Jamba Juice

Went to this Jamba juice and order a drink waited for ever they kept calling another girl for one drink this lady came and took it by accident walked away from the pick up counter brought it back and they still kept calling out the other girl the worker takes it away from the counter puts it by a trash mind you I’m still waiting for my drink then the worker says something to his coworker she sniffs the smoothie that had been sitting there for +5 mins and they call out my name. I take the smoothie and walk out then go back in because
1) It had been sitting for ever.
2) The drink was originally for someone else when I ordered mine special with a booster.
3) It was sniffed (eww)
4) Someone else took the drink and walked away
And when I asked for a new drink it was a problem. I will not be going back to that place.
They didn’t even give us a full smoothie after the remake and the employees were rude.

Visited this location on ¹⁰⁄₁₁ Sunday. It was approx 90 degrees outside at the time. However the INSIDE of the store was well over 100 degrees! It was so uncomfortable we quickly placed our order and waited outside while it was prepared. IT WAS MISERABLE. Outside felt like a sweet relief. I cannot BELIEVE the management would make the employees endure those conditions. To top it off, my son had to use the restroom and it was DISGUSTINGLY dirty, and no soap or paper towels either! (I hope the employees found soap elsewhere to wash their hands!!!) Another customer was equally upset and called management while we waited for our orders. They lied and said they had just became aware of the problem. While employees had mentioned other customers had also called management on ¹⁰⁄₁₀ Saturday. We then let management know that we knew other customers had already called and then they did admit they had know about the problem already! I still cannot believe they made the workers continue to endure that sweat shop of a store. I hope they get this resolved soon. We love Jamba juice but will NOT be going to that location any time soon!

As I walked around inside Westfield Galleria mall in Roseville, I discovered and went to Jamba Juice for a quick fruity drinks. Located at the 2^nd floor of this mall, this place delivers great natural fruit drinks and smoothies here, so you can energize your body in no time. The atmosphere is quite small, yet in a fine friendly place. The concept remains the same as most Jamba Juice has across the U.S.
The baristas have done a great job for making the customers happy and approachable. No cons at all.
Every drinks that I ordered from almond milk smoothies and standard fruit smoothies tasted very good. Yesterday on 9÷28÷2015, I ordered a small sized Matcha Green Tea almond milk smoothie as I redeemed $ 3.00 coupon offer. So far, it tasted not that bad. It tasted and feels like silky smooth with some crushed almond pieces inside as well as their green tea flavors and natural fruits and veggies combined for this fine drink. A well, worthy drink for Jamba Juice!
Of course, during the lunch peek times including weekend and holiday peek times can be busy momentary, so be prepare for a patiently wait. You can receive your favorite drinks in less than 5 minutes after you’ve ordered. It’s worth the time!
In the end, Jamba Juice at Westfield Galleria mall in Roseville is the best Jamba Juice shop that I’ve ever visited! A great, worthy experience!

I come here often and this crew really knows how to take care of regulars. Place is well maintained and staff is knowledgeable. The citrus kick is probably my number one favorite.

Super efficient, very fast but lack personal connection. I get it, it never ends. But a smile instead of «it’s gonna be one of those days» definitely go far. Might as well just put a bunch of robots back there.

I’m not quite sure what all the complaining is about, but I had an amazing experience here. Feeling tempted to binge at McDonalds, I walked into Jamba Juice for something healthier. I stood in line and I didn’t realize that Jamba now served cold pressed juices that I could take home. Holy freakin moly! Either I live under a rock, or was completely out of the loop. Quite possibly both. Either way I always drive a crazy distance for my Pressed Juicery juices. Sarah at Jamba Juice was amazing and helped me sample all the ones I was considering purchasing. Buy 5 get 1 free?! Say whaaaa?!

This is located inside the mall near the food court. It seems a bit small as you step into the store. Lines seem to be a bit long on the weekends, then again, the mall is the place to be at on the weekends. In the last few months, they have added many different drinks and smoothies to the menu. The fresh squeezes juices are a must try here. One of the best smoothies they have is the peach pleasure. All of the pretzels they have are delicious, you have to have them warmed up and they must be eaten with mustard, great combination.

The employees are very nice and friendly. I like that they’re very quick especially being located at the mall. I was impressed.

