Next time you want subway, consider a unique twist instead. It costs about the same, has fresh vegetables and spit fired meats. Their house sauces are delicious and there are options for the omnivores and herbivores alike. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Never eat a boring sandwich again!

Loved trying this place! Never had a kebap before and certainly was not disappointed: delicious! Great atmosphere as well! If it’s a small staff, there can be a bit of a wait during rushes, but worth the wait!

I visited the University location recently in a group of three adults, for a weekday lunch. We arrived shortly after opening. It was a first time for all of us. As we approached the line we were greeted by one of the people behind the counter and ordering \ menus was explained. I ordered a salad. I was a bit surprised by the price– but I was also surprised by how very large the salad turned out to be! The box was huge! This was easily a salad for two. I really enjoyed my order. We chose to enjoy the cool weather. I like the outdoor deck seating at this location. There is a lovely large tree next to the deck. We enjoyed the time there. Parking is a bit more challenging as it is curb only in this area. At least the sidewalk is tree lined! Overall a nice lunch, great outdoor seating option — I will be back!

I have been here a number of times during both crowded and slow periods, and it has always been great. I have only had the falafel(being a veg), but I’ve tried the different sauce combinations, and I haven’t hit on a bad one yet. I never expect much when it comes to chains and/or suburban places, but this is definitely a go-to place every so often. If you get fries(which have always been fresh — maybe I’ve been lucky?), it is a bit expensive, but it’s very tasty and filling, so I think it’s worth it.

I’ve been here twice, pretty good selection. I personally like the wrap better since it’s easier for me to eat everything in one bite compared to the kepab. But I do like Zoes kitchen better as it is cheaper, however I come here when I’m craving fries and a quicker meal, but both places fill me all the way up all and Vertz is more of a fast food joint then sit and dine. Service is always friendly and they are very helpful and the food is fast and good! They do make their fries fresh also. Yummy

The food was good, but the staff needs help. Even though they just opened for the morning, the wait was ridiculous. They explained they were short staffed, but don’t put my meat on the bread and have me waiting while you cut more meat for someone that hasn’t even ordered. Too much money to spend for lunch: $ 25 for two people, especially when the service is so poor. Glasses were filthy, yuk! Condiments were not stocked. Why open the doors if your not ready to serve? I’m not going back for that.

Delicious! I come here at least twice a month, they seriously have won my heart with their kebaps! Always made fresh for you, and fries are always delicious and hot!

FILTHY! Went here for our first time. We got the wrap which was actually delicious. Disappointments: 1. Place was filthy. All the tables were dirty and behind the counter looked dirty as well. We opted to eat outside because inside was so disgusting. 2. Fries — these were not fresh made fries. They were bland and tasteless.

Poor service and the food was not tasty — waited for 15 minutes while some dude finally decided to cut more meat. The stainless area with all the meat and add ins was so dirty — stuff spilled all over — the fries were droopy and bland — the only reason I went here was because across the street Salada was closed on Sunday. Huge disappointment — I will never go back again — this was today — 1 hour ago. I git the wrap with chicken and Fries. Totally disappointed. Employees need training — poor attitude and tossing stuff around — like they are home vs– at a job. Very uncomfortable environment.

A new twist on the gyro theme. This place pairs roasted meat with a variety of fresh veggies is into a sandwich, wrap, or salad. The Round Rock location is clean and offers a variety of seating from giant indoor tables that could probably accommodate 20 people to shaded(via umbrella) outdoor picnic tables that could accomodate at least four adults comfortably to some two sitter tables in the interior. The fries appeared to be made to order and were pretty good. They aren’t as crispy as I prefer, but I’m not going to knock off stars for my personal preference. They might even cook them well done if you ask. tl;dr — food was great and it won’t break your budget cost-wise or calorie-wise.

I shall begin the takeover of this weak-minded individual’s profile as principle reviewer. My name is Rollingsworth Q. Butterfingle and I am what is considered the most intelligent non-human being on the planet. Within 1 – 2 years I will be considered the smartest organism across all species, but I am still developing a test for Pan paniscus that is comparable to human intelligent tests. Rest assured that when these tests are complete, all will bask in my glory as I build the Utopia this earth has sought since time was constructed. In the meantime I will post reviews of various places that this moronic human(Jeremy W.) deems worthy to visit. Keep in mind I will be doing my best to translate his monosyllabic slatherings into speech. Yes, I quite enjoy the tasty food offerings this restaurant gave me in return for the currently accepted currency. While the meat probably came from the horrific treatment of an animal considered too unintelligent to hold an opinion on its own demise, I enjoyed the way it made my «mouth barbel» [tongue] feel. The spicy sauces also added to the allure of the long-suffering animal that I consumed. Ugh, this pig is disgusting and I can’t believe he has eaten at all of these establishments. I encourage all negative comments concerning Jeremy W. to be sent immediately so I can read them to him with the hope of making him cry.

Um. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! This place is SO good! My dad, mom, and I visited for the first time this evening and I will definitely be returning. All the ingredients are FRESH and the seasoning on the meat is wonderful. They have 5 sauces to choose from(we had the garlic, vinaigrette, and spicy red), mixed greens or iceberg lettuce, corn, tomato, purple cabbage, jalapeños, red peppers… just to name a few. I got the chicken wrap and added grilled veggies and it was out of this world! My parents ordered the falafel & the beef and lamb and all of them were fantastic. All different flavors, all delicious in their own way. For all 3, plus my dads beer, it was a little less than $ 27.00 for all three. I am so glad this place has opened and I’ll definitely be back to try something new(I’ll probably try the famous fries next time!).

