Papa John’s Pizza

I like to order pizza on line so that I can pick it up on the way home. This has always worked well at other Papa John’s I have used in the past. However, when I do this at this specific outlet, it is obvious that the pizza has been sitting for quite some time and I show up on time or a little early. It’s not very hot and the bottom of the box is soaked through with grease. When I ask when how long ago the pizza was made, I am told that it just finished a few minutes prior. This has happened twice and I will not give them a third chance.

Bad service and expensive when delivered. See picture as it says it all… All the cheese was stuck on top due to a failed delivery. When I called to complain, they told me the driver was in a rush because a storm was rolling through, and I would receive a replacement pizza after the storm. The 2^nd pizza never was delivered…

I’ve always gotten exceptional service here. I had a promo code that was only accepted online but they let me use it in store since my phone died before I was finished ordering online. Now how nice was that?! They could’ve told me no, and most other places probably would have, but instead they were happy to make my pizza :) Good customer service on top of good pizza keeps me coming back!

Lady Manger rude to employees in front of customers. I just had to walk out.

Tried to give it one more try but thee store did not let me down. They still have not corrected the web site so I can put my order in even though every time I call they tell me they will. Store still has no concept of customer service will not go back again

They were fast and the people were nice but the food quality has went down tremendously. The ingredients tasted like CiCi’s pizza. I had to ask for the butter garlic. Horrible pizza.

Worth the spend when you need variety from around town. Be careful of the poor new gal taking orders. She needs some training since the coupon codes which were active on my mailer in Heath did not match their system. After lots of patience and she could not make it work, this was the first time after trying to order three times I had to share «I will order dinner elsewhere tonight».

I was driving down Horizon when I spotted that famed Red, White and Green. Ohmagosh. it’s back! Whoo-​hooooo!

Yo, I love me some Papa Johns pizza. I hated… I mean loathed having to pick it up on Broadway on the way in or trekking down Route 66 in Rowlett. But my suffering has come to an end. I still may consider Pizza Hut — I have grown to appreciate your thin crust– or Palio’s — your variety of diced toppings is commendable — or Papa Murphy’s — I tried your take-​n-​bake and it is definitely earned a spot in the rotation… but nevertheless you always come back to the tried and true and Papa Johns… that is you.
I finally got to order a pizza and it was delicious – much better than the other locays. I mst admit that they forgot to add my grilled chicken as stated on my stickee but when I called management was very apologetic and recovered quite nicely. He was very professional and immediately made me feel like a valued customer! This is the Papa Johns I know and love. Get at ‘em Rockwall so they will never leave us again :)
