Went through drive through. Fast service. Chicken & sides were cold and they didn’t ask me if I wanted crispy or spicy so I ended up with limp chicken. Sad. So sad. And they didn’t give ketchup. Ruined my dinner.

Food not bad, but they often get something wrong, like green beans instead of baked today. Hubby says he goes inside to lessen the chance of messups, but I’m just not going to do that.
Line can be very long around 5PM.
I have not observed it to be as bad as the other two reviewers state, but my usual time to drive through is before 4PM on weekdays, so that may have something to do with it.

Bad, bad, bad … that’s all I have to describe it. I’ve been here a handful of times and each visit gets worse. Cold food, rude employees, and I don’t think they have ever gotten my order correct. This area has scores of places to eat. Take a tip from me … try anywhere but here.
