Aqua-Tots Swim Schools

I have two children currently enrolled in lessons. I have been impressed with Aqua Tots and staff since we walked in the door. We are always greeted with smiles and hellos. We were very insecure about their first lesson and sat with tears in our eyes watching them struggle with their fear of the water. The workers told us that it was normal since they haven’t been exposed to pools before. The teacher comforted us after the lesson and said she would take it slow with them. We are on lesson 8 and both children are jumping in and going under the water with no issues. I highly recommend this program and this location. I have never had a problem rescheduling a lesson. They are very easy to work with and always return my calls when I leave a voicemail.

Very rude. Poor customer service. Tried to schedule my daughter for trial swim, but she got sick and we didn’t want to pass to other children. Tried to call several times, left several messages, but no responded to our messages. When we finally did reach someone, we asked to reschedule but was told that since we were canceling, they would not reschedule. We got into Emler and they were much nicer and easier to deal with.

We love Aqua tots! Aqua tots is a top-​notch swim school with a wonderful curriculum that fills the classes with activities that the children just love. The instructors keep the classes moving at a very fast paced and the administrative staff is so kind, welcoming, and flexible. I adore the curriculum and instructors and give them both 5 stars! While the school follows the Aqua-​Tot model of up to 4 children per class, I personally find that having 4 children in a class really limits the amount of time each child gets to practice each skill in the 30 minute timeframe and think that a max. class size of 3 students would be more appropriate and more of a value based on the price paid. Often times, there would only be 1 – 2 students per class and my son always made more progress with the smaller class size than he did on the occasions when the classes had 4 students. All in all it has been a wonderful experience! Thank you Aqua tots for the wonderful swim instruction!