I have been so curious about this place and I finally stopped in today for lunch. I just finished with a pedicure in Georgetown and it had been a stressful 3 days so I treated myself to lunch. The space is really nice, sleek and modern. They support a lot of local breweries and bakeries. I decided on the Beef & Lamb Kebap with spring mix, corn, cucumbers, feta and the house sauce which is really the tzatziki. I also got a small fries and a pint of Pearl Snap beer. The feta was an extra charge which was ok because I was treating myself. So my whole lunch was $ 17. Probably a little steep for a solo lunch but I enjoyed it. Even though I got the small order of fries it still seemed like so much. It could be made for sharing. Gosh I wonder what the large order would have looked like. The Kebap was like a flat bread stuffed sandwich. The bread was crispy but still chewy. The meat was tender and yummy. The cucumbers added a nice crunch and the feta added a little saltiness. I was disappointed with the spring mix because some of the greens were not a pretty. Some of it was that ugly, slimy greens that I had to pull out of my sandwich. I should have gotten the iceberg. Oh well it didn’t completely ruin my lunch so It’s not a big deal. Service was nice. The food was good. The place had good music. I really enjoyed my lunch. Can’t wait to go back. Maybe I’ll have a lunch date with me this time.

MmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmYes! So after your 4th or so visit to a place, if you then spend all subsequent visits spending the entire meal talking with your long distance marriage Boulder based husband how you could franchise one of these in his Boulder home city then I pretty much say you think the place is an outstanding 5 stars. There is no tastier place to get a healthy meal that packs mad flavor punch. All their amazing scratch sauces are made from yogurt so they are good for your temple. And let’s say I’m not trying to keep resolutions in place. Verts is a place I’d totally pick over other dining establishments based on taste and satisfaction alone whether I’m looking to be conscious or not. I LOVE the beef & lamb w/Original toppings. I highly recommend you try all their suggested topping groupings though. They are oustanding. My second fav being the beef and lamb«Texan» version. They Love Local and carry a handful of locals brews and bottles and lest me not forget THEFRIES. These are some of my favorite fries in the city. I don’t know what it is about them, perhaps the perfect size and thickness and they fresh fry them to every order. MmmmmmmmmmmmmmmYes! My only wish is that they had bottles of ketchup and that you didn’t have to open 15 packets of ketchup for your shared meal. Verts has made it hard for me to determine if my husband actually comes back to Austin for me or for Verts but in any case, it’s that good! Be good to your temple and go often!

MMmmK! So, let me first say, I’m just so dang glad to have a Verts up by our new house. Man, it makes living in Round Rock so much more tolerable. I love Verets. I love Verts employees. Like, really. With the exception of the ppl that work at the Anderson Ln store, all my Verts experiences has been fab. I love that my very first time(@ the old Airport) the dude suggested that I mix 2 sauces, and MAN, Ive been getting that ever since. AND, there was a girl that GRILLED my Blondie Brownie(fully effing worth it if they’d ALL do it, its a $ 3 brownie!) and I almost died and went to Heaven. But, its good. Tastes delicious, fresh and healthy. Wish they had some rewards or something. But, its not like I’m going to stop going here. Love me some Verts. Thanks RR store.

Okay, so this place is a cross between Chipotle and Subway with a greek twist… You order just like Chipotle going down the line ordering as you go. In fact, this place has the same simplistic, stainless steel look going on. The food is actually pretty good and they have really good prices too. We told the manager(Jordan) it was our first time, he gave us the 411. I tried the beef/lamb kebap pilled with dill dressing and feta cheese… mmmmm…ahhhhhh. The fries were pretty good. Service was good as well… fast and friendly They also have a happy hour with 50 percent off of their beers. Not bad at all. I’ll be back!

Different. It says it’s Berlin-inspired with a Mediterranean twist. You choose their 1) «pita-like» wrap, regular wrap, or salad — -2) beef & lamb, chicken, or veggies 3) Your spice/toppings. Portions were good, but it was mainly loaded with veggies. I got their Kebap bread with beef & lamb… hot. It was pretty spicy. Also tried their honey wheat Belgian beer. It tasted like a Corona, but with a different aftertaste. My fav. would have to be their tasty fries. Fresh, crispy outside and soft inside — it was just right. Service was great. Food was ok… not too bad. I probably won’t crave it, but will consider it again if I’m in the area. It pretty much Greek food with different type of bread rather than a pita – in my opinion.

Great place for lunch or dinner Went here for both lunch while at work then a couple days later for dinner. Had both the chicken and lamb mix. I would have to say I ussally prefer anything chicken but the lamb mix is way better than the chicken. Haven’t tried anything but the kebap and so far I love it.

I love Verts! Yes, as you can tell I go there quite often. I love it for its freshness, unique flavor of beef/lamb mixture. Never have tried the chicken, how can I? I can make chicken at home but I’m not exactly going to make beef/lamb on a rotisserie at the house, am I? You can choose from kebab(sandwich), the wrap or the salad. I always get the salad! with a mix of romaine, mixed greens, cucumbers, red fresh bell peppers, purple cabbage, tomatoes, and the feta with garlic and spicy sauce. The FETA cost 80 cents more or something like that but its 100% worth it. Even if you got everything on the sandwich the most calories it would cost you would be 550 cal. I never get the bread so I’m guestimating i am cutting it to about 350. Easy choice for my university commons dinner or lunch. If you haven’t tried it you must. Ive brought my fiancé, nursing school classmates, and they all have enjoyed it.
