Groupon didn’t work out as expected. :( I still wish the owner all the best in her business and admire her for wanting to do something great for her family.

This was the worst nail salon I’ve ever gone to. I mistakenly purchased a groupon for if, only to be disappointed to learn that they are booked out a month at a time. On my first visit I got lost trying to find it, and when calling Kesha to ask for help she was rude and said if I didn’t get there on time I would lose my appointment with no refund. The manicure I received pealed off the next day, and looked horrible to begin with. I would never go back here. I decided to just take the loss with the groupon then to set foot in here again. Just terrible!

Kris, the co-owner is not reachable via the phone. It is a small operation. When you actually get in, it goes smoothly. However, I got the 3 spa pedi/mani’s back in february planning to use one per month because the value expires in 3 months. you have to use an online scheduling program and it requires a credit card incase you no show. it is booked over 3 weeks out, more like 4. she has cancelled on me 3 times now. I showed up on time once and she said i was 15 minutes late and turned me away, but it turned out her schedule program had issues. i do NOT recommend this business.

Bought the groupon for three manicures and was not happy to see the first time I could use it was a month out So made the appt. and a month later I had work conflict that was required last minute. I called to change my appointment at 10am(my appt was at 4:30pm, only to move it back 30 min) and the lady said I couldn’t show late and had to go online to reschedule and they were booked out for months, I went online and it won’t let me cancel or reschedule and now they are not answering there phone. I looked online and it says you get charged 100% for no show… argh! Extremely unpleased with how inflexible they are! This might be a great place if you are able to book everything 100% around their schedule. I’m definitely not happy with it so far, and would NOT recommend them! Update: so they finally responded to my third phone call(they don’t hold regular hours — so don’t expect prompt service), I asked if I could just do partial service so even though I had bought mani/pedi just do one since I would be late but they wouldn’t do that either, they were rude and completely not flexible. So I decided to head out there to pay the late fee and get a refund on my groupon, it was hard to find(it’s a card board sign with their name on it in the window of a completely different business). Keisha was not there and when I called was rude and basically told me to take it up with groupon(I will). The girls working there said they get a lot of unhappy folks and everyone coming in are groupon folks(not a good sign). Anyway worst groupon purchase ever, highly recommend you don’t go here.
