The service here was Amazing! Everyone was so friendly and nice. They really know how to treat their customers well! Connie is such a sweet lady, go to her if you guys ever need a hair cut! Rocky does an amazing work with hair dye! Love the out come of my hair.

Elaine was very nice. I went in, not so sure of what I wanted to do with my hair. She gave suggestions and did her best to explain things to me.

I got my hair cut and styled by Elaine and I love how it looks! I highly recommend coming here and asking for her. You won’t regret it! :)

Expensive. I went in for a trim this past weekend (2 inches off my long hair that falls slightly below my shoulders) and to thin the insides — And it was $ 40. Connie told me for short hair, the price would be $ 30.
Friendly service though and I liked my haircut. But I will not be going back because there are dozens of other hair salons in the SGV where I can get a trim and thin for half the price.

Awesome hair style done by Helen. She is too good at her job. Makes you very comfortable and always give great advice on hair conditions. Been coming to her for 2 years now. So when you come here make sure to ask for Helen you will never ever regret it.

Ive been coming here for years and Ive got to say that this is one of the best Salon’s Ive been to. Connie always cuts my hair to the style I like. Ive brought in pictures a few times to give her an idea of the style I like. The price is very reasonable and the hair wash at the end is a PLUS.

Very nice hair salon. They are so nice, price is cheap, and they also did very well, too. I’ve go to this salon for many years. I have best experience in here during the past years in L. A.
They charges cheaper than other similar store.
Most important for me is that they are very friendly
and professional. I always asked CONNIE to cut my hair. She is Soooo nice, humble, and respects customers. She cuts very well, too. I feel very comfortable to be serviced by her.
Right now i move to other place which is very far away from there. :(So far i still can’t find any good one in my area…

ELAINE is the BEST!!! She takes her time and did the great color and haircut. I have been a long time client of hers. Her work is fabulous. She really knows of my need and she’s a great person. I highly recommend her!

Can I simply say, I feel very at ease here.

Have you ever had to listen to one excuse after another telling you how difficult it is to style your hair?
Connie has been my hair stylist since 1999. To be honest I have tried other places but have always ended up coming back to Connie. She is simply the best. Premier Hair Salon is not fancy, but it makes you feel very comfortable, not judged. All I hear is how I can improve my hair quality by massaging my scalp a few minutes a day, eat healthy, and beauty sleep. Very encouraging.
My problem with hair is that I don’t have a lot. Thin and damaged because I style it for events all the time. Connie always managed to give me volume without compromising length. I honestly don’t know how she does it. I just sat there witnessing her magic every time I am in her chair! I truly believe that she is more than qualified to work in fancy salons with over $ 100 hair cuts but she charges a very modest fee for her service.
She has been my best kept secret. Now I am sharing with all you Unilocalers. Don’t keep her too busy because I’d like to be able to make an appointment without waiting a month!!!

Helen is the Bestt! She has a lot of experience and she’s always up to date with the latest hair styles. Every time I go I like to get her advice on what haircut to get or what to do with my hair in general. Plus she’s always so nice and doesn’t make you feel awkward when you’re getting your hair done! She’s always happy and she does everything for a Great price! When you come to this salon ask for Helen because you won’t regret it!

Connie is the best! I get the japanese straightening perm and my hair comes out soft and awesome. I have been coming to her for about 10 years since i worked up the courage to get this done. I agonized over getting a straight perm for YEARS before finally doing it. It lasts about 8 months. I love it
