Very poor customer service. Food assembler put about 5 pinto beans on one of 3 tacos. Clearly too lazy to retrieve another scoop. Then proceeded to «slop» the quac onto the tacos & the counter. She then used cheese to clean up the guac & put it onto the taco. The cashier tossed my change onto the counter, asked if I wanted a receipt & appeared annoyed when I said yes. Not sure if they are attending the local college ~ pretty sure the major isn’t business!

Food was great at wedding of my daughter Tiffany B(now C). The portions were really big, and I too am helping with leftovers. I elected to return on the following day the metal reusable pan holders. The manager was very interested and acted as if she truly cared about the wedding and our experience. Would have liked more cheese, not so many pans of beans needed, but I am going too make chili from them I think! I loved the fact we didn’t have to purchase plates, they came with catering order, as did napkins & forks. It would be nice for someone to come set up and leave, probably only take them 15 minutes and something a «catering» job could do!

I was immediately greeted upon entering which is nice. However one of the servers was rude. I just wanted extra lettuce and she proceeded with an attitude. I also shouldn’t have to shout for them to hear me order, they might want to consider turning down the music.

Going to a Chipotle in California seems a bit like going to a Starbucks in Milan, but they drew me in with a goofy guacamole game online where I scored free chips and guac. Now, when I’m in a state that’s low on Mexican taqueria food or considers California-style burritos(rice, beans, meat, salsa, cheese, sour cream, etc) just too much, then Chipotle spots rise to the top. I hadn’t been on a Chipotle for a year or so, when my guac mission brought me to this location in Rohnert Park. It was approaching the dinner hour and the line increased rapidly. The carnitas was not crispy carnitas like in a real taqueria. It’s more like a simple braised pork. No complex flavors, but tasty enough. I went with the brown rice, pico de gallo, corn salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. This is the only place where I load all that on. It did make for a very wet burrito that actually required a fork for the final 25% or so, since the tortilla completely fell apart. Their guac is very good. They claim that the stores make it three times a day. It tasted fresh, and the three times a day seems completely believable. I didn’t finish it at that seating and the next day out of the fridge, it was still very tasty. The staff here seemed to communicate well and move the line along at a good pace. The cashier had a nice smile and an easy laugh at whatever crack I had about my guac coupon. Chipotle’s never going to be my go-to spot for Mexican food in Sonoma County, but as a national chain that works to support local sourcing, some organic, and positive livestock farming practices, I can feel OK about wandering in from time to time and the guac and chips were quite good.

THe first time I visited they screwed up my order. The second time it was ok. The food is okay I cant say its«Mexican» food really but a step up from Taco Bell maybe. Nice & comfortable setting. They made the food right the second time. Friendly staff. Clean.

Just usual Mexican food. If you can go to Sacramento, Don Quixote’s is a better place. It is probably fake Mexican food, anyway. Just go to a normal Mexican restaurant. Also, they have a lock code to get into the bathroom. Seriously? Why do I need to a code to take a dump? Also, an employee had went number 2, and didn’t wash his hands! That is disgusting! Possibly coming again.

How does this place think it’s running a business? Day after Thanksgiving… no one in the place, i approach the food server and he walks away, taking his gloves off… no one comes back… a cute girl standing at the cash register is at a loss for words and says sorry…15 people are running around in the back. No one comes back… i walk out and goto Panera. This is the standard MO for me whenever I try to goto this place… doesnt matter if its crowded… or empty, the employees walk away from their stations at anytime they feel like it and they then hand the buck to anyone who is near… saying theyll take care of you… it seems like a bunch of HS kids are running this place. .if you have the spare time to meet 5 young children and have the patience to explain to them how to make a frekin burrito(you have to tell them what to do)…go for it… if not, try Panera right next door… its fast and delicious

Food was good, but almost every single table in the restaurant was dirty!!! And employees did nothing about it. Even after I let the lady at the cash register know… I unfortunately had to eat on a dirty table

I love Chipotle however I just went to the location on Commerce in Rohnert Park and the Hispanic girl was the rudest I have ever seen not only to me but to the lady in front of me, I can’t say I’m going back to soon. She coughed and didn’t cover her mouth when I asked for a fresh burrito shell she rolled her eyes like I was the one in the wrong.

I’ve been coming by here ever since it opened. But never tried it. Today I was bike riding with my brother and we stopped in… for my first meal and his 2nd time. The food was very good. Pricey, but good. I had a salad and had steak put on… guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and black beans. My brother had a chicken burrito. …I didn’t mind being charged for any additional items… but what I did mind was paying $ 29 for a salad, burrito. …and here it is the issue, 2.50 each for bottled water. No thanks on the water… never again. I will be back to eat though. Pay attention corporate. … $ 1.00 for a bottle of water is still great margin. And people won’t be upset. You’d have 4 to 5 stars otherwise.

