Food was great. Service was horrible. Chick with the black hair at the cashier is beyond rude. I ordered over the phone and was told that the food will be ready for pick up in about 18 mins. Drove to the location on time, came in and asked for my order. That black haired chick said can’t she find the order in the system and didn’t even bother to recheck. Thank goodness for that dude who offered to check the order and took care of it. We waited for 15 more minutes until we got our order. I understand that they are tired and busy but her attitude was no excuse.

I’ve used online ordering twice and both times got there 10 minutes after my order was said to be ready. First time they said they were out of strips(I ordered 3) and then they proceeded to offer 4 boneless wings instead. I was so irritated because they didn’t call to tell me they were out, and also because I usually eat a strip and my husband will smack on the other 2. So essentially that meant to say I was going to eat 1 boneless wing and he would get 3 wings to make up for his 2 strips– 4 wings do not equate to 3 strips. I also ordered cheese which they did not out in the bag– I had paid for it and it was on there so I had to ask for it, then they gave me a small and I pointed out I ordered the larger size. The whole thing was a joke. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and went back to this location another time– they said they never received the order and when I pulled up the confirmation they kept saying it wasn’t there, when I asked that she just take the order down and enter it she looked at me like I was crazy and asking her to do something she wasn’t getting pis for. You would think common sense would be to ask what was ordered or apologize and offer to start it to prevent further delay. What a joke of experiences there. I called the following days to speak to a manager and kept being told I’d get a call back but never did.

TERRIBLE customer service! I ordered to-go at the restaurant and waited for an HOUR for my food! They gave my food to someone else, they saw me sitting there and all the while didn’t say anything until I asked!

Frequent this location often as I am a fan of the product. Attempted to order Friday evening after a 2 min hold the person taking the order could not hear me over background noise. Not her fault. Saturday I went in To order in person young lady taking the order was very nice And recited my order with accuracy. Order was ready 20 min later picked up upon arrival at my home I found the order short the rolls. Drive back to the location and explained to cashier the order was short. She approached a man about 3 feet from us and explained that my order was short. He went to cooler and placed rolls in oven. Young lady td me rolls would be ready in two min. Gentleman she approached Once again move to register Never made eye contact or apologized for shortage. I commented to him. I am sorry for your order being short Mr Jackson. He looked at me and sarcastically repeated my words I asked his name and he turned his back to me and answered the phone and received a phone order. We he he turned around He repeated his name was Brandon the manager and walked away. I will now return home and eat my $ 50.00 worth Of cold food due to have to return to complete my order. People make mistakes but your managers action are indefensible

Ordered my order online and arrived at the assigned pickup time. Employees at Counter took 15 minutes to find the order. Very disorganized, idiot employees. When I finally got my order the fries were stone cold and did not have Parmesan seasoning as specified. This place is a disgusting service nightmare and a garbage food heaven. I would not eat there again if it was the only restaurant in Rosenberg. I regularly eat at other restaurants around this location, so sorry I decided to give them a try. The absolute worst wing stop pig sty I have ever been in. **** Don’t eat there******

My son and I were craving wings this afternoon and decided to check out Wingstop. It had been awhile since we had been here and I was looking forward to Wings for lunch! The counter person who waited on us was ok. Not overly enthusiastic and a bit timid or quiet for my taste but we got our order in. Now what really annoyed me was how long it took before my order came up. It was at least half an hour and it wasn’t even that busy. I think it was 1:30 pm when we walked in. I suspect the young lady who took our order forgot to put the ticket in or messed it up. Anyways I was a bit annoyed. However when the order finally came it was good! The food was good but the service could be much better!

I’ve eaten here in the past and it was your standard wing stop. Unfortunately, the last time I tried to order for pickup I was placed on hold for several minutes and then finally hung up and called back. They asked if I could be put on hold and when I said no they told me that I would have to be put on hold anyway. Seriously? Is there only one person working there?

