We love the Razmatazz and other stuff we get here and the staff is super. They deserve 5 stars. but I can’t give more than three stars because too often they’re out of stock on ingredients at this store. How hard is it to make sure you’ve got enough stock? It’s hot out, it’s a holiday weekend, you’re in the middle of a busy shopping center. Please fix these issues.

Extremely slow service. There were 4 employees working and 3 customers in line, somehow it take 15 minutes to incorrectly make the 2 smoothies I ordered. Huge waste of time. We will stick to smoothie king from now on.

Drinks are good but overpriced, staff are rude and often won’t give you a price(or receipt) before grabbing for your card. One employee was joking with a customer about going to a whorehouse(pretty loudly), totally disgusting. Gave me the wrong smoothie and unapologetic when I told them so. Ugh!

«Literally zombies on shift.» Sylvia H couldn’t have said anything truer. 15 minutes for acaí primo(soup, a sweet gazpacho if you will) bowl. Not even thick enough consistency to make a smoothie. Almost opted to not drink water because the cashier was trying to figure out how to ring up a free water cup.

We stopped here on our way back to Dallas from a weekend in Austin. My hubby and I have been on a green smoothie kick and were glad we were able to find a smoothing place near the Round Rock Premium Outlets. This is no where near as fresh as JuiceLand in Austin, but it gets the job done. I didn’t see a lot of fresh ingredients but frozen, instead.

Jamba Juice and I go way back. For years that was my staple treat on hot summer days. Their smoothies to me are way better than some of the other chains because they use 100% real juices, so the fruit flavors shine and never taste watered down. I really love their fresh squeezed orange juice too. I’m obsessed with watching the machine that does it. I want one for my house! Some of my favorites here are the peach pleasure, banana berry, Caribbean passion, manga a go go, and strawberries wild. All of those can now be made«light» which is exactly what it sounds like, with fewer calories and sugar yet without sacrificing taste. They have both fruit and vegetable smoothies, as well as snacks including breakfast oatmeal, baked pretzels, and flatbreads. I have only gotten the smoothies so I can’t vouch for any of those, but I can say that they look good. My friend was obsessed with their orange dreamsicle smoothie which sadly is no longer on the menu. I did see a sign today though saying that if you don’t see your favorite drink ask because chances are they still know how to make it. She will definitely be glad to hear that! Pricing ranges from about $ 4.50−7 per drink, depending on the size you get and any add ins such as an energy booster. I miss the days when you got one add in for free, and it also looks like they have less of them now than they used to. It would be great if they built a location closer to the Cedar Park/Leander area.

Watch the ingredients! Should be healthy, but not really. The whey protein is very low quality. It contains soy. Beware; someone should open a healthy place with high quality products.

Wow. so disappointed. Place was busy & after 15 minutes waiting I inquired about my drink. A trainee informed me she gave my drink away & I should have been listening for my name better. I then asked about receiving my drink I paid for that she gave away & was told I would be waiting awhile as they were busy & she’d already made my drink. After another 15 minutes I received my drink. I asked to speak to the team lead about his trainees attitude problem & he stated«well we are busy but she should be nicer». No apology or concerns about my long wait. I will not be returning any time soon for such a headache

I came here after work around 340 in the afternoon. I left at 4. I came right before a rush of 5 people behind me. They ALL got their order before I did. And my order never got called out. I had to walk up and ask if the drink was mine. They called out everyone else’s order. I then told them I hadn’t received my waffle. Waiting another 10 minutes for that. They told me they needed to go to the back for a waffle because they were out. There were some in the case! And the girl who heated up my waffle didn’t heat it up. It was still icy cold in the middle. There were 4 people behind the counter and I felt like I got such poor service. What were the rest of the staff doing? They could have worked better together. I will not go back in the afternoons ever again. In the morning their service is 10x better.

Literally Zombies on shift. Walked in ordered two a aloha pineapple and carrot/orange juice. 7 customers walk in after us and their smoothies are getting rushed they all get there orders. Once they are short of leaving I ask the cashier where are our drinks … In a panic they realized they missed out order. Several minutes later out drinks are out Jill the supposedly manager on shift had a late apology along with an excuse that the printer was out of paper, had new people that didn’t know what they were doing blah blah blah. Tip train your staff orders should be first come first serve, especially since our order was way easier that the ones behind us. Anyways left two stars cause they drink taste is consistent. It can easily get 5 stars if they step up their customer service. Sadly this franchise falls way short of the Jumna juice name. Oh well what can you do?

I LOVE, LOVE Jamba Juice. My son and I go every week or two. The place smells fresh, just like how their smoothies are. The staff is friendly and quick.

My wife used to love Jamba Juice. She’s been going here ever since we moved to Round Rock. Recently, the last 2 months or so she’s been getting shorted on her smoothies. Not one to want to cause a stir, because she likes the staff she just sort of accepted it. Today she got a 16 oz «Original», she could tell it was short just by looking at the cup, but she decided to come home and measure it before drinking any of it. Her 16oz smoothy was just over 12oz by volume. She was nearly 4oz short. Next time I suggested my wife give them ¾ of the price to even it out. She had a hearty laugh at that. She’s told me she’s done with this place. It’s become a CONSISTENT problem and not just a couple of one offs.

Delicious drinks — friendly service. My first time at this location, I ordered an item that is no longer listed on the menu. It was promptly made for me, no questions asked. Good stuff!

I hit up Jamba Juice Saturday morning after a night of poor decisions out with friends. I was looking for a smoothie to help me rebound. Full disclosure– I’m a picky smoothie guy. Oranges, bananas, good stuff. Mango… nope. I attempted to order a standard smoothie. The guy working the counter convinced me to not order the smoothie and instead take a speciality double wheat grass shot. He said it would have an orange flavor to it(based on what he was putting in it) and it would give me energy, make me feel awesome, blah blah blah… Apparently he forgot to mention that I was going to be tasting this every time I breathed for the next half day. I may as well have swallowed a few handfuls of grass clippings. Next time, I think I’d rather have what I ordered.

I love Jamba Juice! I’m used to having a Jamba Juice in every corner so it sucks that I have to drive more than 30 miles to get their smoothie. It looks like every other Jamba Juice store. I usually prefer their all fruit smoothie and I was disappointed they didn’t have Groovy Guava but I opt for Peach Perfection and it was delicious. I also ordered their Apple Cinnamon pretzel and I was also disappointed that I had it cold even after they ran it thru the oven. But overall I love Jamba Juice and I’m glad it is in the state of Texas.

Just wanted to add that the staff here is great. I had some questions about an ingredient and they offered to let me taste the juice. They also offered to custom make a smoothie if I didn’t like an ingredient in there. The only sad thing is, they recently revamped their menu and my chocolate brownie cookie is no longer on it… but I have two new loves… a probiotic yogurt smoothie with berries and a berry smoothie topped with granola and bananas(although these aren’t new items, just new to me!) Please bring back the chocolate brownie cookie and the pumpkin smash year round! :)