Tonight I ordered my usual(Chicken Quesarito) and i was told that the Quesarito was going to be an additional $ 3.50 fee… when i asked why i was told it was because i was getting charged for a quessadilla and a burrito because it was like i was getting both, i said nevermind and reminded her that it wasn’t true really they are just melting the cheese nothing more… and she was pretty rude about the whole thing also

I never seem to get enough when eating here for what I am paying. The burrito bowl is a good size container but they never fill mine up. Don’t think cause I am fat that I need larger portion of food than other people to be full. I don’t mind paying extra meat but not if you are going to skimp on that too. They should call it the skimp bowl which is more appropriate. However, I think the food is fresh if you don’t come here too late and don’t mind the wait at times. The barbacoa is my favorite for their meat which offers a very good Mexican flavor which could be copycatted with practice. I’m not going to discuss the service here but I wouldn’t hire these people unless I want to piss off customers. This franchise is located next to the gym and with their promo to catering towards the health conscience crowd, it should be a winner but don’t expect any value here for a fast food chain. You won’t get it. Overall, this location is better than the one at San Rafael which should be closed down.

Four stars because it’s Chipotle and I do think it’s good quality. However, their portions are seriously lacking. Even when I tell them«more rice» or «just a tiny bit more chicken» to substitute for my choice of no beans, they look at me like I’m a wild animal, smile and continue to give me the skimpiest scoop known to man. They are quick and usually pretty nice, but I would really like to know what the issue is in terms of food quantity. This is Chipotle, I’m American, and I’m trying to EAT here, y’all. Take notes.

Horrible chipotle. Portion sizes are ridiculously small. By small I mean the size of their salsa containers. Are you kidding? Later on I had what felt like labor pains, but I’m in no way expecting, so I’m assuming I got food poisoning of some sort. Haha. Probably won’t be back.

Chipotle in Rohnert Park is organized, fast, and has excellent service. I come here often for my delicious Salad Bowls, with lettuce, pinto beans, salsa, Chicken, vegetables, corn, sour cream.

This is a terrible branch, please do not go to this branch. The portion size is so small, it is ridiculous. Even when I ordered extra chicken. This happened 3 times in a row. I have been to other branches and they have been way better. The manager or corporate needs to look into this branch to see why this is happening.

Chipotle is a chain restaurant that has made its way to Rohnert Park. My city has been on a decidedly upscaling effort in recent years, and its working. The quickest way for me to think of Chipotle, its food, image and restaurant itself is to make a comparison. Chipotle is to Taco Bell like In-N-Out Burger is to McDonald’s. Nothing against McDonald’s or Taco Bell since I saw both those fast food restaurants start from ground zero as a child. But I think most would agree In-N-Out Burger is certainly better than McDonald’s in food quality, restaurant presentation and image. The difference is more pronounced between Chipotle and Taco Bell. I squirm a little bit when I’m honest about my bourgeois beginnings and my familiarity with fast food. I am also returning to my near-Vegan diet again for health and for the sake of animals. That is one reason I like Chipotle, they have a healthy, vegan option that really works for me! They make something they call«Sofritas». It is an Organic Tofu based filling spiced with chipotle chiles, roasted poblanos and other spices! There is something called«Sofrito» which is a Caribbean/Latin American tomato based sauce that I’m sure they are playing the name off of. I Love their Tofu Sofritas in tacos, burritos or salads! All the other reviews complaining about small portions are accurate. But I see it as a good thing. Two words, Less Calories! Another healthier option they have is Brown Rice! It is seasoned with Cilantro and Lime I believe! If you compare regular Taco Bell tacos with those from Chipotle, they have about the same portions of filling. I think because Chipotle is more upscale, people are expecting more volume in their tacos and burritos. That’s one theory. I very much like the actual restaurant building we have in Rohnert Park. I’ve been to two Chipotle Restaurants and note that they are not carbon copies. So Chipotle Restaurants may be somewhat unique across their demographic areas. The RP Chipotle is right next to my gym, 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport! Unfortunately the gym usually takes up all the parking to be shared among all the businesses in this strip mall named«North Bay Center». If and when I drink beer(not that often cuz I like wine better) it is good to know that Chipotle serves beer in the bottle! My preference is to support local owner run Mexican Restaurants and avoid large chains of any kind. But I admit Chipotle in Rohnert Park is not bad. Mexican-ish Food 4 ½ Stars Restaurant Seating Areas 4 Stars Ambiance 4 Stars Food Portions 3 ½ Stars Prices 3 Stars Parking 3 Stars Chipotle is way classier than any Taco Bell and serves far superior food as well! For some reason I want to say to Chipotle, «You’re a good man, Charlie Brown!» Review 0135

I’ve been to some other Chipotle restaurants that were pretty good. My experience here was less than awesome. We came in to a dirty restaurant with plenty of open tables, but none that were clean. There was only a couple of people in line and I think one table occupied, so I’m not sure why the management couldn’t spare one person to clean up. We ended up bussing our own table. The food was pretty decent, other than my wife complaining that the mild pico was too hot for her. Maybe they gave her the wrong one? My barbacoa burrito bowl was pretty darn tasty and left me wanting more.

Mmmm. I always love Chipotle. This place always does not give you enough portions, I always ask for more. I am vegan and my dietitian told me that as long as I have beans once a week, I am good. So I go to Chipotle once a week, lol. Note to other vegans and vegetarians, get their black beans. Their pinto beans are cooked in bacon. Also, if you don’t get meat or sofritas(the tofu mock meat stuff, I don’t really like it but my bf does), you get guac for freeee! I also go when it is not busy because this place is ridiculously tiny.
