This KFC SUCK; if I can give it zero star I would. I asked for 20 Piece hot wing «FRESH «they told me to wait 9mins and I don’t mind. What I got was 20 old leftover chicken wing from 1 – 2 days ago that was put back in the deep fryer. To make it seem fresh; the baking powder on the wings was falling off. The chicken was dry as hell. But this what I get trusting other.

What a joke. Just stay away. Got a free root beer float and they refused to honor it. Claiming it expired. I just got the thing yesterday.

It’s like they hire clueless morons to work at this place!!! I went there back in December and ordered three orders of large fries, a simple fool proof order. Well it took them nearly an hour to fullfill my order, while countless people who ordered after me got their orders well before i did. The person who took my order was walking around talking to someone on her Apple watch, which in and of itself is worthy of fireing, since she was «working» and talking on her Apple watch at the same extact time. Flash forward a month later and I came and ordered a 16 piece chicken bucket half original recipe and half grilled, a simple order once again. Lo and behold the person who took my order was the same idiot who was talking on her Apple watch a month earlier. I read her name badge and her name is Carolina and for some odd illconceived reason she’s the manager. Well she repeated the order to me «half original recipe, and half grilled.» When I got back home I opened up the bucket and to my surprise it was all original recipe and no grilled. I will never return to the land of fools aka KFC/A&W in Rohnert Park ever again, or unless they fire their moronic manager.

Had a coupon so we decided to visit this local KFC. I walked in and was immediately greeted. My food was fresh and my order was completed quickly. I went in around 5 on a Friday. I’d have to say my visit was overall good.

literally the slowest service I have ever received. had me park to the side and wait like 10 minutes. Even to order took 12 minutes. and I am still yet to get my food. It is extremely hot and this was supposed to be out n hot? 3 people received their food and im still waiting. ridiculous

So disgusting I came here today for the first time ever and there was a HAIR in the bottom of my to-​go box of chicken! First and LAST time coming here

Came to drive thru, waited 5 minutes at microphone. Finally left, as I was leaving I heard guy at window gabbing with person in the car at the window, I guess they were catching up. Won’t stop by this one again.

More often than not, I get Lucas at the drive thru and he is a super cool person. He contributes to the stars. However, you try your luck as far as the chicken. Sometimes its too salty. Sometimes its too dry. I like it on the greasy side because I go home and bake it upside down on grill with a stainless steel bowl under it. It takes so much grease out of it you would be surprised. Two times, my order was wrong. Once they forgot my potatoes. I discovered it at home and figured it was too big a mistake to let go. Their phone number is a fax machine. So I drove back (not that far) and they comped me a larger size. Thanks. They really try hard.

Waited in the drive-​thru for 15 minutes with my dad. Decided I had time to use the restroom, came outside and we were still waiting. Got to the window, and waited another 5 minutes for someone to even take our CC. After they took the money we waited another 7 minutes before we even got our food. Girl at the drive through window was a little on the snotty side. Ridiculous.
The bathroom smelled horrible, was extremely dirty with towels all over the floor. Couldn’t get the paper towel dispenser to work. Gross.

I’ve never ordered food here and not been asked to «pull up and wait» for my food to finish. I appreciate they’re making the food fresh/​whatever but it defeats the purpose of a drive through. Customer service is usually good and I appreciate that. but the fact that is takes more than 5 minutes for FRIES is enough for me to lower my review :(

Not so bad. The guy working the window is always happy and cool to deal with. Give him 5 stars. Wish I remembered his name tho.

The only reason I give this establishment 2 Stars is due to the fact A&W shares it’s location. KFC’s food has been terrible more than on one occasion. I will not be buying food from KFC (at this location) again. I will only purchase A&W menu items (polar swirl) from now on. Not only was the food horrible, but the girl taking my order had to have been brand new. I repeated my order & had her say it back 3 – 4 times & she still got it wrong.
Way overpriced too. So disappointed!!!

This place is horrible. It is a KFC and A&W combined. I have never been unhappy with A&W until I ate at this one. It gives A&W a bad name. Seriously, the worst burger and fries I’ve ever eaten.

The worst service ever and from the mgr/​owner Emma she was very rude place was dirty stuff in the food and when we went to talk to mgr she just said sorry and walked out for a sig I will never return to this location

This place has really come a long way. I used to love the A&W in SR, but now that it’s a Dim Sum place, I needed to get my Cheese Curd fix somewhere.
I arrived Friday evening and it was really busy — but I was helped quickly, the staff was friendly and when I ordered a bunch of random stuff (a chili cheese coney, cheese curds, and a rootbeer float) the guy ran it thru a couple of different ways (and realized I saved about $ 2.15 ordering it as a meal — plus my drink was bigger)
The food was hot and fresh, the grease for the cheese curds was awesome, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings on my dog.
I will totally be back — great place to go before softball games!

The A&W located inside this KFC is sad. Flat root beer, subpar burgers.
I was so happy to see an A&W, but so disappointed after eating there.
And who can enjoy burgers when the whole place smells like chicken?
