanted a manicure, nope, I have very short nails. Paraffin treatment for my feet? Nope, don’t need it. Flower design? Nope have meetings this week, need to look professional. She wasn’t too pleased that I declined everying but when I feel like splurging I will splurge. Today was not a splurge day so don’t give me crap about it. I usually have a good experience there and will request Jennifer(not the owner) from now on. Pros: Lots of color choices, plenty of seats, free water Cons: Can be pushy on services. No wifi