I absolutely love Wingstop but sadly I won’t be visiting the Rosenberg location again. My wife and I have ordered pickup orders here twice in the past month(the first time by phone and today using ). On both visits, our orders were not started until I showed up(at the pick up time suggested; 22 mins after placing the order). As a consumer it makes my business feel worthless to the organization and with no apology or compensation(partial or full) offered to us on either visit, we’ll be dining elsewhere in the future.

Ordered several times from this store. Tonight had a 30 piece order of wings with cole slaw, biscuits and bleu cheese dip. When I got to the store to pick up order, they had no bleu cheese dip, no cole slaw, no biscuits. My husband asked if he could substitute, they said yes you have to pay. Got home, opened box, and out of 30 pieces, there was only 3 baby drums, the rest 27 greasy wing tips. Called the store, and was told, they had a big order of drums, and they were short. Not advising this at time of purchase. Also told that store is always short on items, and gave the manager Miguel’s name, and said to contact him.

16:40 was the time printed on My receipt. I was told my order would be ready in 9 minutes. In reality it took over 38 minutes before I walked out the door. There were flies everywhere inside the restaurant, The red haired girl who took my order was unkempt(she got off at 5), rude and unhelpful. She had her shirt unbuttoned, her hair was messy and sticking out of her hat, AND she TOOKHERHATOFFINTHEKITCHEN! I noticed that the employees who were leaving and getting off at 5pm were leaving with food while I was sitting there waiting for a TOGO order I had put in 30 minutes prior. My food was not even started until 5:00 I believe. There were 4 or more people gathered at front register chit-chatting while I was waiting patiently for my order. Meanwhile disgusting dirty tables were sitting with trash on them– nobody bothered to go clean the tables because they were all too busy visiting at the front register. There was more visiting and talking than getting orders out. 3 People who ordered after me got their order before I got mine. THEN the order came out dine in when it was TOGO. I was not the only displeased customer in the restaurant. There was another 2 people there waiting for to-go orders loudly voicing disappointment in why their order wasn’t ready yet and all the employees could say was«Oh…we’ll get on it now» I told them to go leave a bad review for this location as well! Worst service ever. Disgusting eatery. Wingstop needs to get someone in here to re-train these people to DOTHEIRJOB!

Great wings, not packed like Buffalo Wild Wings, and again great wings. I ordered 50 wings for only $ 33. I told them I’d pick it up at 4pm. It wasn’t ready till 4:15pm. I was allowed 4 flavors. I chose Hawaiian, Thai, lemon pepper,& garlic Parmesan. All so good! Cooked perfectly. There are TVs to watch games. Not a big place but it’s decent. Bathrooms are clean!

Tasty wings, but these stores are franchises that buys their goods from corporate. The corporate chicken is extremely fatty. Plenty of other wing places to choose from without eating mostly fat meal.

I was at least four, maybe five stars(on a takeout scale, of course), until I ate my last boneless wing, or half of it. I’d been cutting them in half to eat them, and the inside of the last half looked weird. I don’t know what it looked like, but it wasn’t chicken. Having thought it over, I believe I was looking at frozen chicken that had been deep-fried without sufficient thawing. It was cooked, all right, but the texture was, well, almost indescribable, but I’ll try. Say you had taken a hard frozen chicken breast and pounded it with a mallet until it was broken into tiny shards. Roll the shards up in breading and deep fry them. I’m telling you, I could scoop the«chicken» out with my fork. Needless to say, I didn’t eat that last half. I was sorry I ate the next-to-last half. Up until that point I was quite a happy camper. Online ordering was easy. Order was ready as fast as hubby could drive over. Order was correct and well packed. Bleu cheese dressing delish and had much cheese. Carrot and celery sticks fresh and plentiful. Rolls yummy, as were the cole slaw and potato salad. Wings yummy, until that last one… Cannot yet report on sanitation rating, as I forgot to remind hubby to look for it.
