Okiedokie, we gave ol’ Palio’s a second chance! We got pizza delivered and I gotta say it was awesome! It was delivered fast and I LOVE the way they cut it up in little squares. I’m a sucker for pizza squares. We ordered the King and it was perfect– red sauce, pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, fresh mushrooms, black olives, red onions, red-​yellow-​green bell peppers & mozzarella. It was thin (I guess I didn’t’ realize it was going to be thin? Are they all thin?) but I still really liked it and it wasn’t hugely filling because of it.
I’m glad we gave them a second chance, sometimes you just gotta know what to order to get it right some places and I gotta say, getting the pizza from Palio’s is the way to go!

Gave it another try with new management and a groupon luring me in. Although still mostly teenagers running the place, they were nice and professional. The girl at the register provided excellent customer service, I was impressed! The pizza was good and crisp, Greek salad was fresh, cheesy bread was delicious with the garlic sauce that comes with. Would definitely return, especially with the groupon offer.
Tried delivery for the second time — both times pizza is COLD. Pickup or dining in is the way to go. T

If you order delivery order it before you are hungry because I’ve never had a delivery faster than an hour and a half.
Pizza is pretty good. Not amazing. But pretty good. I still prefer Luigi’s but sometimes I need delivery and this is my go to place for that.

We tried this place about 8 months ago when we first moved here and for some reason today decided to give it another try. It was definitely better than 8 months ago. But it still has some tweaking to do. First off, the Club pizza is great. HOWEVER — you should definitely put the lettuce on AFTER you run it through the oven. Nobody really liked hot wilted lettuce. So that was a turn off. And a tad more sauce on the Noah so it was not so dry. I will try it again but maybe do a dine in rather than delivery. Delivery was faster than stated time and that was a plus. For almost $ 50, I do feel like it was not a great value.

Love their pizza! Most often groupons are available making this great pizza affordable too! By far best gluten-​free crust out there and amazing fresh ingredients with variety of cheeses and sauces. Palio’s is my all time favorite pizza!

Tried to call in an order for lunch, not only was the service slow, and inept, they told me was going to take over an hour and a half for my food to be delivered. This was your last chance Pollio’s, never again!

My husband and I went there for the first time. The staff and restaurant was nice enough, but I felt the food was below average. We ordered chicken parmigiana and the pizza special. The pizza (I can’t remember what exactly was on it) was a sweet and spicy pizza. It had some sort of rub seasoning which did not work AT ALL. The chicken parmigiana was good, but not worth the price.

In Rockwall on business and needed a delivered meal. Found Palio’s online and thought I’d give it a try. I ordered a small pizza, an order of cheese bread, and some mozzarella sticks. I also put in the special instructions to please bring napkins since I’m in a hotel room. The website said it would be delivered in an hour.
The delivery person finally showed up an hour and a half later. After he left and I opened the boxes, I found that I had received two orders of cheese bread and no mozzarella sticks. In addition, all of the items (pizza and both cheese bread) were cold enough for the cheese to be hard.
I wish there was an option for 0 stars.

Love this pizza. This is the best pizza we have found around this area so far that is quick, easy. The sauce has just enough «zing» and unlike many pizzas we have tried it is not too dry or too greasy. Highly recommend doing a «Groupon». You can get a good deal. Great for kids who enjoy the ultimate soda machine which has EVERY possible combination of drinks you can think of! Friendly staff, very relaxed, very clean!

To be honest this place is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s just ok. That goes for the pizza and the service. I really like their thin crust so I keep going back. Recently ordered the same ceasar salad I have had for dine in and they should have been embarrassed to charge me $ 5.00 for the 5 bites of lettuce it included. Inside it has been a much larger portion. I didn’t want to hurt them with too low of a score since it is really good when it’s good and I do tend to keep going back.

We went here for the first time a few weeks back, and I really enjoyed it! I always see the chain all over DFW, but never gave it a shot. We ended up in Rockwall one day and decided to stop in. The place is BYOB, and there is a Kroger in the same parking lot. so we went to get ourselves a bottle of wine. Upon entering, I noticed the décor was cute and relaxing. The gentleman at the front counter was friendly and patient as we browsed the menu. I opted for the lasagna and everyone else got various pasta dishes. The food was brought out to us in no time. My lasagna was a little on the warm side. not as hot as I’d prefer, but was still delicious nonetheless. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. The atmosphere was calm and the place was pretty quiet for a Sunday evening. There was only one other party in the whole restaurant, and it was dinner time. I really enjoyed our dinner and will most likely return.

Been under new management for a while. Service seems a bit better. Atmosphere and décor are cooler, more relaxing and chill. Always loved the King but I have a new fave… Mediterranean (add grilled chicken)!!!
I love the sauce, the thin crust, the fresh and finely chopped toppings like always.
I like their new Coke fountain drink machine. It has a lot more options that I would actually pay for rather than drinking water (I don’t drink soda).
I haven’t had much but the pizza. I think I may have had the lasagna which was okay though I definitely remember the cheese bread (yum!) Salads are always fresh and crunchy.
Dessert options are basic like cheesecake.
