Downright amazing! I was super hesitant to go to a «pizza» place because, well, I’m a rare one that doesn’t like pizza. Could it have been that I went in with low expectations? Not at all! I loved every single bite. The best part is they bring your pizza to you no matter how busy they are. Only I wish they had a rewards punch card or something. I will be back ;)

Original Crust Olive Oil(just a touch) Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese(just half the normal serving) Canadian Bacon and Chicken Artichoke, Sun Dried Tomato, Basil, Green Peppers, Mushroom, Banana Peppers, Jalapeño and Arugula. Top it off with a little bit more of the reduced-fat mozzarella… Am I annoying you yet? Its a make-your-own pizza type of joint. You pass thru a line where theyll ask what crust you like, what sauce, meat and veggie toppings. If you have a palette of a 9 year-old then get extra cheese and slap an extra helping of pepperoni. You cant make a bad pizza here so go bananas and put whatever you like!

Believe it or not, this place gets pretty busy on the weekends. It’s basically make your own personal pizza — which is really cool. I like having the option of olive oil instead of red sauce and more or less unlimited toppings. The pizzas turn out pretty tasty and could actually be split between two people given their size. We also split an Oreo desert pizza among the 8 of us, very sweet and gooey. I’m sure it was a hella calorie binge, but it was really good. Other notes — The staff is friendly and provides good service. They’ve got some decent beers on draft like Live Oak Hefe. Down side is that it’s not great for a group. Since you can’t move most of the tables you just have to spread out across multiple sections and it’s hard to maintain a conversation with anyone not at your immediate table. I’m not crazy about pizza(unless it’s 600 Degrees) but I’d be happy to go back if invited.

So far the BEST«Pick You Own Toppings» pizza place around! We’ve been to several and this one is a long stretch above the rest!

Pizza Rev is awesome! I love the meatballs. The staff is friendly, the food is great and we love the soda machine that allows you to create just about any flavored beverage that you want. It’s been clean each time we’ve been also.

My kids love the pizza here. They can each get their own type of pizza. For $ 7.99 you can pack as many toppings on as you want. The pizzas come out fairly crisp and have good flavor. The ingredients all look fairly fresh and they have a nice selection of topping choices.

This place is great! I was expecting over the top expensive ‘craft’ your own pizza but I was pleasantly surprised. The kids have kids meal pizza, came with either apple sauce or oreo and either apple juice or milk for $ 5.99 per kid. My husband and I shared one pizza, plenty for us since we are not a big eater. All that plus drinks, the bill is $ 23. Awesome! The pizza crust is crunchy, fresh from the oven type of crunchy. Plenty of sauces to choose from and they are self serve which I truly like. Much much better than Russo’s new york pizzeria down at Pflugerville.

It’s like subway but with pizza. Select your crust. select your sauce. select your toppings… any of them — it’s all the same price! I’ve created some very real masterpieces here. artichoke hearts, feta, capers, sun dried tomatoes, cilantro, roasted garlic, white sauce, red sauce, oliveoil, spinach, you name it, it’s on there. soooo good. the bad: the salad. How are you going to charge $ 3.99 for about ½ a cup of salad. Nope. never again. sticking to the pizza in the fire oven.

So as a person recently diagnosed with Celiac disease, the«adventure» of eating out has become an entirely new animal. Gluten is like high fructose corn syrup, it’s in everything! Especially dicey in restaurants where you have to ask every ingredient in every dish, every sauce, etc. Enter PizzaRev. While no restaurant we’ve been in to-date will 100% guarantee that there is not going to be cross-contamination, PizzaRev goes above and beyond to do their best. GF crust? check, and they keep it on a tray so it doesn’t slide across the counter. Also, the same server changed her gloves and walked ours all the way down the line, instead of passing from station to station. Separate sauce and utensils? Check! Our sauce came out of squeeze bottles, clean utensil to spread and it went into the dunk. Separated in the over? Check! Pizzas stayed on the tray and went to a different part of the oven. Pizza was delicious? Big check! While I have always been a thick, pan crust kind of gal, I am learning to love GF thin crust. Plus my GF kiddo likes it too, win-win. And because they don’t make GF crust in kid’s size, his pizza turns into a second meal on another day.

I’ve been trying build-your-own pizza places because I no longer eat cheese but still crave pizza. This is the best experience I’ve had so far. Ingredients were fresh, flavors were complementary, service was prompt. Also one of the only places that was open in that shopping center on a holiday weekend.

