I wish Unilocal has a choice of zero rate. This is the worst furniture company that I ever met!!! So angry after talking to Henry the manager. Damn! Never ever buy furniture here everyone!!! My boyfriend and I moved to a new house, so we planed to buy some furnitures. We passed by this store on the road, when it hanged «SALE» in front of its store. Then we got in and looked for a set of dinner table and chairs. Henry showed a picture of a wooden dinner set to us. Well, the picture was from its company’s furniture book. However, they don’t have the real sample for buyers!!! The picture of the wooden set was so beautiful, which was kind of suitable for my dinning room. After a few days, Henry called us to pick up the set. After we carried it home, we found out the table was so disappointed to us. So we decided to return the items which worth $ 165. Henry said the pictures are always different from the real items. When I argued with Henry, he didn’t explain patiently, but annoyed. He said that, «IF YOU ARGUE ONE MORE WORD, I WILL NEVER PAY REFUND TO YOU!» What??? I’ve never seen someone talked like that to me! Damn. Anyway, never go never buy here.

Bought matching furnitures for the kids. Even though it took awhile for the delivery (3 times) due to lack of product, the end result was perfect. Henry was especially accommodating and gave us the best pricing$$$.

Check this place out for good and reasonably priced furniture. Nice family run business. Only bought 1 thing from them so far and the delivery on it was fine. Going back soon to get more house items (shoe rack, closet/​organizer, and end table). Recommend this place for honesty and nice service. Tight little shop though.
