I was eating at the bar and watching some baseball. I observed a waitress accidentally break a margarita glass over the bar. Directly below was a sink full of ice the bartender was using to scoop ice for beverages. Then the bartender Yvonne and what I believe was an assistant manager or manager named Autumn began pulling shards of broken glass from the ice. After they finished the bartender continued to use the ice to fill beverages with. I was shocked at the danger of them to continue to use the ice knowing full well it was contaminated. I won’t return after observing this especially from a manager or assistant manager being aware of the situation.

Not the best quality food, the wings came out 40 minutes after ordered and not cooked all the way, under cooked. .service slow, ordered crown and coke, received Pepsi and coke, not the same thing. Waitress was nice but slow, when they reordered my wings it took only 20 minutes this time and they were over cooked. Mgr on duty didn’t care, almost rude about it. Didn’t eat eat the wings but still paid for them, I don’t think I will be going back any time soon.. Pepsi sucks

I’ve only been here two out of the dozen or more times that’s hasn’t been super slow and frustrating. We took several families here for my daughters birthday and it took more than two hours to finally get our food and check and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. I complained to the manager who brushed me off. Don’t take a group larger than 4 if you want to get your food or refills quickly.

Buffalo Wild wings is always awesome but this place was one of the older locations around and wasn’t as cool as some of the newer ones until they renovated recently and now it is so awesome. Y poo u will always have a great view of a TV and the tables have phone charging stations at them it’s great.

Horrible service! Sunni was our waitress. We found out our food was given away to another table after waiting 35 minutes. Rather than apologize, she was defensive. After waiting even longer for our order, we left. Worst service I’ve ever had. I would give no stars if I could.

I think the sauces have changed and now I’m having a difficult time trying to find a sauce that I like. They either seem to be too salty or too sweet … Or blah. The service is good. Drinks were always filled and our waitress always returned to check on us.

This is one of the smaller locations. Never a wait. I think the management has improved over time, but it’s just an average BDubs over all. The quality of their food is usually much better than the highway 6 location in Sugar Land. The biggest issue here is always the speed and quality of the service. Waitstaff just don’t seem very motivated. Compared to Texas Roadhouse right down the street, it has a lot of room to improve on the service side.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and it’s so nice to see a change! Whether with my kids or my hubby for the game, the service, food, and environment is top notch now! We are frequently checked on, given what we ask for promptly, and treated as if we are family! It’s especially fun when me & hubby have a date night & enjoy the awesome bar staff, awesome tvs, and trivia! If you’ve been here before and weren’t pleased, go back again!!! New management & updates to the place are noticeable. I’ve been a devoted fan for years but I’m especially impressed with it now!

To get service, after being seated for about 10 minutes, we had to flag a waitress down after several had already walked right past our table. We ordered a basket of «cheese fries» to go along with our meals and received a basket of cold fries with two not quite melted slices of American cheese on them. Worst wing experience ever!

Did the takeout and when I got home. Missing sauces. I blame this one on me. Should’ve checked the bag before I left. Called up and spoke to the manager, who was amazing on hearing me out. I did not want free food or any comps. Just more training for the togo person. I give the new manager 5 stars for his professionalism and willingness to take their service t the next level. I have visited many of these locations around town because … hey nothing beats a good sports bar. I can’t say I was impressed with this location. I stopped by after work for a quick bite to eat before heading home. The food was good, but I have definitely had better service. I sat at the bar. The bartender was slow and seemed more preoccupied with talking to coworkers than making sure the bar customers were taking care of. Maybe it was just an off night and any establishment can have one of those so I will try this location again in the near future and update my review.

Used to come here every friday with co-workers for happy hour. We have all made a vow not to go back. Horrible service in the bar by both wait staff and even managerial staff after we made a complaint. Staff is consistently sitting around on the job, including the manager, talking to friends and each other while guests in the bar area have to flag waiters down to bring them napkins, refills, take food orders, and produce the check. The waiter short-changed my boyfriend, I guess assuming that was part of his tip. The manager was cordial enough, but attempted to defend one of his employees’ mistakes, a NUMBERONENO-NO in customer service. After receiving a scathing review of his employees’ work, the manager gave us back the change that the waiter had failed to give and gave us two $ 5 gift certificates that can only be used at that location. Horrible rectification, if you’d like to call it that. Having worked in the restaurant industry for years in the past, I can tell you this was the sign of a manager who really didn’t care. You can find MUCH better happy hour spots in the Richmond/Rosenberg area than this one. I rate this BWW one star because rating zero stars is not an option.

We went here for the first time after a movie on April 28 around 7pm. No wait for a table because the place wasn’t crowded. The hostess was very odd looking. One of those, «Look at me, look at me!» You’ll have to see this for yourself. Weak management? We were seated right away. Our waitress took our drink order. My wife ordered a frozen margarita and I got a Miller Lite. The waitress asked me, «You want a regular Miller Lite?» I never heard of a beer referred like that. I told her that’s fine. I guess a «regular» is a small draft beer because that’s what I got. I should have said bottled. Most places ask if you want bottle or draft, but BWW has a bigger draft beer. The waitress could have asked what size beer I wanted. My fault because I wasn’t thinking of «regular» being size. My wife’s margarita was overly sour. You would think a place like this would know how to make a good margarita. We only ordered wings and tried something simple, garlic/parmesan and salt/vinegar. The garlic parmesan wings were covered in a thick sauce and were very good. The sauce was just right, not runny at all. The salt/vinegar wings were more salt and no vinegar. Over all the wings were so so. We got up to leave and as we walked past the hostess podium we were shocked to see a BWW employee sitting on the bench lipped locked with a girl. The guy was all over her(their legs were wrapped around each other) and we couldn’t even tell if the other person was an employee. I’ve never seen this before in a restaurant. It emphasized the meaning, «Get a room.» We’re not prudes by any means, but a place of business is not the place for employees to be doing this. From what we see, this place has a very weak management. It makes me wonder about the behind the scenes of this restaurant.

Not sure about the other review but this is hands down one of my favorite BW3 locations in the greater Houston area. The service has always been professional and courteous, the dining area, while not that large, is always well kept, and the food has always been spot on. Fresher in quality as compared to other locations of BW3 franchise. What’s even better… they will go out of their way to work for you as the customer and meet special requests. I used to frequent the Sugar Land location but I think new mgmt there stopped doing special requests. What type of requests you may ask? Well the fact that I prefer all flats… and my flavors mixed. Rosenberg location always, without hesitation, will mix my spicy garlic with hot to create a flavor unparalleled. I even have my Sugar Land folks driving out to this location because they can mix the Mango Habenero with the Spicy Garlic. Love the fact they will do this whether if it is a 6 piece or a 12 piece. At any rate … I’m beginning to salivate as I think about the smell of the wings… Lunch has been decided :)
