This happens to be the third crossfit gym I have gone to. Owners are very knowledgeable and have great advice for form and stretching. More laid back atmosphere as far as crossfit goes. They keep a good eye on your form and I haven’t had any injuries here… unlike my other crossfit experiences…

Dropped in here for a free Saturday workout with my sisters and had a great time.(If you think«Angie» is a good time ;-) But aside from the hard work I enjoyed myself! First and foremost, the trainers were responsible and knowledgeable. We had a group warm up and the workout was a body weight CrossFit workout known as «Angie.» Angie is typically 100 pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 air squats, 100 sit ups.(If the very idea of that makes you wanna vomit, well, welcome to CrossFit. BUT, what most people don’t realize is the whole point is that everything is adaptable. Workouts are designed to challenge those athletes you see on TV; everyone else gets to scale back.) The trainers assessed the group then adjusted the workout: First they adapted everything to each individual(offered bands for assisted pull ups, or boxes for jumping pull ups for example), then instead of assigning a set amount of reps, they gave us 12 minutes to complete whatever work we were capable of. Everyone was encouraged by everyone else to work hard, but worked at their own pace, doing movements they were comfortable with. After the workout we did a cool down and then the coach worked with everyone individually to assign mobility work/stretches where they needed it most. The space is small but has everything you might need. The fun part is that the space is actually attached to a gymnasium, where little ones do tumbling, balance beam, etc. Everyone was so welcoming, I couldn’t help but pop out on the floor to try a backflip.(Success! #stillgotit but #donttrythisathome)