OMG! I LOVEPIZZA and this place hits me in the right spot every time. I sometimes go to Austin and I have made it a point to come back whenever I am in the area. What do I love? I’m glad you asked! The toppings are just not toppings that you can find anywhere else. For example, fennel sausage and fennel seeds… hello! Da-lish! And ricotta cheese. Should I keep going? I mean I won’t but you get it. Also, there crust is perfect to me. I prefer thin crust 100% of the time. I love bread which is not always a good thing and when I do carbo load I want my carbs to be offset with a good balance of meat and veggie toppings. This crust is a perfect compliment and does its job enjoyably so without standing out and can hold its own. The size is perfect. It’s a personal size. Look, I can throw down a large thin crust solo dolo. But in my days of moderation, I am learning that I, say it with me, I do not have to eat the whole thing by myself. This pizza is served up with nice flavor and a nice serving size at a great price point plus they have the Coca-Cola freestyle machine! WINNING! …Does anybody say that anymore… umm Okay, so yeah go it’s awesome and service is always like freaking amazing! They make me smile and they make my tummy smile too! Nice parking. In a shopping center so finding it can be tricky sometimes but patience pays off my friend. No WiFi.

Just had lunch there today with my wife. The thin crust original is excellent. The choice of toppings are as good as any top name pizzaria. The pizzas are cooked perfextly, delivered to the table hot by a, staff that is really friendly and helpful. The assortment of hot sauces, peppers and other condiments is much better than average. For me. It’s worth the 30 minute drive just for a good fresh hot pizza.

Pieology is one of the few restaurants that my whole family whole-heartedly agrees on. PizzaRev, however, is better. More topping and more generous with them. Dessert pizza. Salad. Better crust. And your fingers are not covered in charcoal afterwards. Service was excellent too. If I was going to have one complaint, I would have preferred the basil to be cut in smaller strips rather than being in big, mostly whole, leaves.

I have a lot of experience with pizza as a former pizzeria owner and as a pizza connoisseur. We just moved back to Austin and was surprised to see that this place had followed us back to Texas(from California). We’ve done the whole One-Size-Unlimited-Toppings circuit back in California and some were good, some were bad. This is a new concept in Austin and PizzaRev in particular has been a little over a year old. I understand how difficult it is to find a good staff but even in its infancy this place looked very lost. There did not seem to be a manager(if it’s corporate run) or owner(if it’s owner operated) anywhere. The line was not very long but it was moving ever-so-slowly. There may have been new employees at the time I went but there was some uncomfortable«fighting» going on behind the line. I DONOTFAULTTHEEMPLOYEES as much as I do with the management of this place. It was very obvious to me that the training was absolute garbage relative to what other places are out there beyond the Austin bubble. The Coke Freestyle machine they added was a major mistake because you are giving up the 6 – 8 nozzle heads for an extremely large soda library with one nozzle. The value was good for a «Craft Your Own»($ 7.99) but pretty sad for the Kid’s meal($ 5.99) for a Pep or Cheese, a snack size pack of Oreo cookies and a drink. A meal for a family of five took a $ 41 bite out of my wallet. In conclusion, the quality and taste is better than most One-Size joints as it was the case back in California. But the management of this place will keep it grounded and there needs to be improvements in those areas for it to be a well-run establishment. Portions were a good quality and the crust was crispy. These types of places live off of volume but they really need a good manager or else this place will just average after the initial hype is over.

Clean and well designed layout at this location but not much seating. The pizza was really good! Great options and very fresh ingredients. The crust is light and crispy. We had a ceaser salad too and it was very well made albeit kind of small. The prices ate a bit high given the portions but the great flavors minimize that aspect.

Great place for kids and young adults. Chipotle style setup: choose your pizza dough, toppings(toppings are unlimited) pay at the register $ 7.99 set price, take your number, sit down at a table and they will bring the order out. They serve beer and wine.

Yes, lots of toppings and no additional charge for it but, they cook the pizzas in five minutes that the ingredients don’t cook together with the dough and cheese. They practically use the oven to burn the edges(if you ask for crispy dough) and melt the cheese, everything else it still raw on top of your pizza. We asked for the BBQ chicken pizza and even though they put lots on sauce the chicken tasted boiled and the onions say raw, not even a bit cooked. First and last time in this place not worth the $ 8.00 + tax pizza, go spend it a Double Dave’s, nothing beats their pizzas!!!
