I love this store and the women in there are always very helpful. I just started buying Brighton jewelry this year. I have bought several nice pieces and bought my daughter one of the charm bracelets. I have never had a problem with returning or exchanging anything in this store, they are always very accommodating and make suggestions on styles that will best suit my taste. I know some reviews on here have stated the women think they are better than the customer but I have never experienced that. I will continue to shop here, I recommend this store to anyone looking for some fun unique pieces of jewelry. I have to say though I don’t own one of their handbags, I have to agree they are a bit over priced.

Do NOT buy someone a gift from there unless you are ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY 100% SURE that they will wear Brighton. Gift recipients can only get store credit or exchange if they try to return the gift. No cash back on a credit card. The clerks have no authority to make any decisions on their own.
The only good thing I could say about this incredible scam that Brighton is running is that the design of the products is very attractive. But the prices are outrageously high. And if you carefully read the wall poster that tells you how to take care of your Brighton jewelry, you will see that it is essentially saying that the stuff is cheap crap — that the metal coating on the silver-​tone jewelry is so thin and crummy that it will come off at the slightest provocation.
If you saw these products in Ross or Marshalls or TJ Maxx and they didn’t have the Brighton name on them chances are extremely good that you wouldn’t pay half of what these very smart Brighton marketeers get for them.
Stay away. Go to Macy’s or a real jeweler. Or — hey! — go to Ross or Marshalls or TJ’s!
Unless of course you are looking to learn how to put one over on the public. Then see if Brighton is hiring.

They gave me a chocolate chip cookie and a cold bottle of water while my girlfriend was shopping in their store. That earns them 5 stars in MY book.

This location is my wife’s favorite.
I like this location because of the excellent customer service I get when I come in looking for something for my wife. I walk in with a lost look on my face and one of the ladies always comes over to help. I kind of just point at a picture in the catalog and they help me through the process. They also have a wish list here so if my wife put something on the list they can look it up for me. Makes getting gifts for my wife very easy!
It’s a bit expensive but not outrageous at all compared to the other mall stores. The products here are good quality so you get what you pay for.

Great Brighton store!!! Just went there with my husband to pick out my birthday gift and found the perfect necklace and earrings! They have a huge selection, great customer service, and they explained that I can even create a wish list so next time my husband can shop on his own and surprise me with something I’m wishing for.

I have bought 3 of the Barbados purses and love them… In April I bought a Pewter color… actually used it 2 x’s… I ask if I can exchange it… Corporate office said sees no problem but up to the store… Roseville store manager said it is considered «used or «worn»… So no…

IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE — SKIP THIS STORE AND THE ARDEN STORE. STUCK UP SALESPEOPLE WHO DO THEIER VERY BEST TO DISCOURAGE AND PREVENT YOU FROM RETURNING — EVEN WITH A RECEIPT. A gift was purchased for me at xmas. It was on sale and I did have both the tags and the receipt. The bag simply didn’t work for me. I need a bag with a flat bottom that will stand on it’s own and this was not. Had I shopped the store before? Absolutely — were they pathetically always a little over the top (almost as though they were stalking me) yes they were. They learn your name, greet you and then follow you around the tiny store like sick-o’s. Heaven forbid you need to return something — even with tags and receipt. Yes it was on sale and yes I know that — but you told my hubby I could return if I did not like. Now they look down their noses and tell me the bag is used and i cannot return it. IT HAD NOT BEEN USED — WHAT!!! YOU SOLD MY HUSBAND A USED BAG? Shame on you! I’ve instructed anyone who might ever buy me anything to give me just about anything — even a $ 5 gift certificate from a fast food restaurant but don’t buy me anything from here. I have a gift card that I think has about $ 30 on it. I think I’ll just hand it off to some poor ignorant soul shopping their next time I am i the mall. No one should ever treat customers like these stuck up little middle aged witches do. I wrote that the other store should go out of business and I feel the same hatred towards this store — On the item I needed to return — they refused to take it back. I attempted to go to the other store to return it thinking they might be more understanding. When I got there I was told by the manager that the other store manager had called to alert her that I might be coming in and not to take my return. WHAT? WHY? And as for the person who said they liked the sunglasses? Please cheep cheep cheep they sunglasses should only be purchased from the outlet store in Cabazon, CA In fact if you truly like Brighton — do yourself a favor and don’t buy retail — you owe it to yourself to buy a plane ticket if necessary and travel to Cabazon. Everything is marked way down and so what if they say they scratch out the serial number so it is not warrantied. THEY DON’T WARRANTY THE FULL PRICED ITEMS ANYWAY So if you must have brighton go cheap or go home. I still say go to Nordstrom’s better quality, no stalking and — you can return if nec. imagine that.

I love the sun glasses by Brighton and normally shop in Vegas or the Airport locations, I try to avoid the Galleria store because the sales ladies think they are way better than the clients they attempt to assist. I would rather take my business to Macys.