This location is constantly busy. A select few employees are attentive, friendly, and have fast service. (When I go back, I will mention names) but then there are the rude assholes.
Marissa– Rude. How awkward to come up to the register to order and just be stared at and not greeted or asked what I wanted? Just mugged me and said nothing.
I’ve always loved Jamba Juice and make 2 – 3 trips a week to this location. Just hire some people who WANT to work and will make it a pleasant experience to your customers! Not people who look like they hate their job. Everything else was perfect! Smoothies always on point!

Quick, fast, easy and always consistent.
The staff is friendly and seem happy at their job.
The smoothies always taste good and are made that way consistently.
Whenever I am at The Galleria I make a stop at Jamba Juice

The staff here is just average. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and encountered a somewhat long line. There was seven people in front of us and the line was slow. The man taking the orders was not unpleasant, yet had no personality.
My drink came out quickly, but just sat there because no one called my name. I assumed it was my and when I asked if it mine she rolled her eyes and asked the other employees what was going on.
In the end it was just an average experience.

Time to treat the nephew ;) love this place!

I usually write pretty length reviews; but I’ll keep this short.
I visited this Jamba Juice on a Friday evening and witnessed the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. During the few minutes that I was there, I witnessed one staff member rudely turn away over 20 customers. She claimed that they were understaffed and she was obviously very overwhelmed, but that’s not an excuse for telling customers to go away.

The music is super loud in this location and they always seem upset if you want to eat inside and not just roll out with your drink.

Of course its super yummy… hello its Jamba Juice… but I go for 2 specific things… their smoothies, and their oatmeal. On numerous occations I have been told they are (a) either out of oatmeal or (b) not selling it that morning because they are promoting another product. I have to say I am not too happy to hear this after I pull the stroller out of the car and my baby out of the car seat to find out I have to go to another location to get the oatmeal.
I would most definitely give this place 5 stars, but only if they actually carried what they advertise on their menu.
I do have to say the staff is always very friendly. Although, it is extremely loud inside, so hopefully you have super good hearing to hear your friend talking.

I go to jamba juice quite frequently because if their oatmeal and berry fulfilling! I stopped by for an oatmeal at this location but it wasn’t going to be ready for another 20 min. No problem! I killed some time at Verizon and came right back. After I ordered, they told me the oatmeal didn’t come out like it should have. Again, no problem! Shawna, the general manager, apologized for the inconvenience. As I walked to my car, she stopped me and gave me a card for a free drink and oatmeal! OUSTANDING customer service. I wasn’t even upset about the $ 1 oatmeal. Thank you for making my day!

I realize that Jamba Juice beverages are not quite as nutritious as they are portrayed to be. That being said, it sure beats a frappuccino or a milkshake with zero nutritional value!
I still can’t get behind the styrofoam cups, so I decided to work within my circle of influence and purchase one of their re-​usable cups. It’s pretty sturdy plastic, the straw sucks though so you’ll still have to get a disposable one. I guess its better than nothing.
The team at this particular store have always been totally nice… they are attentive and remember your face and sometimes even your name. They have this great practice of walking through the mall and offering employees free samples. It’s always a really nice surprise.
They have food too and their Greens and Grain is the only one that doesn’t have meat or eggs, thank goodness it’s good! Fresh with tons of quinoa for protein.

My daughter loves Jamba Juice. She buys their expensive smoothies at least two times a week. I’d rather that she wasted her money on Power Boost Juice Drinks at Jamba, than on frappuchinos at Starbucks.
This is one of the locations that she frequents… I’ve never seen her come back from the Galleria mall, without one of their ubiquitious cups in hand.
Yes, the Jamba is a corporate chain, but they have the best reputation as an employer (always making the top 100 list). As a fast food chain, they seem to have a conscience.
How can you criticize any restaurant chain that promotes healthy eating, antioxidants, vitamins, and healthy living? That’s why you don’t see me writing one-​star reviews of Subway. Subway is trying to get fats out of fast food (they are owned by Doctor’s Associates, Inc).
That is why I give Jamba Juice 5 stars. If they can wean teenage girls (and boys) away from caffeine-​based sodas & coffee drinks, then they are doing God’s Work… Thank you Jamba Juice!!!
